With lovely sea views, the villa is very private. It includes a secluded swimming pool, air conditioning/fans/heating and a large landscaped garden and off street parking. The main villa has various terraces, including a small roof terrace and a traditional naya with stunning sea views, and views over the swimming pool, garden and forest, a comfortable lounge with free view TV, dual air conditioning and heating and a wood burner, fully equipped small kitchen, master bedroom with sea view, second double bedroom, shower with wc, and second separate wc. Both bedrooms in the main house also have air conditioning. The separate lower ground floor annexe is ideal for couples, grandparents, or older offspring who do not require supervision, with a door opening to a separate terrace and garden. The annexe consists of a small sitting room, an extremely large sleeping area with one double and one single bed and includes a basic kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle). The annexe also has a large shower room with wc. The annexe does not have air conditioning as it is a cooler area and the fans provided are sufficient to keep one cool.

The perfect getaway

Fabulous

Had such a wonderful time here. From the outset we had great communication from Anne who provided very useful information on the area. The villa was just beautiful and had everything needed to just sit back and relax (on the wonderful veranda overlooking the valley and sea). Great pool to cool off in. Easy drive to Moraira, various beaches and the local supermarkets. Could happily have spent many more weeks there but sadly had to get back to the 9-5. Definitely hoping to rebook next year for longer. Thank you 😊

Perfect

Villa is very clean and more spacious than we thought - lots of spaces to spend with family or relaxing alone. We had two toddlers with us who were entertained by the rockery and obviously loved the pool. The annexe is a great area to help create the feeling of privacy between extended families at times. Excellent location - close to supermarkets & beaches if you have a car. Didn’t check out public transport so unsure how it would be without a car but Anne provides detail about how to get a taxi. Parking on the drive may be daunting in a smaller car but this is clearly indicated in description & there’s plenty of room on the road which is unbelievably quiet. Anne was very helpful - explaining how to get the property & in to the property very clearly. Would definitely stay again!

Wow! What a fantastic villa!

This is an outstanding villa in an outstanding location. We had not been to this part of Spain before and were so impressed by the stunning geography, with mountainous terrain and lush vegetation. Then we arrived at the villa - it is truly fantastic. Everything is so well thought out both inside and outside this beautiful villa. We were just two of us, but there is more than enough room for the full complement to stay here as there is so much space, with nothing crowded. The villa comfortably sleeps four people, and there is a brilliant annexe sleeping three. Nothing has been scrimped - everything is of very good quality - it really is a home from home, rather than a holiday-let. We have stayed in numerous villas throughout Europe and this is, by far, the best one we have ever stayed in. Anne is a pleasure to liaise with, prompt answers to any queries, and so very helpful. We will definitely come again.

A villa with a view.

Just returned from this lovely villa in a residential area of Benissa. Beautiful secluded property with stunning views, lovely private pool & garden. My husband and I were there for two weeks golf and relaxation with friends….all retired. Definitely recommend hiring a car as we did for getting about. We enjoyed visiting the vibrant towns for sightseeing, dining etc but loved sitting on the peaceful terrace under the stars in the evening. Our hostess was extremely helpful for any queries we had and responded promptly. I would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely villa, peaceful area, fantastic views

We had a lovely relaxing week in this very pretty villa with lovely private outside space. The 30 or so steps from the road up to the main terrace were a little demanding in the extremely hot weather but the views were well worth the effort. If visitors are of more advanced years we would recommend hiring a car that can make it up the steep driveway: our Fiat 500 Hybrid just could not cope. Inside, the villa is very well equipped and the A/C in the main bedroom is probably the quietest we have ever experienced. Communication with Anne and Stuart was faultless. They are excellent hosts.

Lovely villa with fantastic views

My husband and I stayed at this villa for 2 weeks a!omg with my daughter and her husband and their two children We had a wonderful holiday The villa was perfect It was private yet within easy reach everything .My granddaughters were never out of the pool ,The view from the terrace was breath taking We never tired of it The villa is very well equipped with everything you need very comfortable a home from home Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in you wonderful home We would recommend it to anyone Margaret John and family

We had an amazing 11 days at this villa, our father used the downstairs annex which was great for his own space……and ours!! Huge bed in air con room was amazing!!😃 The garden/pool area is beautiful with the pool cleaned every 2/3rd day and the BBQ area is great!! The villa had everything you could possibly need including a beach shed with all the normal beach ‘stuff’. It was extremely comfortable & clean! You do need a car but we new that & had already booked! The area is stunning with lots to see & do!! We would highly recommend this place 10/10 😃👍

Best holiday ever in a beautiful villa

Every detail of this villa is wonderful; the location, the peaceful setting and all the comforts of home. Just had three weeks of shere bliss, we could not fault one aspect. 10 out of 10.

Best holiday ever

We had an amazing time at this villa. Kids voted it our best holiday ever. We have always done campsites. Peaceful, relaxing location away from it all. Lovely beaches within a few minutes drive. We loved Moraira beach and El Portet beach for the kids (6, 9, 11) in the after afternoon when it cooled down which are easy to access by car and plenty of parking. My husband often cycled down to the rocky beach at Advocat. We hardly saw a soul. Plenty to do on day trips by car if you can summon the desire to leave this little piece of paradise.. we visited Guadalest and the waterfalls on the way home. We did the rock of calpe. We packed far too much in our suitcases given everything that is available in the villa including lilos beach chairs umbrellas games books. The site is huge and the pool was extremely well maintained (twice weekly visits by pool men) and is huge compared to what I expected (no camera trickery used). We loved the area...very Spanish feel..beautiful scenery and mostly French and Dutch tourism. We will certainly be back!

Our holiday Spain 2019

The villa was very clean. You could live in it all year. Very quite location close to shops and a 12 min drive to Moraira. One thing I must say, and the property owner pointed out to me, is the drive is on an incline and there are a few steps to go up and down. I am 74 years old and have had 2 strokes so I got out of breath a bit. 10 years ago this would not have been a problem for me, my wife at 56 was OK. For us it was a lovely peaceful holiday.

Heavenly villa with fantastic sea views

Heavenly holiday in a heavenly villa, with stunning sea views. Anne and Stuart make sure every need and every detail is catered for. The separate annex was perfect for our teenage daughters who joined us for the 2nd week. The villa has great outdoor space and everyone had a different favourite whether it was the pool area, the roof terrace, the naya or main terrace, so much to choose from and all had sea views. The villa itself is well equipped with everything you may possibly need or think of. Great location, 25 mins walk to the beaches, or 5 mins by car, our favourite was Llobella. The villa comes complete with BBQ, bikes, deck chairs and parasols which we made use of. We recommend The Olive Tree, a 10 min drive near Moraira for a special night. Overall couldn't wish for a more perfect holiday. Thank you Anne and Stuart !

A fabulous location and villa for families

We had a wonderful stay here with our 4 children who were in the pool constantly. Stuart and Anne were wonderful hosts and gave us lots of information before our arrival. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and the location was perfect with the most fabulous views. We spent the mornings at the beach returning back for lunch and the pool for the rest of the day. Lots of local amenities nearby for shopping etc. We look forward to returning again.

Fabulous Villa, Fabulous Holiday, Home from Home

The owners Stuart and Anne provided all we needed prior and during our stay. Their communication prior to the holiday made it all stress free. The villa more than lived up to it's description, was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The pool was clean, a nice size, well maintained and was the perfect area to relax. The area is beautiful and we would definitely recommend the coastal walk from La Fustera to Calpe. We would highly recommend this villa to family and friends and definitely hope to return.

Ideal one or two family villa

We have stayed in the area or Xabia and Moraira for many years. This being our daughters first trip abroad as a mother with her two children. With this Villa we made a good choice. The downstairs apartment was ideal for them. Leaving upstairs for ourselves with two older children. We eat together on the balcony or by the Barbecue when not eating out at one of the many local restaurants. The pool was a very welcome place on the hot afternoons after spending the mornings on the beach. The one we used was just after Algas bar and just before the main beach of Moraira both offer food to eat in or take away about 10mins from the Villa. The nearest supermarket was Pepe le Sal 6 mins from villa. The villa itself has all you could wish for, T.V Internet Dishwasher fridge/freezer. Books for all ages. Even beach chairs and parasols. All in all a great family holiday. And we would not hesitate in returning in the future. Thank you Stuart and Anne.

A fabulous villa in a great location!

We have just had a fabulous 2 weeks in Anne and Stuarts' villa one if the best we have stayed in yet. The villa has everything you need inside and is brilliant for relaxing outside around the pool - ample sun loungers and seating areas. Anne was so helpful throughout - both before we arrived and during our stay - as other guests gave said she really does care about the quality of your stay. The area is stunning with amazing mountainous backdrops to spectacular coastlines and a plethora of villages to visit. Moraira has many different types of restaurants and bars to choose from - one of our favourites was a Chinese restauraunt on the way in to the town with very friendly owners. Thank you Anne and Stuart for a truly delightful holiday - we hope to return next year.

Lovely villa and fabulous pool

We spent a lovely 2 weeks at Anne and Stuart's villa, it had everything we needed and having pool/beach towels was a real plus as we came with cabin luggage only (first time but easy). We used both the villa and the downstairs apartment for my son and his partner which gave them privacy as well as being with the rest of the family. Air con was a blessing as Spain was in the middle of a heatwave. The pool was beautiful, clean and warm and very refreshing in the 36 degree heat. Lovely naya for eating meals and drinking wine of an evening. The kitchen is small but has everything you need and we had a good supply of bin bags and cleaning stuff to keep it tidy. Beds were very comfortable with lovely 'squishy' pillows. A great library of books to choose from - my husband read 9! The garden is pretty with some beautful flowers and having the pine forest beside meant many birds flitting here and there. Plenty of sunbeds and covers, inflatables for the pool and deck chairs for taking to the beach with 3 parasols too. The driveway is steep so we left the car at the bottom and walked up. We went to the beach at El Portat, just the other side of Moraira which is beautiful and fabulous for families with young children as it is shallow for about 10-20 metres with calm seas, you can hire kayaks for 10€ an hour or 16€'s an hour for a 2 man kayak, they also have paddle boards but we didn't try those so unsure of cost but probably comparible. There are toilets and restaurants. Would advise you get there early as the strip of sand from the wall to the sea is only about 2 metres in places. Lots of lovely restaurants in Moraira, lovely tapas etc and a lovely ambiance to sit and while away the hours with a lovely view of the rock at Calpe (Ilfach). The Fonts D'Algar are a must, natural waterfalls which you can spend a few hours or the whole day swimming in various pools at the bottom of the falls but it is absolutely freezing so be prepared! It was 4€ each adult for the day. We did this on the way back from Gaudalest (?spelt right) a lovely mountain village with a church perched almost hanging off the top of a cliff face, cobbled streets with shops and restaurants - worth a visit. We had to speak to Leigh Ann, the Property Management Rep who was very helpful and easily contactable (English). Anne and Stuart have made the whole experience a delight and their sole aim is for their guests to have a lovely holiday and they certainly achieved their goal.

Wonderful villa experience

I rarely write reviews, however we spent a simply wonderful week at Anne and Stuart's villa in Moraira earlier in the summer. Every detail was taken care of, from considerate and helpful emails and directions before we arrived, through to the prompt return of the full bond. The villa itself is wonderful, so many aspects really perfect - the view, the pool, eating breakfast in the Naya, proximity to town, spacious living and bedroom space, privacy, the list goes on. The best advice would be to book this villa for yourself and discover! Anne and Stuart were extremely helpful, genuinely kind and we were delighted to say that we will be returning in 2015!

Picture Perfect

The family had a wonderful time and holiday in the area especially our stay in the villa. The views from the naya and balacony are priceless. We stayed in many places in Spain, but this one tops. The swimming pool, the BBQs and the studio were great! We would love to go back there again :).

Why they chose this property

The property is situated in an area called Buenavisa (Beautiful View) and that's exactly what the villa has. It is also bordered on one side by a pine forest, but is in an area with lots of other houses, so you do not feel isolated. It is under 10 minutes to Moraira town and the same again to Calpe, so you have the best of both worlds.
