Complete Garden Villa , House or Chalet, very spacious (180m2), on two floors of 90 m2 each, with air conditioning, in all spaces: living room, dining room and in the 4 bedrooms within a large 500m2 garden, and private pool and exclusive in the garden (operating from the beginning of April to the end of October), for private and exclusive use of the guests.

Located in the city centre at Santa Clara neighborhood , in the center of Seville, 3 km from the Cathedral and the historic center, a safe, quiet and exclusive place of private villa with large gardens.

A maximum of 7 guests can sleep in the rooms, but an extra bed can be placed in the living room, so the maximum capacity is 8 guests, although one would be in the living room..

Large covered porch of 60 m2, with dining room and outdoor lounge, to accommodate 10 guests in complete comfort. Electric barbecue available and sinks on the same porch

The 8x4 meter pool has automatic purification, salt chlorination and automatic PH control, for your comfort and complete safety, with weekly and professional maintenance (every Thursday).

500m2 garden with lemon, orange, olive trees, and all kinds of flowers and plants.

Children welcome: Cot, high chair and children's/baby bath available.

High speed Wi-Fi. 300 mb in all spaces.

Located in the center of Seville, 3 km from the Historic Center / Cathedral.
Very well connected to the historic center (Cathedral) with two buses (Lines 21 and 27), a 5-minute walk from both stops and a 15-minute bus ride to the center.

There are very good supermarkets 3 minutes walk away (Coviran) and large ones (Lidl) 5 minutes walk from the houses. Ready meals take away 3 minutes walk ( Pepi ) .

There are also several restaurants ( more than 6 ) , tapas and cocktail bars in the small Santa Clara shopping center 3 minutes ' walk away .

Very easy access to the train station ( 10 minutes , 10 euros by taxi ) and the airport ( 15 minutes / 20 euros by taxi ) .

Fantastic property and Fantastic host

Firstly the communication beforehand and engagement with Fernando when we arrived was excellent. He was so welcoming and such a pleasure to get to speak to him in person. The property is superb. Very clean, the rooms are a good size and the pool area and garden is lovely. It had everything you needed when staying on holiday and the Wi-Fi was very good. The property is in a residential area, so very quiet and there are local supermarkets nearby. To get in to the City the cab fare was roughly €13. The property is also near the airport. For a group of 4 it cost €30. Honestly if you want a quiet relaxing time away you will not be disappointed. Thank you Fernando for your hospitality.

Stunning

Cant recommend the property & hosts enough. Group of 6 males celebrating 40th birthdays...the villa is in a quiet residential area but only a 5 minute walk to a local supermarket & Aldi for provisions. Uber & Bolt access into Seville all cheap (€10) & relaible, and Seville itself is a magnificent city. The hosts live next door, made to feel very welcome with great communication throughout & always trying to help with tips & plans. Pool & outdoor area were the biggest highlights although the whole property has everything you need. Would thoroughly recommend & also hoping to return in the future. Jim

Lovely place to stay

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The villa is very clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the garden and pool were great. The location was very convenient too. The hosts Fernando and Ana couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. I very much recommend this as a base to visit Seville and the surrounding area.

Beautiful house with pool in Sevilla

Thank you Anna & Fernando for being wonderful hosts. Made us feel very welcome. We arrived late and there was food and wine in the fridge! This was amazing place to stay , only 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the centre. The house is spacious, with a beautiful garden and pool. Would definitely like to visit again. Great house and location

We had a great holiday in Seville staying at Fernando and Anna’s house. Excellent location as it was easy to get into the city by both bus and taxi. The garden and pool were lovely with lots of furniture for dining and relaxing as well as some welcome shade! Fernando was an excellent host - picked us up at the airport, provided a welcome food pack, took us to do a big supermarket shop, and gave us a tour of the main areas of Seville including tips for travelling in and out and recommendations for bars and outings. All on day 1! He was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything and he and Anna could not have been kinder or more helpful. All in all a fantastic trip. We would highly recommend this property.

Lovely family retreat from the city centre

Thanks Fernando for all the information you provided and to Hasna for her lovely welcome when we arrived. A wonderful week spent sightseeing around Seville with the house and the pool being a very welcome escape from the heat of the city centre. We ate in several nights as the house was very well equipped and we enjoyed having the outside grill with a covered deck area Ubers were extremely efficient and with 4 of us we made good use of them rather than the bus for getting in and out of the City and including a trip out to Italica.

Great for visiting Seville with family

We were well looked after by Fatima on arrival and the house had everything we needed. It's a good location for those with children as you can easily visit the sites in Seville and then return to the house to relax and enjoy the pool when you need some downtime. Thank you Ana and Fernando.

Seville holiday house

Lovely house set in a beautiful garden. We really enjoyed our week here. We used the number 21 bus to travel into Seville each day to do our sightseeing then returned in the very hot afternoon to the villa to enjoy the pool and garden. The outside eating and seating area was a lovely place to relax out of the sun. On arrival Fernando couldn’t have been more helpful,the car trip to show us the locality and for an immediate food shop was so useful, especially in the heat. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Superb Villa in Seville; fantastic owner; easy access to the city centre

We spent a lovely week in Seville with our adult aged children, and found the villa and the owners (Fernando and Ana) to be superb. Fernando gave the children a lift from the airport as they arrived early in the day, and showed them the local area on the way to the villa. Upon arrival there was wine and beer in the fridge, along with everything we needed in the kitchen to do our own catering when we chose to. Bedrooms were immaculate and again very clean with towels and other items as required. The villa was very clean, as was the pool and garden area. The villa was exactly as described and hoped for, set in a quiet residential area, but within reach of local shops, bars and restaurants. For a wider choice you do need to travel in to Seville city, and this is about 45 minutes door-to-door using the frequent and thankfully air-conditioned buses. You could use the local 'cabify' app if you wanted, but we felt the bus at 60p was fine for our needs. Fernando was very helpful before the holiday with frequent communication, and his English is excellent so very helpful if you don't speak any Spanish ! He was particularly helpful when we left something behind in a taxi, ringing the firm for us and arranging for the safe return to the villa. Overall this made for a very special and enjoyable family holiday villa, and the owners were most welcoming, friendly and helpful in every way.

Everything was great

The house and contents were exactly how they were described. We had a fantastic few days and will be coming back for sure. It’s very easy access into Seville centre and a stone throw from the airport. Easy parking for the car. The fridge was stocked with beer and wine and plenty of food to get us going. One of the main things was how friendly and helpful the owners ( Ana and Fernando) were. They were both very attentive and helpful. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to explore Seville and the surrounding area. Great.

Quiet, relaxing location with great facilities

We all had a great stay at this spacious and well furnished house.The garden is well maintained and bursting with fruit of all varieties. Fernando was very welcoming and helpful, offering advice on local attractions, things to do and places to go......he even provided us with a mini tour of Seville on our arrival to re-familiarise ourselves with this beautiful city. The house is located in a quiet residential area north west of the city centre, just a 15 minute ride by bus to the main attractions (top up bus passes provided). The pool was much needed on a daily basis (temperatures in the hi 30's / low 40's) and the a/c was a great bonus in all upstairs bedrooms and lounge. The covered patio area was very welcoming and relaxing. Totally recommend this property for a great holiday location.

Comfortable and convenient

Fernando was an excellent host, providing lifts to and from the airport and to the supermarket. It made life much easier at the start of the holiday. It was hot (44) and the pool was perfect for cooling down in. The covered terrace by the pool was also great to relax in. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and sitting room ensured that we were comfortable. The house made a great base and had everything we needed. Fernando provided rechargeable bus tickets which made travelling in and out of Seville really easy. It was a lovely holiday and the house was just what was required. Great communication and warmly recommended.

Great stay at a fantastic property!

We had a wonderful time here at Easter 2017. The house is incredibly spacious and well furnished in a beautiful garden with pool. Fernando was very welcoming and helpful, offering great advice about what to do in the local area and offering to help us in any way he could. Seville and Andalusia are stunning with so much to offer. Highly recommended!

Spacious family house with beautiful garden in a good neighbourhood. Easy travel to Seville centre

Very comfortable accommodation with everything you need. The property shares the garden/grounds with another belonging to the owner. Very helpful owner, who went out of his way several times to help us out. Not entirely private, however it still felt private

Maginifique location

Une maison spacieuse et propre. Un grand jardin arboré sans vis à vis. Une grande cuisine d'été avec coin salon et barbecue. Idéal pour les soirées extérieures. La maison est dans un quartier résidentiel calme avec boulangerie et supermarché à proximité. Un arrêt bus à 5mn qui nous emmène directement dans le centre de Séville. Le propriétaire Fernando est très sympathique et très serviable. Disponible par téléphone ou par mail si besoin. La climatisation de notre chambre était tombée en panne. Elle a été remplacée le jour suivant. La piscine était superbe. Les enfants n'ont pas arrêté de s'y baigner. Le seul bémol est la bâche qui recouvre la piscine et qu'il faut remettre tous les soirs. Elle est très lourde et il faut au minimum deux adultes pour la manœuvrer.

A great stay in a wonderful house!

We had a fantastic time staying here in June 2016. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable, enjoyable stay and the outside area with pool and covered seating / BBQ area were wonderful for relaxing in the hot weather! The house was clean, well maintained and is as described in the details - we had no problems with anything during our stay. The house is located a short 10/15 minutes taxi ride from the airport. We used the two local bus stops to get into the centre of town, both a short ten minute walk away, with regular buses. There is also a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and some small local shops and restaurants that we found very useful. Fernando and Ana were extremely helpful both in the run up to our trip with any queries and during the stay. Fernando took the time to help familiarise us with what was around in the local area and how to get to the bus stops, shops etc, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would love to come back!

Nice property in the Santa Clara suburb of Seville

We wanted a property in Seville that gave us a place to relax with a pool but also provided easy access to the city to see some of the sights as well and this property was perfect for this. It's also a convenient 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport and is a short distance from 2 bus stops that provide regular (and air conditioned!) journeys of around 20-30 mins to Seville itself so you can easily stay here without needing a hire car. The house was clean and comfortable with air conditioning in 3 of the 4 bedrooms so was fine for 6 of us staying and the bathroom/kitchen facilities were good. The pool was nice and there is an adjacent undercover seating area which provides shade which was good during the day as the temperature was around the late 30's! There is also a gas barbecue there that we used. There are also a couple of convenient supermarkets nearby as well. The manager/owner was excellent and was very helpful in sorting out a couple of problems that we had. All in all a property I would recommend to anyone wishing to have a similar holiday as we had.

Our stay was GREAT!!! We enjoy a lot the peacefull place, wonderfull garden and kindly hospitality!

As i said on my title. The stay was just WONDERFULL and the place like promised and described on your site! Everything was very very well organised from Fernando and Ana and we have had a lot of joy to be there! I will recommend it to each one i know and intend to go discover Sevilla! A gorgeous house with beautiful gardens & pool

We stayed with our two teenagers at this house for one week while visiting Seville. The House is extremely well located and is not far from the airport and city of Seville, with good facilities close by including shops, supermarket, bars & restaurants. We did not hire a car and used the local regular bus service. The house has "home from home" comforts and is very well equipped. There is everything you could possible need and more. The out-side sitting area, BBQ, gardens and pool were excellent and it was lovely to be in such pleasant and tranquil surroundings. The house, garden and pool are beautifully maintained and there is a lot of attention to detail and are very clean. The owners Anna & Fernando were extremely friendly and very helpful ensuring that we had a absolutely wonderful time. They gave advice on places to visit and showed us where the local attractions were, and also arranged our airport transfers. We highly recommend this lovely house and location if you are visiting such a fantastic part of Spain.

Séjour inoubliable! Soleil assuré et permanent!

Maison très fonctionnelle. Cuisine et salon d'été très pratique, proche de la maison. Piscine bien exposée avec marches d'accès complètes, sécurisant et sécurisée pour les enfants. Le jardin, petit, très arboré, est magnifique! .La maison se trouve dans un quartier très calme, idéalement située entre l'aéroport, la gare et le centre ville, bien desservie par les bus. La plage, n'est qu'à 1h30 de la maison, et est superbe: Cadiz, Puerto de Santa Maria. Séjour fantastique! Merci à Fernando et Ana si sympathiques et accueillants!

We bought this house 12 years ago for our children to study and stay close to our own home, just in from of it. They have already left University and Sevilla, so we have decided to start to rent it , after a completely refurnish and redecoration, to make it suitable and comfortable for visitors in short or long stays.

Why they chose this property

We have in October 2012 completely refurnish and redecorated the house for renting to people that would like to stay in a nice house with all commodities in a relaxing garden area very close to the historical centre even by walking, bicycle or bus ( 10 minutes). In winter the swimming pool is not available, but you can still have a pleasant time in the garden due of the good weather and temperature Seville during winter.
we normally close the swimming pool the 1 November - to 1 April

What makes this property unique

The house has three big and nice rooms , and one smaller room with one more bed. So it can be suitable for up to 7 people,
The double rooms are located in the upper floor , the fourth bed room located in the lower floor , the garden floor , and could be used for a visitor with difficulties to go up the stairs, but is not so big as the others (3,6 metres x 1,8 metres ) , Any way this smaller room has got a bath room just in front of it.
