Lovely house located within very close proximity to Gleneagles Hotel.
House was very clean, very well equipped, dog friendly, and a welcome pack’ filled with delicious treats was left on kitchen worktop.
Laura was so welcoming and helpful and could not have done more!
We certainly hope to return- and so does our very special canine boy!
(The only issue was the path to the front door was incredibly icy one evening and made walking on it almost impossible- a handrail to hold onto would be a most beneficial addition.)
The property is looking a little tired and would benefit from a bit of an upgrade to match its “luxury” listing.
We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks at the property, but the beds, bathrooms, sofas and carpets could do with some upgrading as they are starting to let down the luxury listing.
We enjoyed a wonderful week at Gleneagles. The property was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Excellent location for exploring the wonderful local area and perfect for using the facilities at Gleneagles Hotel. We had a dog with us and the property was excellent for this with a large kitchen and utility room. We saw lovely wildlife in the garden including deer, squirrels and rabbits. We look forward to returning:

Laura met us at property and explained everything about the house in a very friendly manner. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Would stay again .
Great property, beautiful location. Ideal for a long overdue family get-together. The little welcome pack was really helpful but possibly could have been local unprocessed produce and perhaps having tools for the BBQ and not having to bring our own charcoal would have been useful. However these are small things and I don't think we could have had a better couple of days away.
We had a lovely stay for 4 nights with 10 of us having ample room for spreading out. Brilliantly equipped we had a lovely time together. Communication both email and face to face was great. Would stay again.
We stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday away from everyone and it was perfect. Walked to Dormy House for dinner and relaxed in the comfort of the seclusion. Walked into Auchterarder and it helped the weather was lovely too.
The property was excellent with enough space to accommodate the 10 people in the party and a dog. Highly recommend. The beds weren't to the description but this was soon rectified following a phone call, nothing was too much trouble.
Exceptional property and location for the golf. The house has everything you need and the hostess Laura was delightful. She gave us all a warm welcome . House was spotless, we would highly recommend this property for both adults and children.

What a weekend we had. We couldn't believe the house was on the grounds of Gleneagles hotel itself so that alone was a nice surprise but the house itself was incredible. So big and spacious and super clean. Loved how quiet it was, no annoying neighbors. We had a garden picnic and it was so enjoyable and no one to bother us. We will be back
