This 3 bedrooms detached property is complete with 2 bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen. Fully air conditioning. Wifi. Private swimming pool and terrace with a built BBQ. Pool areas with table tennis and billiard. Parking. The villa provided a free luggage store. Villa Nelson is located in a quiet area and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. Mahon, the capital, is a 15 minutes by car and the airport only a short 10 minutes drive. This would be a great family holidays home.

Our changeover day will be on Saturday.

Excellent holiday

Just returned from 2 weeks in this excellent villa.Super outside space and everything we needed inside.Great hosts who communicated well and were always available if anything was needed ( which it wasnt). Would definitely recommend and hopefully return someday

Amazing stay, amazing host. Home away from home with the sun :)

This villa really is the way forward, just got back and booked to go again next year, it was that good. Maribel and her husband were the perfect hosts, so friendly and knowledgable about the area and where to go for beach and restaurants etc. Honestly the villa is like a home away from home, everything you could need and more. Pool and outside area is amazing and clean. The pool got cleaned when we were there also. No sunbed wars at all, as private and the pool table and table tennis, is a lovely touch. There was some inflatables already but we brought some lilos and was perfect for lazing in the pool all day. Supermarkets, restaurants and beach in walking distance, so is perfect. We hired a car from Binicars, so we could explore the island, I recommend them. We did two evening bbq’s, the villa is in a quiet residential street, which is perfect and so private as the walls are high. Inside the villa is perfect, everything you need, beach towels, bath towels, all utensils etc and more. Best holiday and so relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa. Cannot wait to come back. Excellent!!!

From arrival to leaving our hosts did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation had everything we could possibly need and the outside amenities kept us occupied for most of our stay. If we return to the pretty village of Cala en Porter we would have no choice but to return to this lovely villa

Just perfect!

We are a family of 4 with children aged 10 and 8. This villa is simply perfect, well equipped, clean and furnished to a high standard. The beds are incredibly comfortable and all bedrooms are air conditioned. Villa Nelson is a short walk from the centre of Cala’n Porter with many family friendly restaurants and children’s play areas.

Amazing stay

The property itself was in a perfect position, a short walk into town and shops but of the main road so it was lovely and quiet. The Villa was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you need for your holiday. The arrival process was really easy and Maribel is absolutely lovely and so helpful. Thank you so much for a great holiday.

Clean, well equipped, and great location

We had a fantastic stay a Villa Nelson. Maribel is a superb host who went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our stay in her well appointed lovely villa. The resort of Cala en Porter had a nice feel to it with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The clean, well sized pool and air conditioning in the villa provided a much needed break from the hot sun (+36 degrees during our stay) and many hours were spent enjoying games of table tennis and billiards. The whole family had a fun, relaxing time, we would definitely return.

Nice Villa & hosts

Maribel was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us round the Villa. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything you would need while away was catered for. Maribel was contactable throughout our stay as we had a slight problem with a thunder storm affecting the electrics in the area. This was dealt with pretty quickly it was just a matter of flicking a switch which Maribel did. Overall it was a good holiday, and we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Fantastic!

A wonderful villa with a lovely pool & outdoor area,. Ten minute walk to shops/restaurants & another 5 minutes to the beautiful beach. Great Wi-Fi for the kids & excellent communication with owner. Would highly recommend.

Great, well equipped villa perfect for a family holiday

We had a very enjoyable family holiday at Villa Nelson. We had a lovely welcome from Maribel was is very friendly and helpful, giving advice on the local area. The villa is exactly as described and is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and air con works very well. The outside space is great and not overlooked at all. We arrived to the villa being spotlessly clean. Having beach towels provided was a bonus too, less to pack! The villa is only 5-10 mins walk from the local bars and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to recommended this villa to friends and family.

Superb Villa

Family of 3 stayed in Villa Nelson for 8 nights and we were not disappointed. Maribel is an excellent host, warm and welcoming and was very helpful with advice about where to eat and places to visit. Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. First time visiting Menorca and definitely not our last as we will be coming back as the villa and area were suited to our needs. Beach about a 15 minute walk away that is clean and water warm enough to swim in (May) with a snack bar and shop next door. We had a car to visit places and parking was right next to the villa. Cannot fault anything. We had a fabulous time. We enjoyed eating at Samoa and 500 pizzeria which was a 10 minute walk away. Thank you again Maribel x R, I & M

Fantastic villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Maribel’s villa. Maribel was so helpful and accomodating with both check-in (early) & check-out (as late as she could provide us before the next booking arrived as well as organising a taxi). The villa is very clean and as detailed. Our children (6 & 8) loved the table tennis and pool table and of course the pool. The pool was lovely with plenty of pool toys provided. Wifi worked perfectly (important as we needed to do some work). Easy 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Fantastic gelateria, Don Gelato (which also serves excellent pizzas) just as you arrive at town and Casa Tia tapas was our favourite for dinner. 10 minute walk to a pretty beach. Easy bus trip to Mahon for a day out. All in all, a very relaxing and easy week at this villa and would highly recommend.

Great villa

Maribel was a really welcoming host and the villa was exactly as advertised. Everything was spotlessly clean and the villa was very well equipped including some things you don't always get - pool inflatables, nice pool/beach towels, beach parasol plus little things like cleaning products, loo roll, coffee filters, charcoal for the bbq etc. Couldn't fault it!

Perfect Vill

We had a fantastic family holiday at this Villa. The Villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The kitchen is a home from home with dishwasher, washing machine and every utensil you need. The Villa is well furnished and spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels and spare linen are provided. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable, no squeaky bedframes or lumpy mattresses here - just comfort. The air-con was a great extra. We also took advantage of the Wi-Fi which wasn't the speed we have at home but it was fine for sending messages back home. The pool area is large and has 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols. The pool itself is spotless and was cleaned on our arrival and mid week. The mid week pool clean included a quick sweep up of the pool area too - a nice touch. We have been to other villas where the pool clean is a exactly that. Maribel provided a great service from our very first enquiry. She replied to any future emails and was at the Villa on our arrival to introduce herself and the facilities the Villa offers. She also provided us with details of the local area. On departure she came to meet us for the handover. A lovely lady. We would have no hesitation in booking this Villa again and hope to do so in the near future.

Fabulous 2 week holiday at Villa Nelson

We have just had a great 2 week holiday at Villa Nelson; it had everything we needed including many extras such as provision of very good quality beach towels and beach parasols. Maribel really looked after us and provided clean bedding and copious amounts of clean, white fluffy towels mid week. The villa was extremely clean, well organised with lots of clothing storage and also felt extremely safe, secure and private. The pool was also checked and maintained regularly. The pool and table tennis tables were an added bonus providing the opportunity for some family competitions along with the provision of pool toys, bats and balls and the wii. I think we used everything provided nearly every day and have never stayed at a villa so well equipped - particularly for the children. The villa was just a 10 min walk to all of the facilities within Cala N Porter so very convenient. I would highly recommend this villa as it has all of the facilities you would expect along with many extras you don't get at many other rental properties. Thank you Maribel; we had a great time and really enjoyed your lovely villa!

Amazing holiday

Had an amazing holiday in the Villa Nelson. Everything you need and more. Villa was spotlessly clean. Maribel and her husband are lovely people who could not do enough for you. Restaurants shops and pubs a short walk away. Plenty of choice would go again. If you are wanting a relaxing holiday this is the place to go.

My husband, two daughters, two grandchildren and i spent a wonderful relaxing wk at Villa Nelson, it has everything one could possibly need for the perfect, quiet, selfcatering holiday.Maribel is a lovely host nothing is to much trouble, she has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as she can. me and my wife had 15 wonderful days in this fantastic villa I spent 14 days looking for problems but didn't find any Mirabel was brilliant helped you with anything nice and quiet yet a 10 minute stroll into town bus stop at end of road great service no need for a car already booked again for next year thanks again Mirabel for a fantastic holiday see you again in may regards rob+audrey top tip irish bar cheapest in town

Wunderbarer und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt

Alles wurde wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden, der Pool war einmalig und extrem sauber. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause! Drei Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, zwei vollständige Bäder sowie einen Küche mit allem ist für Familien sehr vorteilhaft. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war exellent!

Perfect stay in Menorca

We searched for nice villa with pool to relax (as we don't go to the beaches that often) and Alaior is such a lovely little village with enjoyable nightlife. All can be reached well from the villa and the house itself was as described - perfect with the washmaschine for longer stays and the pool was awesome refreshing. There was even a box with left floaties from former visitors. So all in all it was the perfect stay for us (2 couples and a 4 year old child). We can just recommend this house, it was absolutely brilliant.

Lugar bien ubicado, cerca de Mahón pero con la tranquilidad de ciudad pequeña. Localizado en urbanización muy tranquila. Casa muy acogedora y cómoda, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Perfecto para veranear!!!

Villa juste parfaite !

Avec 3 enfants de 6, 12, et 14 il y a tout pour passer des vacances formidables, billard, piscine, table-tennis. La villa en elle-même est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et bien agencée et possède deux salles de bains. La propriétaire est disponible. Bref.. nous sommes revenus enchantés ! Merci !
