Lovely apartment on peaceful complex

Phillippe was an excellent host - very quick to respond to any queries and couldn't have done more. The apartment is situated in a peaceful complex and we enjoyed our morning walks down to the beach each day - the smell of the warm pine which we walked through on the way into the village was lovely too. Apartment was just as described and it was excellent. The aircon was brilliant and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would need.

Beautiful Elviria

Lovely apartment, short walk from the village. Well equiped, spacious and comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet location, no surrounding noise. The swimming pool is lovely, plenty of deckchairs. Would recommend if you have never been before. Elviria has a wealth of dining options, bars and childrens play areas.

Perfect week

Lovely stay in Elvira, I have stayed in this location before hence why we booked again. Location is ideal for Marbella and Puerto Banus, also Fuengirola. Apartment was ideal for a family of 4 , amenities all that we needed were available. Communication with the owner was no issue. Overall a great stay in a good location and apartment.

Super property in great location

Peaceful location but easy to walk to everything you need. The apartment itself is very smart and well looked after. Everything you need to really enjoy your stay which we absolutely did, so much so we’ve booked to stay at the apartment again!

A very enjoyable stay in Los Jardines

Philippe's flat is sunny and bright, facing south. In November it was warm all day, no need for either air conditioning or heating. The flat is a good size with a lovely large balcony with a pretty outlook on trees and grass. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided and there is almost instant communication back from the owner if you have any questions. The hot water is plentiful with great water pressure in the showers. The TV has a multitude of channels including British ones. The complex is beautifully landscaped with flowers and pools and is well situated, just a few minutes drive from shops and restaurants and the beach. There is security at the gates so one can feel perfectly safe. We hope to return before too long.

Elviria stay

An excellent apartment , well furnished and in walking distance of restaurants and the beach. The terrace was private and a good size. Elviria is a great area with lovely beaches and good restaurants on your doorstep. It’s only a short drive to Marbella ( or a very cheap bus ride from the bottom of the road ) we will definitely be back. Michael

Great November break

For me it was really right choice to choose this place. Nice clean, quiet surrounding. By the pool i was most of the time alone so its never too many people there. Beach is near wich i also like.

Excellent in all aspects

Arrived on Saturday, so collected keys from agent in Calahonda, as directed, and continued as directed with the maps to the complex. Very impressive from all aspects - secure, spacious and all balconies facing south! The apartment was well equipped and spacious, clean and bright. The location was ideal for exploring the area surrounding Marbella, with its many marinas and long, clear, sandy beaches. Ideally positioned for golfing enthusiasts, as well as the high wire and climbing facility. The only downside was negotiating the entries on to the A7 speed track!

smart apartment with fantastic swimming pools and close to shops and restaurants.

after collecting the key from calahonda the taxi took us to philippes apartment which is in a very secure gated complex.the flat is well furnished with ensuite bathrooms and a well equipt kitchen.the balcony as awnings to keep you in the shade.which we needed because it was very hot,the pools are great one even as fountains and have life guards.close by are shops and places to eat and brilliant amazon jungle climbing forest.

Very nice apartment in lovely Elveria

The apartment was very well equipped and clean and situated in the very nice location of Elveria. We used the pools most days and always found the sunbeds available.Our bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the efficient air conditioning especially on the hotter days and nights. Philippe was very obliging and helpful pre our arrival and we would consider staying again in the future. Our only complaint was in finding the estate agents offices to collect the keys for the apartment and which was closed on Saturdays which was the day for both our arrival and departure. The directions map supplied was not detailed enough so we recommend a better map or better system, e.g. why couldn't we collect or leave the keys with the on site security guard . Clean and Comfortable

This flat is well appointed and decorated. A comfortable living - dining area. The balcony is very sunny and shade is provided by the electric sun blinds. The furniture on the balcony is of a high standard. Kitchen is well supplied if you wish to cook in the flat. Beds are comfortable and plenty hangers in closets This quiet complex is well taken care of with beautiful gardens. The 3 pools mean there is no over crowding. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family . We hope to return ourselves.

Vakantieverblijf in Los Jardines

Ons verblijf van 2 weken was zeer relax en aangenaam. We hebben genoten van het mooie appartement. Het was er zeer netjes en verzorgd en we hadden ook niets tekort. Vooral de aangename zithoek met gemakkelijke zetels op het terras waren voor ons een groot pluspunt! Ondanks het feit dat het winter was hebben we toch dikwijls in de zon kunnen zitten. De omgeving van Elviria is ideaal voor een leuke vakantie! Je vindt alles wat nodig is rondom het complex van Los Jardines. Our stay of 2 weeks was very relaxing and pleasant. We enjoyed the nice apartment. A very neat and clean appartment. We had all that we needed. Especially its pleasant seating area on the terrace with easy seats were for us a big plus! Despite the fact that it was winter we could often sit in the sun. The area of Elviria is ideal for a fun-filled holiday! You'll find everything you need around the complex of Los Jardines. Wonderful stay

We have recently had a fantastic stay at Philippe's apartment. Booking was friendly and efficient and lots of handy tips provided by the owner. We arrived very late at night but the directions and arrangements for key collection were accurate and easy to follow. The apartment is spacious and in the very well maintained development at Los Jardines de Santa Maria. The restaurants in Eliviria are walking distance (we loved Rosemarino!) and the beach a 15 min walk or short drive away. The complex has three pools to choose from and when we visited, had lifeguards on duty who were great with our boys. Us loungers and superbly maintained gardens make for a high-end hotel experience at the pools. The apartment itself was a very high standard. The terrace was a real plus with comfy rattan furniture and an awning/canopy to extend in the heat of the sun. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds really comfortable (always a worry when traveling!). We had a couple of minor teething problems with the microwave which didn't work, and the shower in the second bathroom was very slow at draining, but these were very small issues and Phillipe has asked for feedback already and was very keen to put right any issue that we might experience whilst there. We will definitely return to this apartment. As a mixed residential/holiday development it is hard to know how busy/quiet it might be off season but we will definitely return, if not this winter, certainly next summer.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

We stayed in this apartment for 10 nights at the end of August. Although this was a very last minute booking for us, Philippe was extremely helpful, ensured the process was simple and straightforward and was on hand to quickly answer any questions we had. The apartment itself was exactly as described, well equipped and ideal for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. The Los Jardines complex is excellent. It has 4 large pools, one of which is shallow for children and there were plenty of sunbeds available at any time of day. All areas of the complex were very well maintained, clean and tidy. Whilst a car is not necessary we did decide to hire one and found Elviria to be a very convenient location for exploring the local area. It is only a 10 minute walk to the commercial centre which has a couple of supermarkets and a good selection of bars and restaurants which has something to suit all tastes. All in all we had a great holiday, very relaxing and would not hesitate to recommend Philippe's apartment.

Superb

Just come back from a two week stay in Philippe's apartment and already the holiday blues have set in. The apartment and the complex are truly magnificent and the pictures do not do it justice. We found the facilities on the site and the apprtment to be first class and it was great to be in walking distance in the evening of all the great restaurants in Elviria. Beautiful apartment

We have just spent 11 days in this lovely apartment in Elviria. The pictures do not do the apartment justice, as it is excellent not only internally but also the grounds of the complex. Everything is very well maintained. The apartment has everything you will need for a home from home holiday. We spent many hours on the terrace enjoying the sunshine. Elviria itself is just a short walk from the complex and has everything you will need. We hired a car and ventures out and about, but there is a lovely beach within walking distance so once you are there a car is not a necessary. There is also 2 supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in Evliria. We would like to thank Philippe for the use of this beautiful apartment and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Beautiful Apartment

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Los Jardines, the apartment was as described and we could not fault it, it was a beautiful apartment close to amenities 5 minutes walk to Elviria square with restaurants etc. it was very clean, well maintained and a lovely home from home environment, lovely large terrace with sun all day. The complex has large swimming pools and lovely gardens. We would not hesitate to recommend it and hope to return soon. Thank you Philippe

My wife and I are French, we bought the apartment from an English couple. They were the first owners of the apartment from 2004. We intend to use the apartment as much as possible when isn't rented, as we are both retired.
We live near Versailles, Paris, France.

Why they chose this property

We speak English and Spainish , and we particularly love Andalousia , which we have been familiar with for many years . When we decided to buy an apartment on the Costa del Sol , in the very best position between the sea and the mountains we did not hesitate to choose Los Jardines, Elviria.
Location and security are good. The complex is inhabited and living all the year.
The beaches are very beautiful and chid-friendly.
There are plenty of interesting places to visit within a short distance.

What makes this property unique

There are lots of sporting activities on offer in the area, including golf. We were particularly impressed with the decor and comfort that the previous owners chose for the interior decoration.We think it's a home from home feeling.
We have chosen a local agent with a good reputation. Therefore, during your stay, any problems or question you might have will be dealt with efficiently.
There are also numerous restaurants in the area where the apartment is located.
