Villa Evin is a modern two bedroom luxurious seaside villa with a fantastic location literally metres from the water’s edge. Within two minutes you can be swimming off the seaside bathing platforms, or enjoying breakfast/lunch at one of the waterside beach clubs. This is a peaceful residential area ideal for relaxation and recuperation. A great place to enjoy the crystal clear Blue Flag awarded waters of Kalkan bay. When you want just hop on the local water taxi to take you to the town centre. There you will find the pretty small streets of Kalkan’s charming Old Quarter teeming with small shops, excellent restaurants and café/bars.

Villa Evin is a spacious two bedroom two bathroom villa comfortably sleeping 4 in one double and one twin/double bedroom. The villa’s layout and location attracts couples looking for a romantic escape, small families with children, as well as friends holidaying together. Outside the private infinity pool and separate Jacuzzi pool have stunning sea views and are mainly un overlooked. The pool is heated in the low season to keep it a comfortable temperature and this is included in our weekly price. The large pool terrace offers sun and shade at different times of the day, with areas for sunbathing, outdoor dining or just relaxing in the shade of the garden pergola. To the rear of the villa is a mature garden of lemon, orange, lime and Olive trees set among Hibiscus, Jasmine and Begonvillea.

Equipped and presented to a high standard, you will find everything you can possible need at Villa Evin for the holiday of a lifetime. We the owners live locally and manage the villa. If you want, we are on hand to assist with everything from car hire, to a private boat trip or in house catering.

Villa Evin - Summer 24

Had a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Evin. Perfectly located across the bay from Kalkan, fantastic beach clubs within walking distance and a short trip by Taxi or boat to some wonderful restaurants. The villa is perfectly sized with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Outside there is a great pool, dining area, sunbeams and a shaded area too. We loved watching the sunset from the pool of an evening. Host, Bridget, was on hand for any queries and gave us loads of tips about the local area. Even managed to get us into the property early after an overnight flight. The best indication I can give you of our stay is that my wife never wants to go back to the same place twice, but we've already booked Vill Evin for next year!

Villa Evin is well looked after and presented villa situated in a quiet area with easy access to the beach (across the road), restaurants and shops in Kalkan town. Thank you Bridget and team for arranging the airport transfers and rental car everything worked flawlessly. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and look forward to returning in the future

Great villa, great location - superb

My wife and I enjoyed a great week at Villa Evin. The villa was very modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The outside area was excellent and the sun was in the pool area all day where you can sit and look at the wonderful view. Location is about a 5mins drive away from centre of Kalken where the majority of the restaurants are located - you will need a car/taxi. Good restaurants we visited were both located on the hill down to the marina - Kalamare (exceptional) and Coriander Communication with Bridget was first class and we would definitely recomend

Fantastic

What a wonderful villa, best we have been to and had everything you needed, great touch having the water cooler and all the beach towels, a microwave would have been good though. Location brilliant, nice to be out of the main town as so quiet but also so easy and quick to get to. Restaurants in the main town brilliant, we tended to go more to ones on the road with the supermarkets eg Coriander, as more authentic and alot cheaper. My daughter loved all the animals and named them all!! Would go back straight away. Thanks for a great stay. Kollov family

Totally relaxing 2 weeks

Villa was amazing in every way and lived up to its description given by Bridget who was always available if needed for little tips / bits of info. We all loved the Jacuzzin and Pool. The villa was in a nice relaxing quiet area with amazing view of the Sea and coastline of Kalkan. Beachclubs / water sports within 2 mins walk. We as a family would definitely want to stay again at the villa if we visit Kalkan in future.

Villa Evin was just what I was looking forward which was just 5 min taxi out of town. Very clean accommodation and layout just right. I would recommend this villa and location. Beach club is 3 min walk over the road which is great place to watch the sunset.

Amazing 2 weeks

We had the most relaxing 2 weeks at villa Evin. We have stayed in quite a few places in Kalkan but this was our first time in Kisla,what a bonus to be 2 mins walk & you’re in the sea. Lovely & quiet but so easy & cheap to get a taxi into the town in the evening or hop on the water taxi. Everything was perfect, Bridget was very helpful & we didn’t want to leave. I just hope we can return next year.

Lovely villa but in the shade of the hill in Autumn.

The villa was immaculately clean, very well equipped and spacious for four. Communication was excellent pre and during our stay. The villa was easy to live in and had multiple outside areas to sit in with Kalkan can be easily reached in a few minutes by car or the taxi boat service. The one downside for us was that due to the steep hill behind the house and the sun being lower in October it meant there was no sun on the property until 10am and then it was again in full shade by 4pm (the majority of the pool was in shade all day).

Stayed as a family of 2 adults 2 children. The villa was clean and spotless on arrival, a welcome pack of bread crisps water and fizz and more had been left for us which we were very grateful for as we arrived during the early hours. The villa has an excellent location overlooking the bay near to Kalkan Beach Club. The villa is spacious and had more than enough room for us. The pool was clean and kept clean throughout our stay, looks slightly bigger than it actually is in the pics and in an ideal world we would have liked it bigger as it was a little crowded when all 4 of us were in the pool. The inside of the villa was clean tidy and had all you needed (home from home) and was fully cleaned again during our stay with towels and linen changed. The villa was showing signs of wear and tear in areas but this is to be expected and it was still an amazing villa and location to stay in. We would stay here again and enjoyed our holiday here.

Fantastic place!

Villa Evin was just as lovely as the pictures suggested! The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived and it is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The pool and house are beautifully maintained and it’s position right by the waterfront and beach clubs could not be better. Views are amazing, you have the sea and water taxis buzzing around in the day but by night the area is peaceful and calm. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. Another bonus is the selection of beach clubs and restaurants in walking distance. I thoroughly recommend a stay at Villa Evin.

Wonderful Villa Evin

Villa Evin was everything we hoped for and more. Modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. The outside area was wonderful. Amazing views out to sea with glorious sunsets. The pool and pool area were cleaned every day. The big umbrella over the outside dining table and the shaded seating area with lovely comfortable chairs made it easy to escape the heat of the sun. The beach club was less than a two minute walk from the villa. The staff were absolutely lovely and would happily reserve sun loungers by the sea. Pretty decent food too. The water taxi to and from Kalkan was a real highlight. Such a lovely way to travel and take in the beautiful coastline and spot the odd turtle! Kalkan itself is lovely. Lots of nice restaurants and shops. What really struck us is how lovely the Turkish people are. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. All in all it was one of the best holidays we've had. Thank you Bridget and Sehir - we'll be back!

Seamless experience. Only one issue which was quickly rectified. Pool and jacuzzi were spotless ad was the entire property. We have rented from Bridget and Sehir for a couple of years and always have a great time.

Great villa with great views

Villa Evin, is a superb villa lovely and clean and lovely outside space with plenty of umbrellas. Also what I really liked is that the villa provided pool pillows which made for comfortable sunbathing. As we arrived early May we had the pool heated which was lovely. Also a two minute walk from the castle which is great for lunch, dinner and breakfast .

Beautiful Villa

This was our 3rd time in this lovely villa it’s always clean and well maintained and Bridget is always on hand for advice or if any problems occur.Kisla is just a boat taxi away from Kalkan where there are excellent restaurants to choose from we’ve still not tried them all as there’s such a big choice but the ones we have tried have all been amazing, we will definitely be back it’s our favourite place to be.

Pure Bliss

This was the first time we stayed in Kalkan (normally visit Dalyan). The villa, location and Kalkan itself is magical! The villa was spotless, fresh and had every basic you would need and more. It is a superb and spacious villa with a luxury feel The views from every room in the house were stunning views over the bay. We arrived at night and the evening view of kalkan was breathtaking! The air conditioning was superb! We needed it! The furniture both inside and out is top quality. Bridget was fabulous and came to welcome us on our first day to check all was ok and to say she was on hand if we needed it. When we found a broken catch on a window we let her know and she promptly sent someone to fix it. So good. The pool was glorious and maintained spotlessly clean daily. We spent hours in the pool gazing over the bay watching the boats, paragliding and speed boats. It was such a pleasure. We were literally metres from the beach park. The beach park is glorious! Fantastic staff, great food and top views!! The views again are amazing and a lovely place to come for cocktails and to get the water taxi over to main Kalkan which in itself was a highlight of the holiday. What a way to travel!! Kalkan town itself is an absolute dream. Superb harbour, amazing array of shops and wonderful restaurants and bars. The cobbled streets are so gorgeous. We were completely won over by the friendliness of everyone we came across. We made some friends in the restaurants and look forward to keeping in touch. We are already planning a return trip and depending on how many people come next time we would love to return to Villa Evin. I highly recommend this villa and Kalkan as a place to stay. The best relaxing holiday we have ever had.

Beautiful Villa Evin

We had a wonderful time in Kalkan, the scenery, the people, and the food were all amazing, our Villa and location couldn't have been better and Bridget the property owner couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful, this was our first stay in Kalkan and I can see us coming here for many years to come.

Amazing villa!!

This was our second stay at Evin and we've already booked for 2018. Evin is the perfect villa, it's in a lovely quiet area of Kalkan and only a few steps from the sea and beach club. The views from the villa are outstanding from every angle. The infinity pool is perfect for lazing around in and watching the boats come and go, and the jacuzzi is an added bonus. Inside Evin, everything is so clean and brand new. Bridget has thought of everything! The beds are so comfy with really good pillows. The views again from upstairs are breathtaking. Thank you for the welcome pack Bridget, the cold beers and wine went down a treat when we arrived at midnight. If I was going to stay anywhere in Kalkan it would be Evin, it's so chilled and relaxing and has everything you need, we can't wait to return! Thanks Bridget

Beautiful villa in fantastic location

We had a fabulous week in Villa Evin! The villa itself is beautiful, with lovely spaces both inside and out. Inside there is a light, spacious lounge to chill in, a well equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms with the comfiest beds, and two stylish bathrooms. Outside there is a good dining area, a shaded, comfy seating area, but, best of all, a fantastic infinity pool, with jacuzzi, with the beautiful views across the bay. Inevitably this is where we spent most of our time! The location is great. It's literally a stone's throw from a great beach club and water taxi - handy for the teenagers to head off to! It's also in a quiet part of Kalkan, though there are several places to eat near by, and it's a few minutes by taxi into the town centre (and what a view on the drive in and out!) Bridget was a great host - good communication, lovely to chat to and she left a great welcome pack, including some much needed cold beer! Thank you!

I am Bridget Karaaslan and with my husband Sakir, run a well established estate agency called Black Lion in Kalkan. I own and manage a very small selection of Kalkan properties catering for between 2 to 6 people, with a variety of locations and suitable for various budgets.

Why they chose this property

Villa Evin was built by us and is located just a few doors from our own permanent home in Kisla Kalkan. But don't worry you wont see us. We love the Kisla area of town for its peace and quiet, easy proximity to the sea with a choice of beach clubs and water taxis into the harbour.

What makes this property unique

Villa Evin is literally 80m from the sea front. You can not get closer than that! Property this close to the water is a rare find such that you hear the waves whilst enjoying the general peace and tranquility that the area has to offer. The nearby Beach club offers a water taxi service to the town centre and is great if you don't want to bother to go far to eat.
In 2019 we completely refurbished the pool and jacuzzi pool reducing the pool depth to a safe and more comfortable 145-150cm and improving accessibility of the concrete pool steps.
