This exquisite Algarve villa was refurbished into a luxury holiday home featuring 7 bedrooms, 6 of which ensuite ,cinema room, gym, outdoor entertainment area, jacuzzi and private heated pool.Nestled by lush fruit trees, mature gardens, and a serene heated pool.

This large villa with and impressive approach through automatic gates leading to the driveway with established lawns and flowerbeds up to the main entrance. There are 7 bedrooms (6 ensuite), comfortable lounge leading to a very relaxing outside space featuring a private heated pool, jacuzzi, games area and outdoor kitchen ideal for alfresco living.

There is a stunning fully-fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and equipment including a large ice-making American fridge.

The house is furnished to a high standard with good quality fixtures and fittings. In addition there is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and free wi-fi internet access throughout.

In the basement area there is a games area, gym and cinema room.

Ideally located between Vilamoura and Quinta do lago, 900 metres from the beach of trafal, a selecting of restaurants and other amenities, 20 minutes drive from the airport in the heart of the Golden Triangle.

60th Celebration

Great Villa for family get together games/ pool/hot tub / bbq/ garden. A few teething issues on TV downstairs toilet not working that Filipe host managed in a timely fashion. We would certainly consider returning.

Amazing host and stay

Felipe is super helpful and responds to messages quickly. The villa is stunning and is in a great location with some restaurants and shops within walking distance or cabs readily available. We had a few issues during our stay which Felipe quickly resolved, he is an amazing host. Thank you Felipe for a great stay!

Extended family holiday in Quarteira,Faro

A nice family holiday, from grandparents to grandchildren, and all expectations met. Meals were mostly taken within the villa, and there were plenty of utensils etc to enable quite ambitious meals to be prepared. The villa was very pleasant and suited our needs.

Family Fun

Loved the property, beds very comfortable, spacious, well equipped kitchen, quiet and great location. Good size pool and garden area which my grandchildren loved. Grounds very secure and plenty of parking. Filipe was helpful and available if needed. My only disappointment was the jacuzzi needing to be better maintained, but have been refunded. Overall we had a great family holiday and would recommend staying at this property.

Superb Villa!!!

This villa is superb, catering for all ages and everything one needs to make a thoroughly enjoyable holiday, our extended family (our young children and teenagers, our parents and ourselves) stayed in the villa, the villa is super spacious. It sits on a very quiet and secluded neighbourhood, nearby Vale do Lobo golf course Ocean, there's too a fantastic beach bar at a 5 min walk. Pool was amazing, good sunbeds and comfortable terrace seating looking at a fantastic huge garden, as well as outside shaded dinning area with a large barbecue with plenty of very good equipment, best part was the BEER tap feature, this is a must!!! A large very very well equipped kitchen diner with two huge fridge freezers with filtered cold water/ice machine. There good restaurants at 5 mins walk, and excellent restaurants within 5 mins taxi ride. Supermarket 7 min walk. Good fresh meat & fish if cooking. TV has BBCs, ITVs, Sky Movies, BT Sports, Sky Sports & other U.K. channels. Air con in all bedrooms. Some toys for younger children plus table tennis table with bats/ balls for older ones. 15 mins to Faro airport. Organisation of the holiday starting from reservation of the villa till the last day was as easy and hassle free as possible thanks to Filipe who was always available and super helpful. He replied to all my messages straight away and made our stay extremely pleasant. We'll be back!!!

Truly a GEM!!!

We’ve been amazed by the villa first time we entered, the pics are great but seeing it is even better. Starting from the booking process I’ve to say that speaking with Filipe has been very easy, swift replies, very nice and helpful person. In the Villa you can find everything that is needed to spend your holiday with a lot of comfort. I’ve choose that place to go with the family for the Christmas time. The kitchen is very very well equipped, actually there's two fridge freezers, enough space to store items, super comfortable sofa, nice modern tv, fast internet connection and coverage on all the property. Large table, we had the opportunity to have really nice dinners with friends, we did a lot on the barbecue. It’s a very peaceful place. I think is the ideal place if you need to charge you’re batteries. Everything is placed nearby, Lidl at 5 mins walk, beach bar at 5 mins walking, Marufo restaurant at 5 mins too, fantastic place! Thanks Filipe!!! We'll be coming back very soon!!!

Stunning villa

Wow what a fantastic villa! Area was quiet with enough amenities nearby (Lidl was about 10/15 minute walk, beach 20/30 minutes) The pool was amazing with the added bonus of the hot tub. Plenty of sun loungers and seating for everyone. The villa was clean and all equipment was in good condition. Kitchen had everything you could need. Bedrooms and en-suites were spacious and clean. Gym area was incredible and well used as was the pool table and table tennis. Filipe was always available if we had any problems. George the taxi driver was also brilliant. Overall a fantastic villa, would highly recommend.

Family Holiday

We’re just home from our holiday where we stayed in the Villa for one week in April. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children so there was more than enough space for all of us. The villa is beautiful with all the amenities you would need. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and made regular use of the hot tub. We hired a car for easy access to local towns but taxis were also available. I would recommend this villa to any group.

Fantastic villa!

This villa was equipped with everything you can imagine. Upon check-in the villa was spotless and a welcome pack of goodies was left for our use. Towels were changed and bathrooms cleaned midweek which was a nice surprise. This villa is suitable for all ages. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, cinema room and hot tub. We really cannot fault anything. Located in a safe neighbourhood. Had a fantastic time. Filipe was always available to assist.

Large villa with plenty of amenities

We were a group of 9 (2 families with teenagers/young adults) and spent 2 fabulous weeks in this large villa. The villa is spacious and well equipped with plenty of activities for adults and youngsters and a large garden. The closest beaches are 25 minutes walk away. We ended up taking the car. We found plenty of restaurants in the area - you need to check what’s open when at the moment. We made good use of the bbq and delivery service for those days we stayed at the villa. We really appreciated being able to have a holiday this summer and loved all the space and amenities the villa had to offer. Highly recommend for large groups.

Utmärkt!!!

Helt fantastisk vistelse, vi hade bokat för nästan två år sedan för 14 av oss (vår ålder varierade från 72 till 11 månader) för att fira våra föräldrars 60-årsjubileum. Från den tidpunkt då jag ursprungligen bokade hos Filipe till den tid då vår vecka var klar var kommunikationen utmärkt och enkel, informationen och rekommendationerna för flygplatstransfer var också utmärkt, mycket välorganiserad process. Villan är placerad i ett lugnt område, mycket avskilt, på 5 min promenad till snabbköpet, restaurang, 5 min till stranden där du hittar en mycket trevlig strandbar. Om våra föräldrar ville åka till Vilamoura fick vi dem en taxi som var billig och snabb, även Filipe levererar stormarknad gratis, oavsett hur stor eller liten din butik är, vilket var riktigt bra. Villans bilder gör det inte rättvisa, det är mycket rymligt, gott om utrymme för hela familjen att umgås eller tillbringa lite tyst tid själv. Vardagsrummet var rymligt, med trevlig inredning, köket var mycket välutrustat, TV, spelkonsol (Playstation) bra biograf, alla sovrum har luftkonditionering, inte att vi tillbringade mycket tid inne som ute var bara fantastiskt, loungen området var fantastiskt bra miljö på natten! Sovrummen var superrena, våra öppnade för att se över poolområdet, vissa rum hade balkonger. Sovrummen hade massor av förvaring och utmärkta badrum, hand- och badhanddukar levererades med bokningen, plus strandhanddukar! Den bästa tiden någonsin var precis utanför, helt enkelt fantastiskt, bordtennis, Bluetooth-musikhögtalare, en massiv pool med massor av solstolar och parasoller runt omkring och barnen hade så kul med gummibåtar, perfekt för de små. Sedan finns det badtunnan längst ner i trädgården, vi älskade det och det var perfekt för kvällarna. På kvällen lyser trädgårdslamporna upp poolen och trädgårdsområdet, så vackert. Men jag tror att vår favorit var det massiva utomhusbordet, massor av stolar bredvid grillen, som hade ett härligt täckt område inför poolen och trädgården. Grillen faktiskt använde vi den för att göra nästan all vår matlagning eftersom den hade allt du behövde inklusive kyl, frys, stora drycker svalare. Fantastisk semester. Högt rekommenderad!!

Absolut fantastisch

Die Buchung dieser Villa war sehr effizient, Filipe war sehr schnell in seinen Antworten. Die Villa ist wunderschön und hat alles, was Sie sich für Ihren Aufenthalt wünschen können. Die Lage ist großartig - in der Nähe des Strandes und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Yachthafen entfernt. Schöne Zimmer, super geräumig, schöner Garten, werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Great villa for large families!!!

This wonderful 6 bedrooms villa, was no doubt the best choice for our holidays! As a big family, we couldn't have been more pleased with the space and commodity... we we're 15 people, Filipe the host is very helpful, he managed to get us 2 air-fold beds for the extra ones when we arrived. It has an impressive gymnasium as the pictures on the advert are outdated you just cant really believe. We got use of the hot tub, we spent most of the time at the villa, we all had a ball! We'll be coming soon definitely!

Beautiful place!

This is probably the most beautiful place I have ever stayed at! The villa was clean & comfortable and in an ideal location, just a 10 mins walking to the beach and 2 min short drive to the super market, vilamoura marina is at 5 mins . Filipe was amazing helping throughout the whole experience! The location was great!

Amazing villa, fabulous holiday!

We had a truly amazing holiday! Placed in a quiet surroundings, all amenities are at a few mins, Trafal beach and its outskirts its fabulous, looks like a movie scene! Cliffs and golf courses all around the area, there you go and then you find a beautiful lake with birds all along till the sea, amazing!! Plenty of space, nice garden, plenty of sun loungers, the lounge area seemed a perfect place at night as restaurants and shops are closing quite earlier due to corona. The villa was spotless, the cleaning service was very good. We required heating pool and hot tub, which is a must! Filipe the host was great, when we arrived he waited for us, and left us with a Portuguese traditional custard tart and a fresh and cold prosecco, nice start! Highly recommended!

Wonderful place!!!

Perfect place for a family group, stunning place! We were a party of 16 people, and still there was plenty of space for more people to stay in. The rooms are very spacious, was very clean, perfect layout, plenty of seating area! Fantastic location, beach at 10 mins walking, supermarket at 1 km, restaurants within 10 mins walking (1km). The beach was at a short drive 3 mins from the villa, less than 1 km. We had BBQ almost all nights as most places closes quite earlier due covid, perfect time for the family for the three generations! Filipe arranged transfers from and to the airport, was quite straight forward once we landed to head over to the villa. Also a truly gymnasium for the boys, we asked for heating pool and hot tub which was fantastic for October weather! Will definitely come back, pictures don't do it justice!

We stayed as a group of 12 at this villa and it was absolutely amazing! The children loved the pool and the lovely garden, well-kept and very spacious by the way. It's very private and completely secluded. All the required amenities were provided, the kitchen is fully equipped, pool table & ping pong, gym equipment, washing machine, WIFI (that a lot of people used at once and it worked fab ). The villa is only a 15 minute walk from Lidl and about 25 minutes walking to the beach. We also got quite a few taxis and these were all reasonably priced but Filipe has arranged good car hire that make it easier for us to explore other beaches. I would also thoroughly recommend the Aquashow Park (only 5 minutes up the road in a taxi and lots for adults and children there). Filipe was extremely helpful , easily contactable by phone or email. We had maid service mid week and the jacuzzi was also cleaned. I would 100% recommend this villa. Thank you Filipe for a brilliant service and 5 star stay at your villa!

Stunning Villa in a perfect location

We stayed as a group of 13 at this villa and it was absolutely amazing! The two children loved the pool and garden, which was very spacious. It's very private so you don't have to worry about anyone being able to see in and the security is brilliant. Big electric gates at the front and electric shutters on all the windows. We all felt completely safe there but it was still good to have all these security features for peace of mind, especially with two young children there. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor with balconies, a double and 2 single beds on the ground floor and a double and 2 single beds in the basement. The basement was really spacious with the games room, gym and cinema room down there too plus the washing machine, tumble drier etc. The villa is only a 15 minute walk from Lidl and about 25 minutes to the beach. We also got quite a few taxis and these were all reasonably priced. About €10 to Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo. We decided to walk down to the restaurants in Vale do Lobo on a cooler day and it took an hour so would recommend a taxi for that journey! I would also thoroughly recommend the Aquashow Park Hotel. Only 5 minutes up the road in a taxi and lots for adults and children there. It was very clean there too. Filipe was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and when we were at the villa. Easily contactable by phone and email. We had maid service mid week and the jacuzzi was also cleaned. I would definitely recommend paying the extra to have the heated pool. Even in July it was still quite cold in the pool but once it had heated up it took the chill off. Ideal, especially for the children who spent hours in there! There are lots of inflatables too (we bought a few extra and left them there). I would 100% recommend this villa. On the day we returned from our holiday we were looking at Filipe's other villas for our holiday next year! Thank you Filipe for a brilliant service and 5 star stay at your villa!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful full equiped villa!

Our stay at the villa was fantastic. We were 10, children included and everything was perfect ! A lot of things to do even if the weather was not so good : watching a movie in the cinema room, playing ping-pong or darts. But when the sun came, the swimming-pool and jacuzzi were fantastic ! The only little negative thing could be that sometimes the water of the showers was suddenly cold and then hot. Beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms, enough chairs, tables and dishes ! Filipe was very friendly and we will certainly come back!
