Harbour View 4 - an apartment that can sleep up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms
Harbour View 4 is a second floor 4 bedroom apartment ideal for contractors working within the area or sailing crew requiring easy access to Gosport’s marina’s that are within a few minutes short walk. 3 of the bedrooms host large 5ft king size double beds (which convert to create 2 singles) with the 4th bedroom accommodating a pair of adult sized bunk beds, sleeping up to 8 guests in total.
All beds are made up with crisp cotton linen and fresh towels with all the bedroom windows looking towards the harbour mouth.
The apartment boasts 2 shower rooms with ceramic tiled floors and walls, 2 large corner showers, toilets and wash hand basins with shaving mirrors and tall wall mounted towel rails. Fresh towels are provided for each guest and are laid out on beds prior to your arrival.
The kitchen is fitted with all essential mod cons with clean modern sleek units, a free standing fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, plus dining seating for up to 6.
The lounge accommodates a large corner sofa, bean bags for additional informal seating and a flat screen TV/DVD and will comfortably seat 6.
All bedding and towelling is provided, with a mid term maid cleaning service available on request. Additional linen is available at £25 per set to include 1 medium bath towel.
A child cot and highchair are available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child’s bedding).
In addition to the rental cost we ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.
Our advertised prices are calculated on the number of people requested and may go up or down if amended.
Please Note:
The apartment is fully equipped and simply thought out but it should be pointed out that if the property is booked for the full maximum of 8 guests then it would not be possible to seat all 8 within the kitchen or within the lounge at one time.
Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.
