A luxuriously appointed, fully renovated fisherman's cottage a stone's throw from the lovely beach in Cullen Bay. Comfortably sleeps seven and is ideal for couples and families of all ages. The cottage is perfectly suitable for visitors who may not be so mobile. Aired and heated all year round, our cottage is exactly as we would wish any property to be that we ourselves would rent. A romantic getaway or a quiet holiday with little toddlers or an action packed adventure for older kids, our cottage is the perfect base to explore all that Cullen and the Moray Firth have to offer.

We really enjoyed our trip to Cullen. This was our second trip to this part of Scotland so knew a bit about the area.
Cullen is a lovely little fishing village and has a great beach and harbour.
The cottage had everything that we needed and was big enough for our teenage children all to have there own space for a bit of down time in the afternoon.
I would recommend this cottage for anyone with a larger family and the area is stunning.
Thanks for a relaxing week in your lovely cottage. Plenty of space for all the family and a very well equipped kitchen. Hope to stay again another year.
Really lovely cottage. Everything provided, with generous welcome hamper. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Great bathrooms. We had a lovely week in lovely Cullen.
We had a fabulous stay in this lovely house. It is with out a doubt the best equipped and most comfortable holiday home that we have stayed in. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty of walks and nice places to eat right on your doorstep. I highly recommend it and hope to return in the future.
We had a great week staying at this cottage in Cullen. It is in a good location and was well equipped.
We used the cottage as a base to explore the wider area
Absolutely wonderful stay as always. Feels like a home from home now. Amazing property, amazing place. The only downside is having to leave and come home!
Located within walking distance to a favourite beach, the house is spacious and very well serviced. The kitchen is also well stocked.
What a wonderful find!
very well equipped, in immaculate condition, spacious house. very convenient yet quiet location (hardly any passing traffic in the seatown) perfect for the beach, harbour, golf courses, hotels, pubs, takeaways and antique / salvage / thrift shops that Cullen is blessed with. all within minutes walks. easy access to lots of walking paths and the Cullen Heritage centre in the square is worth a visit too.
this was our second stay at this property and i dare say will be back again! just perfect!

Seatown holiday
Have stayed at this property on many occasions. However this time the cleanliness of the property was poor. There was sand in the twin room beds upstairs, the oven and trays in the oven were dirty and unusable. There was a problem with the draining of the shower (which we sorted) but this left the floor soaking. Removing all the things from the floor to mop up, the toilet brush was knocked over and out poured human excrement - disgusting and smelly and horrible to clean up. Also the bins were full so we were unable to put any rubbish out - we had to take it to the recycling centre. Considering the cost for the weeks rental feel that the property could have been a lot cleaner.
Once again a fabulous stay in lovely Cullen. We have stayed in this property several times now and it just keeps on getting better. Truly a home from home. Great communication with the host too. . Thanks Douglas and family for everything 🙏

No BBQ as mentioned on website otherwise nice house with great location
We had a great time here. Couldn’t be much closer to the amazing beach, and the house is spacious with a brilliantly well stocked kitchen. Loved the ice maker in the fridge!
Once again we had a fantastic time at this lovely holiday cottage. The property was perfect as always, a real home from home, well appointed and the welcome basket is really appreciated to save too much cooking on the first night….already booked and looking forward to heading back in the summer. Great hosts and communication too. Would highly recommend
Great location and lovely property. We enjoyed our week here.

Our own family cottage that we rent out now that our surfing teenager has other interests. Been coming to this area for more years than we care to remember, so know all the locals and the way life is in this part of the world.
Why they chose this property
Ten years ago. Needed a base for surfing on the Maray coast - nowhere better. Fantastic relaxing part of the country, but only a short drive to Aberdeen or Inverness for the big city feel. The weather always seems to be kind and the beaches are amongst the best in Europe - handy when the cottage is only 100m to our beach.
What makes this property unique
Luxury and especially important, effective central heating and wood burning stoves! Aired and heated throughout the year, so none of that damp feel of so many cottages. Kitted out to the highest standard, you can even do your own cordon bleu cooking in our fabulous kitchen and then sit down round the huge dining table and talk about the next day's plans. Or relax in the huge bath upstairs or have a game of Scrabble in front of the wood burning stoves. On that odd occasion of poor weather, just stay in and be nice and warm. Unlimited superfast fibe optic broadband included.
