The secluded and private property has been completely renovated and thoughtfully designed to provide a property that is luxurious, spacious and well equipped.The house was originally 3 cottages which have been seamlessly integrated into one large property whilst retaining three living rooms.The internal accommodation flows into the gardens through the numerous outside doors imparting a light and airy feel. There are plenty of areas to explore or relax in including large heated, enclosed pool, lawned areas, secret garden, children's play area, shaded terrace, fields, disused railway line and woodland. Families travelling with babies and toddlers will find everything that require. There are several pleasant walks and bike routes in the surrounding countryside. The area offers varied activities from the Lac at St Ferreol with beach, canoes, boats, crazy golf, high wire course to Saissac with a Cathar castle, Revel with a country renowned market to name but a few.

Great Family Holiday

This farmhouse is fantastic in a beautiful location surrounded by some lovely woodland that can be explored. The house itself has lots of space and has lots of living areas downstairs. It has lots of books and toys for the kids. It has everything you need if you are staying with young children. The pool is superb, warm and big we spent everyday in there. It is a drive to the supermarket but worth it for the secluded location.

Lovely week in the French countryside.

This large property suited our needs exactly. The house is extremely well equipped. Of course, the heated swimming pool was a huge hit with both adults and children. We did have a couple of wet days but the children found plenty to do inside. We had a lovely week.

Beautiful home with everything you could wish for. Extremely well equipped in well kept grounds.

With ages ranging from one to sixty four this house has something for everyone. In a beautiful part of France with lots to see and do we had an amazing three weeks. Definitely at the top of our list for a return visit. The owners have thought of everything you need for a trouble free stay and we wanted for nothing.

Lovely, high quality property, fantastic for families with young kids

This property was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is amazingly well equipped - lots of pool toys, games, books, DVDs, kitchen equipment. The fittings are all high quality and the property has been really tastefully renovated. Nice high quality sheets and towels. The owners seem to have thought of everything you could possibly want in a holiday home! The owners were extremely helpful whenever we had a query about anything to do with the property, or just for general advice about recommendations for nearby restaurants. The one and only slight downside was the scenery in the immediate vicinity of the property - fairly standard French country scenery, but not quite as spectacular as some of the other areas of the Tarn. On the other hand, the more beautiful areas of the Tarn are within 1 hour's drive of the property. Saying that, there are still plenty of cute and interesting villages and towns to explore relatively close to the property. The grounds are lovely and safe for young children to play in and the pool is safely fenced off for toddlers. The stair gates were also useful. Our children loved their holiday and the freedom to run around the garden. They thoroughly enjoyed the play equipment, including slide and swing. We were really impressed with the number of children's toys and books which kept our children entertained. We would thoroughly recommend this property to those with children, particularly toddlers. It felt like a home away from home.

L'endroit idéal pour 1 séjour en famille !

Une propriété spacieuse, très bien équipée, avec des chambres et des salles de bain décorées avec goût. Tout est réuni pour satisfaire toutes les générations : de nombreux jouets à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur pour les enfants, salon télé, console vidéo et un grand choix de DVD ou de jeux vidéos pour les ados, un parc magnifique pour les apéros et les grillades pour les adultes, et une belle piscine .... Notre séjour dans cette propriété, que nous avons trouvée très propre à notre arrivée, restera inoubliable. C'est sûr, nous y retournerons !

Excellent week end!!

Nous avons passé un week end au sein de cette belle demeure, nous étions 10 adultes et un enfant. La maison est magnifique, grande, tout le confort était là! Belle décoration, matériel de qualité, la piscine chauffée est un atout! Jim a été charmant pour nous aider à organiser ce week end, et Corinne nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux! Beautiful house, pool was amazing!!

We had an amazing family holiday in the house, brilliantly equipped for all ages! Mel was great both before and after the holiday. The pool was lovley and warm with lots of inflatables, sun loungers etc. Would love to go back!!

A great house offering a premium experience

We had a lovely family holiday here this summer. The house is fantastic with a heated pool, vast grounds and every mod-con you need. Compared to other places we have rented, this is truly high spec with thought given to every detail from lovely walk-in showers to the full cupboard of kids' DVDs. If you are looking for somewhere special then this is definitely the place for you - the only downside was the mixed weather which is out of anyone's control!

Lovely property, fantastic holiday

We stayed at this property in July 2014. There were 5 adults and 6 children with ages ranging from 18 months to 11 years. We had a fantastic week. The property was very large and was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and there were lots of little touches which made life easier for us, such as games and toys for the children, travel plugs, pool towels, bbq utensils etc to name just a few. The extensive grounds were brilliant and the (fenced) pool was large which meant we spent all of our time outside and rarely left the property. The owners were really helpful both before, during and after the holiday and my deposit was returned promptly. All in all, a great week and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to any of my friends and family.

Maison pleine de charme avec très beau parc et piscine

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour entre amis dans cette maison pleine de charme. L'extérieur étant très grand et isolé, nous avons pu profiter des repas à l'ombre des arbres, se baigner dans la grande piscine ou encore jouer à la pétanque, des moments de joie et de partage. Le cadre est vraiment parfait pour profiter au maximum de L'extérieur.

Week-end de Noël

Nous avons passé 4 jours et 3 nuits avec toute notre famille composée de 9 adultes et nos 6 petits enfants dont 2 nourrissons. Séjour très agréable grâce aux 3 salons de la maison et le parc extérieur où chacun a pu trouver son espace durant le week-end de Noël. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle pour un groupe familial tel que le nôtre. Nous recommandons sans problème ce gîte ! En outre , la personne qui localement gère ce gîte est très agréable et disponible.

Déception

Infestation de punaises, y compris sous les couettes, des heures passées à faire le nécessaire, et colonies de mouches dans une des douches. L’aspirateur n’a pas été passé avant notre arrivée mais juste au moment de notre arrivée. Piscine sympa mais peu chauffée. Tous les modes d’emploi en anglais… Pas d’internet et une personne coincée tout un après-midi pour attendre Orange qui n’est jamais venu! Aménagement de la cuisine pas assez fonctionnel et défectueuse, manque de matériel pour faire la cuisine ! Dommage car belle maison, très grande et bien placée, avec magnifique jardin.

Excellent séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette belle propriété, propre et fonctionnelle, avec une grande piscine dont tout le monde a bien profité. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec beaucoup de salles de bain. La cuisine est aussi très grande, idéale pour cuisiner pour de grandes tablées. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

La maison était très agreable , les hotes attentionné (papier toilette en nombre , produits menagers, piscine chauffee) La maison a une super cuisine et est très équipée, il faut le mentionner mieux dans l'annonce:Jouets pour enfants ,très biens sécurisée pour les bébés donc super vacances pour les parents , chaises hautes , babyphones, nombreux salons Literie de super qualité et télé connectée, maison hyper propre La maison n'est pas hyper bien isolée et le wifi est faible mais le reste est tellement super que c'est pas bien grave

Maison très grande et agréable. Très propre. La piscine chauffée est grande et bien entretenue. La literie est très bien. La personne qui s occupe de l accueil est très bien et elle fait tout son possible en cas de problème. Bel endroit pour passer des vacances avec des amis.
