Clean and well equipped for 8 guests. Everything well thought out and plenty of information in what to do in the area. Very comfortable and modern house.
Beautiful well equipped , modern, multi bathroom house with nice big rooms, lovely garden, multi car drive with further on street parking. Private outside seating barbecue area. As an added bonus, its in a lovely part of the country. House is in a quiet part of town, yet within walking range of bars shops, restaurants, supermarkets. If you stay here and find yourself disappointed, I would be shocked.
As a family we had a good stay. The fact we all had our own bathroom was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped as I like to cook when away. Handy for supermarket and garage.
Lovely flowers on the table and wine in the fridge on arrival. Super clean, extremely well equipped, everything brand new. Comfortable luxury beds, ample bathrooms (3), lovely, well pruned garden, private space at the back for eating out. Playground across the road for the children. easy access to amenities. not far from lovely beaches and the river Spey. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our time in this home. It's super spacious. If you have a big family or group you'll be very comfortable here. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. Lovely patio areas and centrally located to get too many sites in the area. Our host was super helpful in making sure we had what we needed. We'd book this place again! Thank You Sheila!

No more Hotels for these golfers ..
I cannot praise this property highly enough. My group had a fantastic time golfing in the Moray region last week, but your home Sheila, put the icing on the cake. For twenty five years we’ve been coming up North golfing and staying in various hotels. This beats them all hands down - Value for money, Centrally located, The property is immaculate inside and out. Perfect for groups of 6-8.
Sheila on behalf of my group, I’d like to thank you again. I’ll be in contact soon about next years trip, which is a definite. Talk soon.

First Class Property
Stayed at cottage with my sons and friends during Whisky Festival and it was ideal base. Very well equipped property with everything you would need. Nice and warm, especially with log burning stove lit in the living-room. Would not stay anywhere else if visiting the area.

Fabulous place, warm, welcoming and spacious
Arrived late in the evening to find the outside lights on and access exactly as described.
The house was warm and welcoming and even better than the pictures portray.
I stayed with 3 very elderly relatives and access by the front door was fine and once in the house everything was easy for them and myself.
The kitchen was a dream to cook in and very comfy to sit in at the end of the day exploring and plan the next.
Will definitely be back.

Adequate and recommendable
Lovely place! We, 5 single adults, stayed for 4 nights. The house was exactly as described and served us very well indeed.
It looks totally new, everything was clean, big and beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped, so cooking was a dream. Outdoor seating and garden were lovely.
The place is just few minutes from a big supermarket and the location in superb for traveling to the Speyside distilleries and to the seaside. Elgin town is also nice.
Thank you Shiela!

Ideal base to tour the Speyside distilleries
We were a party of 5 from two from Devon and 3 from Hong Kong.
The property was superbly equipped and we had everything we needed to self cater for our 10 day stay.It was spacious, light and airy and beautifully clean. The 3 large king-size bedrooms all had their own bathrooms so there was plenty of privacy. The spacious kitchen had a family sized table and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge. The garden was beautifully kept with room for outdoor dining.
Elgin is a pleasant town with every amenity. We enjoyed visits to the seaside town of Lossiemouth,Ballindaloch Castle, the Keith to Dufftown Railway and the numerous distilleries around Speyside.
All in all a very good holiday.

What a great find!
Stayed in this property for 3 nights while attending a wedding in Findocherty. There were 7 of us and since we are all from out of area this was the ideal solution for staying all together with plenty of room to get ready for the wedding!
The house was far beyond our expectations, rooms were very spacious all with super clean/modern decor all with their own fully equipped bathrooms. The outdoor space was a great touch and lucky for us the weather stayed dry enough to make good use of this! There was plenty of space for the 4 cars we had between us to fit in the driveway and even more space on the street. There is a petrol station literally a couple of houses down the road with a huge shop attached which sold everything you would ever need for your stay, even coal for the bbq!
Would highly recommend this house for any groups of 4+ looking to stay in the area as it works out great value when the cost is split.
All round superb experience, Thanks Sheila!

Exceeded expectations
Property far exceeded our expectations. It was warm, despite mid-January freezing conditions, extremely clean and comfortable, and very well-equipped. The location is very convenient for the town centre and for the 'Whisky Trail'. It is on a bus route. We shall certainly return as this lovely property is one of the best we have stayed in on our many excursions throughout Scotland. Congratulations to the owners, who were very helpful and made sure all our requirements were met. Nothing was too much trouble.
