A quiet villa in the historic region of Murcia set in its own secure grounds with a private pool. The villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with views overlooking the local mountains. The peace and tranquillity are yours to enjoy. The property has been finished to a high standard and includes air-conditioning in all rooms.

Full internet connection can be found throughout the property and a HD television is located in the lounge, as well as family games, a DVD player and a large variety of books and games to enjoy.

The open plan kitchen includes lots of essentials like cooking equipment and an always-handy dishwasher to make your stay even more relaxing. Furthermore there is plenty of storage space in the two fridge/freezers.

Leading on from the kitchen is the dining room. Whilst providing seating for 8 guests, it also includes an iPod docking station and a radio and Amazon Alexa.

As well as the master bedroom with a king size bed and a satellite TV, there is a twin bedroom with two single beds, a guest bedroom with a king size double bed and a top of the range pull-out sofa in the lounge which offers room for two more guests.

Outside the Villa there is a the large swimming pool which provides a refreshing break from the strong Murcian sun and an array of pool amenities such as toys are yours to enjoy. The pool can also be heated to lengthen the swimming season. Overlooking the terrace the large, modern barbecue will allow your family to spend many joyful evenings cooking and entertaining.

If you visit Villa Suave during the winter months, you will be reassured to know the living room contains a large wood burning fire and the air conditioning units can be switched to heaters, in all keeping the house lovely and warm.
One thing to note is that the aircon units and pool heater are controlled by token meters.

Brilliant

We had a great holiday at this villa. Russell’s communication prior to arrival was excellent and Maria was very helpful once we’d arrived. The villa itself was excellent. Perfectly clean when we arrived and it had everything we needed. Very good sized bedrooms, modern bathrooms, big lounge, great kitchen & dining room with everything in there you would need and a perfect outside area for our family.

Perfect home from home

The villa is so well equipped and kept to an amazing standard that we did not want to leave. The outside space is perfect for relaxing by the pool, a peaceful family bbq in the evening followed by drinks to watch the sunset. Everything in the villa was done to a high standard and it felt very safe and secure, we only ventured out for 1 day as we did not see the need to explore. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Superb stay

If you want peace and relaxation, then Villa Sauve is the place for you. A spacious villa indoor and outside. Everything is provided for you from kitchen equipment, books to read, even hair straighteners. A lovely pool and sun loungers. A car is essential though but you are in a good base to explore the surrounding areas. The house keeper ( Maria ) is lovely and we had fun practising our Spanish with her. I would also like to mention how secure the villa is. We felt very safe here. The only critic are the neighbouring dogs who bark alot but this is no reflection on the villa. I would definitely recommend a stay here because the villa is lovely. We also tried some of the recommended restaurants which were great. One other place to eat is Country bowls if you want English food.

Villa Suave

The pictures and information in the write up are entirely accurate; a real home from home with everything you could ask for. You ideally do need a car, but everything is close at hand - two local villages are only 5 minutes by car with Banks, pharmacy, shop etc. The main town is about 15 minutes away. All in all, we had a fabulous stay at the villa and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great villa for all the family

The villa had everything we needed. The directions were easy to follow and the beaches weren’t far away. Maria was really helpful and we spent a lot of time in the pool. I would recommend insect repellent as I was bitten a lot when I was outside in the evening.

Home after a lovely week away.

The villa has everything you can think of. The pool was a great size for a party of 7. The photos do not justify what you see when you arrive. 20-30 minute to most towns where you would find a Supermarkets coffee shops and restaurants. We did this each morning to break up the day. (Recommend Los Alcázares) Russell was quick at responding to any questions we had. The only two issues I would say we had was the aircon in the lounge and the showers.

The villa is everything we could have asked for and more. It really is like home from home. Communication was fab. Only small moan is you will defo need a car for shopping, meals, day/nights out but we found a local English guy to taxi us around. All in all we have had a fantastic week.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday

We have just returned from our holiday at this lovely villa. The location is fabulous because it is so private and quiet. The house was so spacious and equipped with everything you could ever need on a holiday. The managing agent, Ian, was so friendly and helped with our enquiries wherever possible. We would definitely return here if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you very much.

Spacious and extremely well appointed, comfortable villa

We had a great family holiday, with the pool much enjoyed by the children, especially with all the inflatable equipment. Set in a very peaceful location on the edge of the development set in a rural location with good views from the elevated terrace of the inland mountains. The provision of all linen including beach towels was particularly welcome. Own transport essential, but within some 20 minutes of numerous beaches or major shopping facilities. Well stocked convenience supermarket located at the nearby Golf Resort. Fully recommended

Spacious and quiet - great facilities.

My Wife and I stayed in July 2017 for 2 weeks. We found the villa to be very spacious both inside and out, very well equipped and also clean. We holiday around the region every year and at a different villa each time, but this is one we would come back to. Russell provides great communication from the day of booking to the day of arrival, due to unforseen circumstances the housekeeper was not able to meet us on arrival but clear instructions were sent by Russell on how to gain access. We used about 15 euros in air conditioning over 2 weeks so the cost was reasonable, some people may find the villa cool enough which for the temperature outside you may not need the air con - I just prefer it very cool. Kitchen is well equipped and the provision of 2 fridge freezers was a first for me. Games, books and dvd's provided, also tv but there seems to be an issue with the satellite provider for the sky channels but not really an issue for us. There are still plenty of channels. Free Wi-Fi is good, a couple of days we could not connect first thing in the morning but that rectified itself by around 10am. Plenty of space outside and a nice shaded area with comfortable seating to get out of the sun. Local bakery driver came round most days with fresh bread and cakes which meant we didn't need to go out every day. A car is a must as there is very little within walking distance, shop on the golf complex is well stocked and only 5 minutes in the car but slightly more expensive than the bigger supermarkets further away. All in all a great place to relax and for a family with kids the outside space and the pool would be great. If we came back with the grandchildren I doubt we could get them out of the pool. Just a minor observation, you are welcomed to use anything in the cupboards and fridge/freezer, just be aware to check the dates in case anything has been overlooked when somebody has cleared out at the end of their holiday.

Relaxing Holiday in a Great villa

My wife and I enjoyed a very relaxing stay at Villa Suave.Having visited the Murcia region many times this was the best equipped and well maintained villa we have rented.Like a real home from home with so many things provided in the kitchen and the rest of the villa..The pool was great and a must with the thermometer hitting 43 degrees one day!The villa is easily accessible from San Javier or Alicante airports and there are many places to visit if you can drag yourself away from the pool.All in all a top find well done Russell.

Fantastic

This is our second time at the villa and won't be our last! We love it. The villa is beautiful with everything you need for a great holiday. Pool is beautiful and great to relax by and has loads of inflatables and toys for kids. Neighbours are extremely friendly and Ian who looks after the property gave us all the info we needed for a great holiday and provided some great ideas for days out. Was extremely warm while we were there so air con was a god send. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Russell for great communication throughout and for once again allowing us to stay at your beautiful villa.

Amazing villa

Had a 1 week stay at Villa Suave - 2 adults 5 kids and it was perfect! The villa is beautiful and has everything needed for your stay and I mean everything, The kids loved the pool and all the inflatables they could play with. We used the BBQ one night and relaxed by the pool. Ian who looks after the villa answered all our questions and advised us on where to go. We loved the villa so much we have booked again for next year and cannot wait to return. Thank you Russ for letting us stay

Two weeks in Villa Suave

A lovely, very well equipped villa with pretty much everything you could need for a family holiday. Spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained inside and out. Ian and Kim keep the place just perfect and Ian was so helpful re advice on beaches, places to go, routes to take etc. We loved the Mediterranean beaches around Torre de la Horadada, didn't like the Mar Menor but that's a personal preference. If you like history, Cartagena is a great day (or 2) out.

Villa Suave

We stayed at villa Suave last year what a fabulous villa it was spotlessly clean in all areas and you didn't need to take a thing there was everything you could possibly need. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party and needless to say we have booked to go back next year 6 adults and 2 children this time can't wait !!!! All you need is a car to get you around to see all the lovely beaches,restaurants,towns etc.

Beautiful villa.

Delightful,spacious and short of nothing for a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. could not have asked for more. A hire car is essential but very worth while for the amount of places to visit within a few miles. The kitchen is fab. and the cupboards well stocked. Pool area is private and secure with no end of equipment for young and old. We were there in january/february and delighted with the weather 18-26 degrees most of the time which did suprise us for that time of year. We will definitely be recommending villa suave to friends and family.

Villa Sauve

Our stay at Villa Sauve at the end of May`14 was most enjoyable. The accommodation,facilities,equipment - everything was excellent. The only minor problem was with the pool which Richard (Caretaker) attended to. We have booked to return in 2015. Helen & Ronnie Davidson.

Visit this part of Spain

This was our first visit as a family to a villa and i would certainly recommend this one. Although not next to a beach there are plenty within fifteen minutes of the villa.Upon arrival we were met by a delightful couple who showed us eveything that we required, and should we have any problems were on hand to help us. The villa was an excellent size, no shortage of room and spotlessly clean and everything we needed was catered for.We required nothing. The pool and surrounding area is ideal and safe for children with plenty of shady area if you require with an excellent barbecue.

Beautiful Villa

We (me, my husband, 16 yr old daughter and mum) spent 2 weeks at Villa Suave. The property had absolutely everything you could need and was a really comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the pool which was lovely and warm especially in the evening. We would have booked again for next year but it is already booked up for the dates we require but we do hope to return and explore more of the surrounding area.

Photo's don't do it justice!

Easy to locate from the airport, a car is a must. Absolutely gorgeous villa, everything you could need and more, ( Hairdryers, straighteners, towels, beach towels, sun loungers,2 fridge freezers, pool inflatables, games, ipod docking station, tv, books, the list goes on!) spotlessly clean inside and out. Great pool, and outdoor space, 3 lovely bedrooms, & a comfy sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with everything, eating spaces inside & out, including bbq and all the tools. Local spar a short drive away. Surrounding area's great to visit to sample the local food and culture. Callaspara was great, ate at the very very, local, Bar Los Zagales, amazing local tapas/food, salads, meats, potatoes and drinks, for 3 adults and 3 children all for about 25 euro- unbelievable! Also Cartagena and the local markets, the roads are quiet and easy to navigate. Cabo De Palos region was our favourite beach area about an hour away. The villa is superb, we had 3 children , 3, 10 and 12, and they would have happily stayed at the villa all week, just playing in the pool, and eating ice cream and bbq, but we ventured out and saw more of Murcia. Can't wait to go back.

We love Murcia because of the breathtaking scenery and the historic city. There are beautiful beaches close by or a short drive means we are never too far away from a buzzing city like Murcia. The area is easily accessible, with San Javier Airport situated only a 20 minutes drive away. Whereas the nearest golf course is only a 5 minute drive.
