AL: 8683/AL Casa Jolie in Colina Verde, is 2-storey and situated on the highest elevation above the village. Because a good nights sleep is important to you, we have the very best beds, linen, furniture. All rooms have a balcony or terrace and enjoy lovely open views. It is spacious, light and airy with 2 bedrooms en-suite. It is set in a small and attractive development and has an excellent pool area with showers, changing rooms, WCs and freely available sunbeds. Carvoeiro beach and village centre are less than a 10-minute walk down hill or steps and there are shops, restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. You can walk the coastal path for miles on the cliffs and visit other nearby beaches on foot or by car and Carvoeiro is centrally situated in the Algarve for exploring further afield.

We do accept longer term winter rentals (maximum stay: 90 days), electricity is charged extra from Nov - March unless otherwise agreed to booking

The best house we have ever stayed in!!

The property is wonderful and has everything you need right down to beach towels and chairs. The aur conditioning is very good. The kitchen is so well equipped

Everything you need

Great location overlooking the town and coast . Great afternoon /evening sun in its own garden when the lovely pool area has given you to much sun . The small complex is up a small slope which makes it sure the property is nice a quite . Beautifully appointed ,large and very clean .

Very homely villa

Emma met us at the property and the handover was seamless. The villa is like a home away from home, nice decor and very well equipped from the kitchen, to beach toys and umbrellas. The villa has a lovely positioning by the pool, with its balconies and garden facing down the hill which provided lovely privacy for all the meals we ate outside. It’s a short, but steep distance from the town, meaning it was easy access, but not outside your front door, which was perfect for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our week away. Wonderful Casa Jolie

Casa Jolie has everything a family of four need for a perfect holiday on the Algarve. Centrally located within a ten minute walk from Carvoeiro beach & village centre, it is only a short drive from other attractive resorts as well as Portimao & Lagos. The house is well appointed with modern furnishings and was spotlessly clean. The communal pool was well maintained and quiet. The air conditioning ensured that we could sleep well in the comfortable beds despite the heat. Overall a five star experience!

Colina Verde - little gem of a property

Great property, all amenities as described. Location at the top of a steep hill is the only downside. Pool area and garden great for relaxing and selection of satellite Tv channels almost as good as home (sport and movies, uk channels). Would recommend as long as fit enough to manage the hill.

Everything you need to have a great holiday

The property is amazing - it is clean, spacious, conveniently located and has everything that family needs to stay with children for a week or more. Walking distance to beach, lots of places to eat nearby, there are good hiking trails around. We would definitely book it again if we travel to this area in the future.

Great place to stay

The property is modern, comfortable and close to shops and restaurants. The pool was cold (in March) but didn’t stop the children using it. Communication with property manager very good. Only had one query which was quickly sorted.

Great Place

Colina Verde has an amazing location. The picture on the website is not from the flat though. That corner varanda is the neighbour's. A bit misleading. I would have chosen a different picture. No matter how much you twist your neck from the varandas, you can't see the sea. However stepping out of the front door, that view is amazing ! Great place to visit, nice and clean refreshing pool available. Liaising with the hosts very good too. Thank you guys, we enjoyed the short stay !

Family getaway

The apartment was very well provided and served as an excellent base for our holiday in the Algarve. The pool area was perfect for our family with the baby pool complementing a very good sized main pool. Responsiveness of the local managers (for arriving, questions ahead of time, local recommendations, etc) was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this property (and the area in general) to anyone who was thinking about the Algarve, especially with family.

Excellent holiday accommodation

Enjoyed our second stay at Casa Jolie so much that we decided to stay an extra week! Very well equipped and spotlessly clean, close to the centre of Carvoeiro. Managed by Mike and Emma who are always on hand and are very helpful.

A great stay

We loved our stay. House was very comfortable, but being February - very cold even though it was 20 degrees outside! Mike was very helpful - we had a power cut one night and he arrived quickly to sort it out. Location was great - walking distance to town and two tennis courts very close by. Kitchen was well equipped but the only very small niggle was that it would have been nice to have a few dishwasher tabs and bin bags left for us.

Fabulous property

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely spacious property. The property managers were really helpful during our stay. The pool area was clean and quite often quiet during our stay. Plenty of sunloungers. Would stay here again and would certainly recommend the property.

Fantastic Apartment

As a family of 4 we have stayed in numerous great apartments in Carvoeiro over the last number of years and can honestly say this has been by far the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It has everything a family could ever need for a great holiday. The attention to detail is second to none. Mike and Emma met us on arrival and were so easy to deal with. They offered great information on the resort and apartment and were available if we needed anything. We had a fantastic stay in Colina Verde and would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment in great location

Just returned from a great week in Colina Verde. The apartment is very spacious with two large en-suite bedrooms upstairs and a further shower room downstairs with large kitchen and lounge/dining room. There is a patio and garden, complete with BBQ where we ate breakfast and lunch every day. The apartment is very well appointed and I cannot think of anything else that would be needed for a family holiday. It is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The pool area is great with plenty of loungers available throughout the day. We stayed in the middle of August and never failed to get a spot around the pool, even when arriving during the afternoon. The resort is really great and is well suited to keeping the whole family entertained. The apartment is no more than five minutes walk downhill to the lovely resort centre and beach where we ate each evening. We hired a car and there is plenty of parking around the apartment building. The surrounding areas are also well worth a visit although we didn't venture too far due to the hot weather. The whole booking process was very straightforward - great communication from Val and Paul. We were met on arrival at the apartment by Mike who showed us around was available throughout our stay to answer any questions we had. Great apartment, would love to return!

Perfect in every way!

Superb Apartment

The Townhouse has air conditioning throughout with large open airy rooms, its our home from home. We are situated on the quiet side of this small complex and spend the afternoons in the garden where almost all our meals are enjoyed. We hope you will enjoy our house as much as we do.
