We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Everything you could need. Well located in the village of Mullion. We walked a lot of the costal path using the bus to get the there or back. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely stay here, photos do not do the property justice, it truly is stunning! Thank you for the lovely scones and tea, milk, etc - it’s the little touches that shows you care! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cornwall 😊
My wife and I spent 5 wonderful days in Mullion, staying at this quirky, but excellent property. The rooms are a good size for a couple, and well furnished, with more than ample crockery, etc. We would definitely recommend.
We had a lovely stay at this spacious apartment.
Ideal for coastal walks.
Great facilities in Mullion 2 shops and a pub within easy walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.
Loved the 'cottage feel', and it has everything you need as regards amenities & comfort. Beautiful walks up and down the coast, and Spar / Coop / Post Office / Boots / Fish & Chips / pubs with nice food all v. close. The Halzephron Inn is recommended (a nice walk along the coast).
(Entrance steps are a little steep: if a concern to you, coordinate your arrival/departure times with the lovely owners.)
Highly recommended!
Our second time at Parc Wartha and just such a lovely place to stay.
Cozy, comfortable and clean. Dog friendly too.
The cream tea greeting is the icing on the cake
We will be back.
The apartment was part of the owners house and accessed via external staircase all as described and located in the centre of the Mullion village. There was a welcome Cornish scone cream tea on arrival and parking was secure in the private courtyard. highly commended!
The accommodation was cosy and the location was excellent to commute to and explore other towns. Easy to get to the accommodation with clear directions given.
On arrival we had a lovely cornish cream tea waiting for us. Just what we needed after a long journey. 😊 Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Very relaxing stay, the host was very accommodating and we had a blessed week, very quiet, no complaints. Would definitely recommend it to those seeking a precious time to relax. Many thanks.
Lovely relaxing few days in this wonderful cottage apartment. Ideal for a couple, kitchen had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable and although it was mid March we sat out on the balcony for late breakfast.
Enjoyed many walks, some close by, others a short drive away.
The resident dog welcomed us and was very friendly
Highly recommend
The property has all everything you need, with towels, bedding, and washing up equipment provided. The property had a lovely feel, though the stairs to the property are quite steep, and would not be ideal for people with mobility issues. Location is great, and having free parking was appreciated.
We loved our stay at this beautiful place in Mullion. A perfect stay for a long weekend for us with plenty of walks near by and a bus route that takes you to a couple of places along the coast.
The cosy apartment / cottage is in the centre of Mullion where you have the choice of two pubs 2 mins walk away 2 shops Spar & Co-op again 3mins walk
The apartment is open plan with a little kitchen with oven & hob microwave ample to prepare a meal if required
The lounge area has a lovely log burner if required and comfortable sofa to relax and watch TV
There is a bathroom with shower over the bath wash hand basin & toilet
Nice size bedroom with very large comfortable bed
The apartment is probably 10-15 mins walk out of the village to the spectacular coastline where you can enjoy many walks
Would certainly recommend the accommodation and would hope to return again it's a great place to visit
The hosts are very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable and the apartment is dog friendly
Throughly enjoyable stay
Many thanks
Compact but had everything we needed. Very conveniently situated for trips out to different places on the Lizard Peninsula and further afield in West Cornwall. Mullion itself is a lovely village and we would stay there again. Friendly unobtrusive hosts - no complaints whatsoever
The property had stairs that was quite dangerous, very steep and not great hand rail,we are only mid fifties, bit still stuggles with the depth of the stairs to the property, hosts not very hospitable at all,was away when we arrived and was told to let ourselves in,then never came to introduce themselves, and we felt not very welcomed,so we wouldn't recommend this holiday home to anyone.i had constant allergies while there, only to discover that behide the bed was thick with dust.will not be returning to this holiday home
We had a wonderful time, the flat was plenty big enough for us, lovely welcome cream tea. Great location for exploring the Cornish coastline and the curries were delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Great hosts who were helpful but gave us space.
So many delights were only a stone's throw from the property.

About the host
Hosted by Merryn Regan
We made a life-style change and moved to Mullion with our children ten years ago. We were immediately attracted by the beautiful, imposing building of Parc Wartha, by the pretty, friendly village and the stunning scenery of the peninsula. Over the last nine years we have restored Parc Wartha into a lovely family home and holiday let, and have enjoyed sharing our love of our home and Mullion with our visitors.
Why they chose this property
Mullion is a friendly and lively place. Being the largest village in Cornwall there are plenty of amenities and things to do. It is well equipped with inns and restaurants, local supermarkets, art galleries, a craft centre, a heritage centre and a monthly farmers market. There is a calender of annual events to appeal to wide sections of the community and to visitors alike. These include the scarecrow spectacular (August Bank Holiday weekend), and Harbour Day amongst many others. The village is steeped in history arising from its cove and spectacular harbour, its geology and church. The unique scenery of the Lizard Peninsula boasts beautiful coastal walks, delightful gardens, magnificent beaches and traditional fishing villages.
What makes this property unique
Parc Wartha enjoys a central but quiet, tucked away position in the heart of Mullion village. It is just 50yds from shops, restaurants, the church and the village's two pubs and other amenities. Polurrian beach and coastal path are a pretty 20 minute walk away, and the harbour and Poldhu beach are also just a mile away. There is parking in the courtyard, and so much that is immediately available that some visitors to Parc Wartha do not use the car for the whole of their stay.
