About this property

The villa is located on a 650 square meter garden plot. Impressive views from the living room and its 3 outdoor terraces which are perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a completely noise-free environment where you can breathe calm throughout the day.

Children and pets are welcome, we have pool games and inflatables for the little ones.

All rooms including the living room have independent air conditioners.

The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk from the villa. We also offer a service of taking you in our vehicle to make your purchase on the day of your arrival and showing you the area.

The sun hits the pool all day during the summer. However, not everyone wants sun all day... so if you want shade we have 5 large umbrellas in the pool area or just move to the 35 m2. Shaded terrace from where you can watch your children while they enjoy the salt pool, this terrace has space for 20 people and with the barbecue installed right at the entrance to the terrace.

We also have a ping pong table and a game of electronic darts to spend some good family moments.

There are steps from street level to the main entrance of the villa and then you enjoy fantastic views, especially from the 40 square meter upper terrace... fantastic sunrises and sunsets and 360º views!

Walking distance to...Arroyo de la Miel (city) 15 minutes. (lots of bars and restaurants, etc.)... to Tivoly amusement park... 14 minutes... to cable car 15 minutes... to the beach 30 minutes walking downhill (people usually walk there and take a return taxi for 6 euros.)

Better than expected from arrival to departure

A fantastic property, ideal for large groups, so much space inside and out and every need catered for. Wonderful hosts that looked after us from booking to leaving. For us Brits the air conditioning is amazing! We would highly recommend and sure to return.

A lovely villa family had great time kids loved it but due to there being a lot of steps up to house myself and husband found it quite difficult as im on walking stick so had to be helped as there is no railing to hold onto would recommend they put some sort of railing or bar up to assist would recomend this villa for young families

Fantastic experience

Highly recommended for family holiday. Host was very helpful, took us to supermarket for initial shop. Villa was brilliant, plenty of space if you want a quiet time. Well equipped. Marina is about 10€ in an Uber depending how busy. Thank you for a super holiday. Mark 5-12 may.

Great villa!

Our family of 9 stayed at this wonderful villa in May half-term 2023. Transfers were arranged for us from and to Malaga airport. On our arrival, Laura met us and showed us around the property, then took us to the local supermarket to buy provisions. It's a great, quiet location, with about a 20-minute walk to the main town, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a huge park about a 30-minute walk away, with another 15 minutes or so to the beach. We used Ubers to go to/from the port, only costing 11-12 euros. The kids loved the pool. We could have easily stayed another week! Would certainly recommend this villa!

Golf Trip

We recently stayed for a golfing trip for 10 people. The villa was in a great location to the bars, restaurants and shops. It also has all the amenities we required from pool, sun terrace, barbecue and large earing area outside. The booking was made easily with Jose Luis and check in was with Laurita who was always available via whatsApp to deal with any questions we had. The whole experience was excellent and we will definitely be looking to book again. Thanks Jose/Laurita.

Wonderful peaceful location, lovely family holiday

We had a lovely stay at villa roma. Host Carlos was in touch throughout the booking process, throughout our trip and after our stay. He was attentive, helpful and friendly. We especially appreciated him taking us when we needed to the local supermarket to stock up. The villa was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The outdoor spaces are multiple and very large. The pool is a lovely size and a great way to cool off, or for our boys to have a splash around. The location is peaceful and very picturesque. Be aware there are quite a lot of steps around the property. The property is a 15 minute walk to the resort centre and around 30 minutes also downhill to the beachfront with more shops and bars. Many of us enjoyed the walk down and back up, but taxis were also in plentiful supply at the taxi ranks or via uber. We had no problem with taxis locating the villa. Overall a lovely holiday and we would recommend. Thanks Carlos!

Sun after covid

Finally after covid we got to enjoy this beautiful villa, the booking was originally for a hen for however wasn’t needed as the wedding happened whilst locked down. We changed to a family holiday which we absolutely loved every min perfect location. Carlos could not have been more accommodating with every request we made. So helpful and friendly, the villa was lovely clean we had the best time!! If we decide to visit the area again we will look to stay here again!

Our stay at Carlos's villa

The property is a lovely 6 bedroom villa with all the facilities made available. All we needed was a quick trip to the supermarket and we were up and running. Additionally - Carlos is a great owner - we immediately set up a whatsapp group and he answered our questions immediately. From booking taxis to giving us rides to the supermarket. We could not have had a better experience. Thanks a lot Carlos - you made it a great holiday.

Excellent stay Carlos the owner is a superb human

We had a great stay the villa pictures are accurate it's not brand new but it's functional. Everything worked perfect air con room fans large fridge and freezer, Carlos and his friend offered to take us to the shops as many times as we wished and wouldn't take any money for their time. The villa is in a good location and we wasn't disturbed by anyone. Pool area is fantastic loads of sunbeds Ping pong table is very high quality and it got alot of use! Fantastic accommodation, highly recommend.

The villa was well located, spectacular and clean to the highest of standards. The villa was spacious allowing privacy to all. Carlos was an amazing host, always on call if you needed him, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, we could not ask for anything more in a villa or host. Would highly recommend and our family will be going back at some point.

We traveled as a group of 9 males for a 40th Birthday celebration.

On arrival Carlos made us all very welcome and had arranged for food and drink to be left in the Villa. He was on hand throughout our stay and although being very tentative he was in no way intrusive. Overall the Villa was very clean and ideal for our needs. We had two days of our 3 sitting buy the pool with a barbecue. It was situated within walking distance (15 mins) of the town and once there taxis were ample and inexpensive to take you to all nearby locations. I would recommend this Villa and if we were to return to Benalmádena we would definitely be getting in touch with Carlos. Thanks again Carlos for making our trip a very pleasant and enjoyable one, John

Everything and more

I cannot explain adequately with words just how perfect our stay was. We had a combination of ages ranging from 8yrs to 60yrs and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. To say Carlos is a great host is an understatement he's friendly professional kind caring thoughtful and generous with his time and helpfulness. Excellent host and a good property in a fantastic location!

Carlos (the owner) of the property has been a great host. We all loved him and his customer service and support is excellent. He got in touch with us as soon as we made the booking through Homeaway. He gave us the confidence that he would do everything to make our holiday a successful one and his communication timing was all very good. He offered his car, as well as extra days at no extra cost if we wanted to stay more since he was not renting the villa during the Christmas holiday period. He also provided us with valuable information about the Christmas period shop timings etc and was very kind enough to buy some necessary stuff for us for the initial couple of days. He also was very flexible on check in and check out times since there arent any back to back bookings (this is the good thing about going in December) We were a group of 11 (3 families) and there are enough bedrooms and beds for all of us with one spare room. The property was exactly the same as what you see in the photographs. There are around 30 steps from the street level to get the Villa but its not too steep or anything. The Villa itself was very well decorated and had everything you need for your holiday. There was a small play area for the kids to play badminton, ping pong. The pool was very good but since it was winter, we couldn't use it much.. the kids tried only once and didn't dare to get into cold water :) . The views from the Villa is great and it overlooks the mountains near by and is a great sight in the morning to wake up to. Throughout our stay Carlos took good care of us, he sent us messages to ask if everything is OK and offered to give lift to shops and near by beach drop offs. The location of the Villa is great and is near to local amenities- 15 mins walk to Benalmadena local center/train station and you can pretty much walk to all the local attractions (20 to 30 mins walk) in Benalmadena. The only reason we gave 4 stars is due to the Electricity and hot water issues we faced during the stay. Carlos reacted to those issues with priority and in fact got his electrician on the Christmas day to fix it. He really reacted very very quickly whenever we reported problems. He has assured that these issues will be fixed permanently since this is the 1st time he has experienced such issues during Winter. Overall, we are pleased with our stay and the host (Carlos). We would love to go again during summer to enjoy glorious Spain staying in a lovely villa!

Amazing Villa and Host

We stayed as a group of 12, some for a long weekend and others for a full week. What an amazing time we had. The Villa is huge and spacious enough for the nights that had the full group staying. The Villa was clean and had all the appliances you needed to cook with. There is no heating oven which caught us out when we bought pizzas however there was electric hobs, microwaves and toastie makers which were put to good use. The outside surroundings of the villa are incredible. Upstairs balcony is huge with breathtaking views and the pool was perfect... also we were supplied with plenty of bath and beach towels. The Villa is also in a handy enough location to walk into town for a night out and get a reasonably priced taxi home. Recommend getting local taxis and not using uber. All in all this villa was perfect and made our holiday. A final shout out has to go to the host himself, Carlos. What an incredibly kind man that made sure from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and assured us that we could turn to him for anything if needed. Excellent hospitality - nothing was too much trouble!

As a family of four, we visited Villa Roma as a late booking for five nights - we were not disappointed. The villa itself was clean and tidy, with ample space for the whole family. In addition, the table tennis and badminton(!) facilities also kept the kids (and adults) entertained when they weren't splashing about in the pool. The small town of Arroyo is a 15-minute walk away, with the many beaches and harbour area a short taxi ride away. There is a good mix of shops and restaurants in both Arroyo and Benalmadena, certainly enough choice for even the most picky traveller. As if the above points weren't enough, we were exceptionally well looked after by the villa owner, Carlos. Before we'd even arrived, his e-mail communications were excellent, and he maintained regular contact throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble - he took us to the supermarket and showed us the way into town. We always felt that if we had any problems (which we didn't), that he was available 24/7. Well done Carlos, and thanks again for your hospitality.

Villa owner Carlos was a lovely and excellent host on arrival and during our stay in villa Roma benalmadena.all our needs were catered for during our stay in his lovely villa,which included use of his car for shopping trips to nearby shopping centres .as our group were in benalmadena for a wedding ,carlos organised for the lady's in our group a hairdresser which was great....all our needs were catered for While we stayed in villa Roma...our group consisted off 6 adults,5 teenagers,2 children which all had a marvellous time at the villa Roma. We as group of 13 will have no problem returning to villa Roma benalmadena again in the near future..all areas are within walking distances if you like to walk or a few minutes by taxi... I would like to thank carlos for the use of his lovely villa Roma and his kind and lovely manner during our stay. See you soon.John c.....

Fantastic family holiday

We stayed in the villa to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday with ages 24 to 74. The villa was perfect for our needs and had everything for all 10 of us. Carlos was the perfect host and couldn't do enough for us. He was more than happy to take us to the local supermarket and gave us lots of useful information. The location is great as it is in a quiet area but an easy walk into the town where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. The marina was a short taxi ride away and well worth a visit. I would definitely recommend the villa to anyone and I can promise you will be very well looked after by Carlos.

Fantastic Villa, great owner, perfect get away..

10 fellas stayed on and off during a 1 week period, with lots of single beds was ideal. Villa is perfect with 3 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms and tons of seating. The 10 recliner seats were well used for recovery in the front room, and large tv with chrome cast allowed us to use our phones to cast daft programs on the TV. Front room also had 2 computers and good wifi. Pool was lovely getting most of the days sun, large barbecue and loads of outdoor loungers and seats in a quiet area, 1/4 mile from larger roads. Property was very secure and being higher had a really nice breeze throughout the villa. Towels and kitchen utensils a plenty. We eat breakfast mostly at villa and had enough of everything for 10 people doing a full english!. Train station is a short walk down the hill into town and had lots of great bars/restaurants and large supermarket. Taxi from town was only 6 euros. One of the high lights was the owner, totally awsome guy. took us shopping twice for food, offered to collect someone from airport and nothing was out of his way. We had small problem with water boiler which was resolved on the day, just cant beat service like that. Would recommend visiting the cablecar to the mountain with a bird of prey show at top, amazing views and a bar at top. Also visit the marina, thats lovely. All in all a fantastic holiday and will be visiting again for sure, thanks for taking care of us carlos..

Well what can I say... first off we arrived later on in the evening carols was fab he'd got us some essentials in which was perfect as there was 3 adults and 6 kids.... the villa was perfect for us and especially for the kids they loved the pool in it all day all night... As for carlos well he was there when ever we needed him he'd come take us to the supermarket when we wanted to do a full shop nothing was to much trouble for him.... even showing us the faster ways to walk into town or the beach.... over all we had a fab holiday and will be recommending to family and friends loved it....... Fantastic views

This is a lovely spacious villa with great outside space to enjoy including a lovely pool. Carlos took such good care of us taking us to the supermarket on arrival and even coming over to take us to the marina when we could not get a 7 seater taxi. The villa is well equipped with plenty of towels and the use of the car was great for supermarket runs. The villa is perfect for family get togethers. Vicki
