We really enjoyed our stay, had no problems with parking or pretty much anything. It was clean and very user friendly ie tv, coffee,tea,sugar even the shower was good. Even our dog loved the garden. Any grumble would be the hill climb may be tough for some and the nearby co op was expensive but overall we would love to stay again sometime in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We very much enjoyed our stay in Neil’s house. There was everything you could ask for to make it a great home from home. Location was good although the hill is steep as other reviews suggest, it wasn’t a problem for us. There is a bus which runs nearby down into St Ives if you don’t fancy the walk. All in all a great week. Thanks Neil.
We stayed here for two weeks, family of 4 with our pooch. We absolutely loved it. It was just what we wanted. Excellent facilities, brilliant location and fab communication from the owner. Looking forward to coming back again in the future.
Lovely, light, spacious and clean accommodation with a stunning view of the sea, modern tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The directions were spot on and great to have two parking spaces if needed.

The property had everything we needed and host was really responsive and helpful. Location was great with nice views and an easy walking distance to St Ives town and beaches. Parking also really easy and hassle-free. The property has enough space for a family of 4 plusbdog. We appreciated the drying rack for wet beach gear.

We had a lovely stay, accommodation was clean, warm and welcoming with everything you would need for a home from home stay with good quality bedding, kitchen equipment and some essentials to get you started. A bit if a steep walk back up from the town but nothing major in my opinion, we had a really lovely stay
We had a fantastic two week holiday in this well located house with great views across the bay. The house was well maintained and one of the best curated holiday houses we have stayed in, with all the rooms well laid out and equipped. Neil was a great host who responded promptly and helpfully to all our queries before we arrived. Having two parking spaces that were very easy to park in is a huge benefit in st Ives. This was our second year staying at Godrevy View. As a family we love the garden and outdoor seating. The house feels very spacious (pictures don’t do it justice). As per other reviews re: the road outside. This is not an issue, the garden gives you privacy and the road isn’t that busy. The hill leading to and from the centre is very steep but is a great way to walk your dinner off. Will definitely be back.
Thank you for such a wonderful week. Great location easy access to St Ives harbour and the surrounding Cornwall towns. House very clean and well equipped, with the enclosed garden safe for the dog. The private parking next to the house was a bonus and is invaluable in St Ives.
On a whole lovely property however didn't expect it to be on a main road next to T junction.. Needs some sort of privacy blind s on bedrooms so don't have to keep drawing curtains if need to change or anything in day passers by can see in.
This was a great location and property; it is out of the way and therefore quiet, it’s great for the dogs with a secure garden. The walk back is steep so please only rent if you are prepared to walk up hill or happy to get a bus. If you know St Ives there is a longer but less steep route back starting from back of the Surf School by the Tate modern.
A lovely, light house within an easy walking distance from the centre of St Ives and it’s beaches. We took our two dogs who loved the very secure garden and the outdoor decking and the property benefits from having parking next to the house. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon.
We had a great time at Godrevy View despite the mixed weather in St Ives during our stay. The house is a great contemporary styled property with a spacious open plan lounge and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds meant we all had restful nights sleep during our stay in beautiful St Ives. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening sun. The house is on top of a hill as other guests have mentioned but we enjoyed the walk down and got one of the readily available ( and inexpensive) taxis back! Thanks to Neil for the detailed house info sent beforehand. We’d happily stay again!

We had an amazing experience! We felt like home, house was very clean and after a long drive, we had a lovely cup of tea as everything was ready for us.
Location was perfect, we had a little Co-Op round the corner and town was only 15 min walk. My little boy, 2 years old enjoyed it so much, particularly the garden!
We are definetely coming back soon!
