WE ARE REGISTERED AS A RENTAL PROPERTY WITH THE VALENCIAN TOURIST AUTHORITY REF VT-472219-A

Well Presented 1 bedroom first floor with steps, self catering holiday apartment with balcony, which sleeps up to 4 guests and is located on an immaculate private complex, boasting one of the largest swimming pools in the area which is available throughout the year, and is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens.
Beds can be joined singles to make a 6ft bed or can be split to twins if necessary, with a sofabed that can take 1 adult or 2 children.
New PVC windows with shutters and mosquito nets, completed in April 2022, help make the apartment bright and airy.
The nearby bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walk, however be aware this does include a steep hill.
The hobs has been updated and a separate convection oven in place to make for better catering if you want to eat in, although the local restaurants are excellent value.
Please read all information as we would not want you to find the apartment is unsuitable after you arrive in particular there is no air conditioning just fans.
We are approximately 50km from both Alicante and Murcia airports.

Late Summer Sun

Grant's directions to the property were perfect, it is situated approximately 10 minutes by car from Villamartin Plaza with La Zenia Boulevard a little further on. It was easy for us to travel further to the Mar Menor, Murcia and Cartagena, a car however is a must. The two pools and surrounding communal area are very well maintained and found all the apartment owners to be very friendly. The area is very quiet, the apartment benefits from double glazing as well as the mosquito nets and has a nice view across the communal area from the lounge and the private balcony. Pavla & Grant living on the development is very useful and the UK TV was a bonus. Instructions for the hot plate, microwave and washing machine would be useful for future guests to avoid bothering the owners and all the jigsaw puzzle pictures might not to be everyone's taste. Overall, we had a very comfortable 18 night stay, the bed/s were very comfortable and Pavla and Grant were excellent friendly hosts and we recommend this apartment.

Great little apartment

Again the property didn't let us down,clean and tidy,everything you need. The complex was clean and tidy to,and we had no trouble,and was made to feel welcome by the residents. We arranged a transfer with grant and was picked up and dropped off with ease. All in just what you need.

Grant was a fabulous host. Met us when we arrived help us in with luggage . There was a storm first night and tv wasn’t working because of it . Grant was very quick to respond and get on to it. The apt was clean and had everything you could need. Was a 10 to 15 minute walk to bars and shops. The pool was a great size for a proper swim again well kept and clean. Great location for golfers and a nice complex Also had lovely neighbours underneath very helpful although Grant and Pavla live on the complex if you need anything.

Quiet,Clean,gorgeous pool and friendly atmosphere in safe secure surroundings

We stayed from June 14th - 21st - our first ever time staying in an apartment with shared pool so we were a little apprehensive ( we normally have a Villa with private pool) We needn't have worried at all - Grant & Pavla were good unintrusive hosts on hand if you required their help.The apartment is very cosy but well equipped- in my opinion is really only suitable for 2 people though,the complex is an all day sun trap and from waking till sunset the sun beams down onto the huge communal pool- we absolutely adored the pool - very very clean and was a joy,also must mention Grant & Pavla supply you with 2 sun beds AND beach towels which was really awesome,overall we had a very positive experience and we will be returning 🤗Thankyou Grant & Pavla

Lovely complex very clean

A nice place to relax ,friendly people ,clean apt and owners on hand if needed . Beaches nearby you need a car here , La Fuenta is a great place to eat ,try Southern Beauty we ate there 4 nights on the trot. Chillis is nice for a steak to. You can walk there if you don't mind walking otherwise you need to drive. We would say the apt is good for 2 adults 4 would be a bit cramped although there is a sofa bed in the lounge /kitchen area ,but to be comfortable 2 adults is fine . I don't think you would find a nicer complex .

Amazing

Had a fantastic week here, apartment is clean, tidy, and very cosy. Complex is lovely, pool right outside your door in a beautiful complex. Can not thank Grant and Pavla enough, lovely couple, nothing is too much for them, (even helped me out with a parking ticket, lol) . Everybody there was kind and friendly. HIGHLY recommended. Outstanding from booking to returning home!

Can't speak highly enough about this apartment, complex and grant that owns it. What an absolutely fantastic holiday we have had. The apartment is beautifully clean with everything and more that you could need or wish for. Everyone around the complex too was extremely friendly including the security guard who my little boy adored. As for the neighbours Anne and Dave below well they truly couldn't help us enough. I think my family have found a retreat and can't wait to return next year. Thank you so much grant you couldn't have looked after us anymore Kirsty and Andy

Amazing Value

The apartment was clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. Everything you could want for a self catering holiday was there. The pool was great with your own sun loungers/towels provided by owner. All in all would not hesitate to recommend this place to anybody.

We are a private couple who love both Spain and Golf.
In February 2015 we took the plunge and now live in Spain. We have an apartment and we live on the same complex so now manage the apartment ourselves.
We hope you can make as many memories in Spain as we have.

Why they chose this property

We love this area and had visited for a number of years before we bought.
It always seems warm and this is ideal for our passion for golf.
There are lots of great courses nearby. The beaches are just 10 minutes away and have all the the usual facilities.
This complex is generally quiet and a great getaway, however there are often children around during the summer.

What makes this property unique

With being close to 2 excellent airports we have flexibility of travel and no long drive after flying.
We love playing golf at Las Ramblas, Campoamor and other local courses.
The apartment also has sun almost all day so great when you want to relax.
The swimming pool is fabulous for a dip or if you want a proper swim.
There is a great barbecue area and a table tennis table.
