3 bedroom, 3 bathroom linked villa in Fairviews Village with three separate furnished outdoor areas, to enjoy the sun and the views. The rear of the villa overlooks the first fairway of the beautiful Boavista 18 hole golf course,the Atlantic, Lagos and Serra de Monchique mountains. To the front is a well stocked garden and a furnished patio which enjoys the sun all afternoon.The villa is in a peaceful location and yet not more than 5 minutes walk to all the resorts facilities. There is a selection of both sports and beach equipment for guests free of charge, including beach towels and there is FREE wifi in the villa.

Fantastic stay in wonderful, peaceful villa

This is our second stay at Fiona’s lovely villa and we had an amazing time. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and set in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Lovely pool and never busy (even in August). We hired a car but you could easily rely on Ubers to get around (often under €5 to Lagos town). Fiona was great and answered any questions we had very quickly. Check in was also very easy with the lovely Roberta. Thank you once again Fiona for a lovely stay!

Exceptional

No negatives, we stayed the last week in June and the first week of July, the setting is fabulous and the owner Fiona gave plenty of suggestions for places to eat and walks in the surrounding area which was a real bonus. Favourites of ours were Fortaleza da Luz, Campimar and Jacaranda. We had a car which we found beneficial but it is an easy walk into Luz and Lagos. The resort golf course and facilities are excellent and will definitely return.

A relaxing week at Boavista

Excellent property overlooking the 1st Fairway of the Boavista Golf Course. The Villa was very clean and had all the amenities required. Lots of outside seating to enjoy the sunshine! Suitable for families and multiple adults. We had our extended family (21 people) staying in 4 Villas across the Boavista site and we had a wonderful time playing Golf and enjoying the Club House hospitality. A lovely week all round with very friendly and helpful staff across the whole site.

The townhouse was well presented on arrival and the host Roberta was extremely helpful. Problems with signal on the TV was encountered on the Friday of the stay, and the Careways office was closed, Roberta managed to resolve the matter by speaking directly with the MD of the business. I find it very surprising that a site of that size should close its office for bank holiday and all the weekend without providing sufficient cover. From my previous experience of visiting apartments and villas on the site, I would have expected at least one visit from the cleaners and a towel changes during our eight day stay. Overall the holiday was very enjoyable and I would have no hesitation in booking another holiday at this townhouse.

Gorgeous Villa Fairviews

We’ve just arrived back from holidaying at Boa Vista staying in a beautiful villa! There was 6 of us age ranging from 13 to 75 and it suited us perfectly! Location fabulous just over the road from the pool and five minutes walk from the clubhouse which served gorgeous meals! The villa was just beautiful, and equipped with everything you needed! The seating area round the back was just perfect and sun from sunrise till about 12, and then moved to the front where there was more seating, but by this point we were at the pool which was so lovely and peaceful even during the holidays! Roberta was there to greet us when we arrived at 10pm and kept in touch making sure everything was ok. Fiona the owner has been so communicative, the only downside was coming home! Thanks Fiona your Villa is beautiful and fantastic memories were made!!

Outstanding Villa

Wonderful Villa at Boavista Golf & Spa. Excellent facilities on site for all ages. A very high standard Villa, with everything you need and more. The Property manager is available throughout your stay to answer any questions. We have stayed at Boavista on four occasions and really rate the location of this Villa to the swimming, club house and other amenities.

Lovely house in a great location

The house had everything we needed, and more. The beds were really comfortable and we loved being just across from the pool, and walking distance to the gym, tennis courts and clubhouse! The supermarkets were 5 mins drive away, and the beach and town were 10 mins drive. Fiona was really helpful and quick to respond to any queries and it was reassuring to be met on arrival and shown around by Roberta, who was around if needed. We had a wonderful week, and would recommend this property!

Beautiful Accommodation & Fantastic Hosts

The villa is stunning with balcony views of the golf course and large, immaculate swimming pool just across the road with loads of sun beds and sun shades. Both the host Fiona and Roberta, who was at the property to greet us, couldn’t have been more helpful. Fiona arranged airport transfers for us with Nuno the taxi driver and he was brilliant waiting for us while we did our supermarket shop. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and we hope to visit again.

Just fabulous!

What a gem. Fiona's property is just perfect. Spotlessly clean, so spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly want (including a couple of beach chairs which were a great bonus) and literally about 20 paces from the gorgeous swimming pool. You need a car to get around the area but the location to beaches and supermarkets was great - 5 mins I'd say. Often we were the only people around the pool and there were sunloungers galore. Roberta sorted any issues for us quickly and very efficiently. Suffice to say we're planning to come back. We all had a fabulous holiday and wished we'd booked a longer stay..

Nice clean villa in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at Boavista, it's in a great location (you need a car though), and the views are great. The grounds are very well kept and clean and tidy. Be mindful the two upstairs bedrooms are very large, but the bedroom downstairs, although a double, has a lot less room if you want to use the extra bed (eg for a child). The property was very clean on arrival. Roberta the caretaker was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped us out with a minor medical emergency that we had.

A nicely appointed villa overlooking the 1st fairway in the excellent Boavista complex. A short drive or taxi ride from the many fine beaches, bars & restaurants in nearby Lagos and Luz. Great base for golf and coastal walks. Our host Fiona was excellent to deal with and provided us with everything we needed before and during our visit.

Fantastic villa

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Fiona’s villa. The villa is very clean and so spacious and there are different areas to sit and enjoy the sun - we particular loved the upstairs balcony which gets the morning sun and overlooks the golf course. The villa is in an excellent location with the pool opposite. Thank you so much to Fiona and Roberta - we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Late Summer Break

The villa was pefect for 4 of us, both couples had large upstairs bedrooms with shared balcony and it was very spacious and comfy. Villa is very convenient for the super pool which we used a lot. Both Fiona and Roberta (who looked after checkin and checkout) were wonderful to communicate with - very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay - thank you.

An amazing place to stay!

We have just got back from our trip to Fiona’s place and she couldn’t have made it more perfect! From the outset, communication was excellent and particularly given the ever changing COVID travel regulations, Fiona could have been more accommodating or helpful. From being able to cancel until late down to the advice where to get our return flight COVID tests done- it made a stressful time much easier. The Villa itself has everything that you will need. Immaculately clean and well supported by Roberta, the local manager, it is a great place to holiday. We loved the pool on the doorstep and our own private terraces/balcony. Everything that you may need has been thought through. You do need a car to get into Lagos as the walk is just that bit too far. Ask Roberta for Nuno’s telephone number- the most amazing taxi driver who took us into town most nights for dinner so that we could enjoy the local drinks! (We left his contact details in the flat too)

Family and friends holiday with toddler Luca

A lovely villa in a perfect location close to pool and a short walk to club house. We were met by lovely Roberta who filled us in on villa and area. Villa is equipped with everything you need and more. Luca had his own personalised two bags of toys left at villa for him during the week. Lagos only a 10 minute drive with its great range of bars and restaurants. Comminution with Fiona was second to none prior to arrival. Thank you Fiona and Roberta will defiantly be returning to Boa Vista

Lovely villa in Boavista

Just came back from a week in Lagos visiting friends and family and stayed at this beautiful villa on Boavista. From start to finish I couldnt fault it ..communication with Fiona was excellent , check in with Roberta at the villa was easy and the villa itself was perfect for what we wanted as a group of 5 of mixed ages. The villa is a good size , modern , spotless , clean with tasteful decor and furnishings as the owner provides everything that you need for a relaxing week in the sun , from sunbeds and towels to boardgames , everything that you need for visits to the beach and a good barbecue that we made full use of. The rear veranda which backs onto the golf course catches the sun from early morning till midday and in the afternoon we were lying out on the chairs around the front veranda overlooking the pool which had the sun till it went in. The villa is perfectly situated a short walk from the clubhouse which has a quiet bar and restaurant , great for golfers ( I only used the golf range as it was too hot for me to play a round ). We used the pool every day which was just steps away from the villa and it was very amply provided with sunbeds and never too busy , all in all the whole place was peaceful , quiet and even in August the Boavista resort did not seem overcrowded or noisy at any time although there were plenty of villas occupied. I hired a car for the week at Faro airport which is useful for staying on Boavista ( an easy one hour drive but beware the wait to collect hire cars at peak season ) . There are no shops at the resort and its a long walk either into Lagos town or to local supermarkets so although we also used Uber and taxis on nights out in town its easier to have a hire car . We shopped at the Intermarche which is nearest , good selection of international brands though must say its very expensive for some UK brands ( 4 x what we pay at home ) though the local alternatives are just as good. Lidl and Pingo Doce are further into town but all are 10 minutes drive away max. Meat , fish etc was good quality and we visited Lagos town a few times for drinks and restaurants though the town itself was very busy in last week of August , a popular time with people down from Lisbon I was told. All in all a really wonderful villa which I'd be delighted to stay in again and am absolutely sure that we will return again.

Family holiday

Everything about this villa is as stated Lovely position overlooking golf course Well stocked with all you could want for your holiday including beach towels and chairs and parasols The owner is easy to deal with and helpful with any queries Plenty of outside seating both in front and at back so always somewhere in the sun I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa Went with family a baby and young children and the villa has a cot and high chair Hope to revisit in the future

Fabulous Villa

This Villa had everything we needed plus more, spacious accommodation for 5 adults plus an infant. A High Chair and Cot was provided along with a chest of toys, buckets and spades etc which our granddaughter had hours of fun with. Excellent location close to the swimming pool which also has a baby / child section. 5-10 mins drive to the beautiful beach in Praia da luz and a short drive into Lagos. Stunning views from the balcony’s and terrace where we enjoyed a number of barbecue’s. We have visited the area most years and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. Booking was very easy with Fiona answering our queries quickly. Whilst we were on holiday Roberta who manages the apartment was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa.
