Top rated Menorca villa. Sleeps 9, Air Con, Private Pool, Walk to sea /village

*Now full Air Con*. Our top reviewed, family villa is situated in a private location in the village, but it is still very close to all the amenities of beautiful Binibeca. We fitted a brand new kitchen and new sofas in July 2020. The villa has a lovely, simple and traditional style, with good facilities and WiFi is included.

With a private pool, a lovely open plan kitchen, dining room and living room - it is the perfect place for your holiday. There is a pool fence which can be put up at your request for a 50 euro fee - perfect for child safety. There is also a fantastic covered outdoor terrace with a BBQ for entertaining, and the en-suite master bedroom has beams on the vaulted ceiling, with a sitting area and french doors out onto the patio.

It caters very well for family breaks, as well as quieter breaks for smaller numbers. It is only a half hour drive from the airport (but there is no air traffic noise) - making it a quick, easy and accessible break to the island of Menorca. Highchairs & cots can be hired. You can book as many as you like - but charges payable locally, see below.

Please note it sleeps 9. But only suitable for a maximum of 7 adults plus 2 children as the top bunk is not suitable for adults. There is air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and in all 4 bedrooms, but not in the bathrooms.
