Second time staying here and it’s a really comfortable, quiet place to stay. Well equipped for self catering and although small it has everything you need. Stayed with our two doggies who also had a good time and enjoyed the walk through the fields to Carew.
It is a perfect studio apartment. I stayed for three nights with my dog. It had everything I needed in a beautiful area. Julie and her husband were lovely hosts. They even left me a breakfast hamper, which was so kind. I would recommend this place and will return in the future.
This apartment was just ideal for our stay, and Julie was the perfect host. Everything was beautifully clean and well equipped, Julie very kindly left us bread, eggs bacon, butter, jam , milk and tea, everything we would need for breakfast. There are lovely walks from the apartment to Carew castle ang near by villages . I would definitely be happy to recommend this apartment.
Host's were lovely ,They gave us a breakfast hamper studio had everything you could need, it was clean and well maintained on a lovely site , close to local beaches and towns. Would definitely book again
Lovely area, the studio was great, kitchen dining area was compact but had everything you needed. The bedroom (comfy bed) and en-suite was quite roomy. A lovely touch was to have essentials (bread, milk and butter) provided.

Convenient location
A nice accommodation, had everything you would need but it was a bit dated and needed a more thorough cleaning check to be done. Also rooms were a bit dim due to large hedges not allowing light to shine through windows. A nice touch was a few basics food wise too. All in all ok for a short stay .
Quirky little studio but ideal for two adults wanting a base to discover the area.
Attached to the owners property at the rear of a caravan site, it was quiet and comfortable.
Short walk to the pub and chippy. Publicans and locals very friendly. Would use again
Lovely accommodation with a real kitchen. On arrival the owner left us bread, butter, tea, milk, sugar, eggs & jam. Great for a cuppa on arrival and snack if we needed it. A nice touch. We cooked breakfast, bacon & sausages from small supermarket nearby. One small request, please provide a green scourer to clean pans.
The bedroom has two easy chairs to relax. Not a huge space once you have your bags in, but we were only there for 2 nights so perfectly adequate for us.
Very comfy bed. We slept well after our adventures. Great for access to the SW & W coast. Sooo many beaches to choose from nearby.
Roomy shower cubicle with electric shower.
The accommodation is on a quiet caravan site. On the left of the owners accommodation. So you can park your car outside. The pub is 3 mins walk away. There was no evening meal at the pub but that might change in Aug. Fish & Chip shop closes at 8pm sharp.
There is a circular walk to the castle and water mill nearby.
The property was reasonably priced and the right size, with everything that we needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Nice welcoming touches by the hosts i.e. bread, bacon, cooking oil, etc. Great central location. I would definitely recommend
Really super little place. Very clean and everything you need
Great position for visiting area. Nice local pub and fish shop. Overall very enjoyable
My only suggestion would be a better mattress and duvet pillows to make the sleeping in keeping with the rest
Comfortable accommodation with all we needed. Close to Carew etc.
Nice welcome pack, good value for money. All linen provided was clean.
Walm welcome
Bed a little creaky, could do with tightening frame. Dogs can be a little noisy but did not bother us, but could others.
Only criticism is there was no mention of spring tide cutting off access twice a day.
Walking access can be had via pub but not informed until next day. Nothing on web page or on information in flat.
Lovely studio for one or two people. Quiet and excellent location for accessing area around Tenby and beyond. Greeted with not only milk, but also bread, butter, bacon and eggs. Dog friendly. Friendly couple own this anex to their house on their caravan park. Just fabulous. Thank you.

Small, quiet, apart from owners dogs no out side space to relax in at the end of the day
Owners German shepard guard dog very imposing, having to run the gauntlet to get to the granny flat with out the dog going nuts.
Not for us.
Lovely clean place with a breakfast hamper left on arrival with milk, bread, butter, jam which was a lovely touch enjoyed the area and plenty to do will definitely be returning again.
Nicely Decorated Studio Apartment, nice touch and appreciated welcome pack of Bread/butter/bacon/eggs/milk.
Overall a very nice apartment, but few downsides, never seen so many cobwebs & spiders, and me having a Big Spider aversion,my partner had to get rid of all in Bedroom & Bathroom before I'd go in, Didn't use the oven as there were cobwebs in the glass housing of the door? few little twekes needed in Bathroom, some weird soft/lump something? on back toilet & some mildew on shower head/shower door/mastic. Only other downside was really lumpy pillows. My partner couldn't watch the TV as it was too small for his degenerating eyes, but was fine for me.
Think they're missing a trick with a few little 'twekes' I'd give this Studio Apartment a 5* as it's roomy and nicely decorated and owners are friendly and accommodating.
An excellent place to stay. The owners are lovely people and were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return again :-D
