Luxury 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa with South Facing Pool and Spa and high end games room. Professionally designed, furnished and decorated throughout to an exceptionally high standard with everything you need for a magical vacation.

Accomodation consists of 6 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens and 4 single beds across 2 twin rooms).6 bathrooms, 3 rooms full private en-suite plus poolside bathroom accessible directly from the pool as well as from the sitting room.

Large open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen so everyone can socialise and eat together including 60 inch HD TV with Netflix subscription as well as bluetooth portable music speaker. Kitchen is fully fitted out with everything you need. Keurig and Nespresso coffee machines and Margaritaville frozen drinks maker to cool you down.

Upstairs Den which is ideal for teenage kids to hang out in including a 50 inch HDTV.

Ultra high end games room consisting of pool table, bar, dimmable colour selectable mood lighting and 3 39 inch HDTV's, Karaoke, Retro arcade and Driving Simulator

Large pool area with casual seating ,outdoor dining and plenty of room to lounge in cushioned comfort by the pool and spa.

Our villa is south facing so you will get the full benefit of the florida sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Additionally the rear of the villa looks into a large open area with no direct overlooking so you have a level of privacy not common in vacation villas.

Free High Speed Internet Access including WIFI and Telephone calls anywhere in the United States and UK.

Each bedroom contains a TV with Roku. All bedrooms also have USB sockets so charging your mobile devices is easy.

The Villa is also fitted with a monitored intrusion and smoke alarm system giving you added piece of mind for yourself and your belongings.

"The Oasis" a multi-million dollar clubhouse and water park just 5 minutes walk from the villa featuring Lazy River, Pool, Fitness Room, Volleyball Courts, Family Pool, Cabanas, Tiki Bar and indoor and outdoor Dining.

Lovely Home

We stayed for 2 months in January and February and had a great time - the house was very nice, everything you could need, very comfortable bed, beautiful pool and hot tub and south facing! Steve, the owner, was extremely quick to respond to any queries / issues Recommended.

Don’t hesitate, just book it

We recently stayed at Champions gate for a twice postponed 40th birthday / family trip and we had an amazing stay ! The house is huge, exactly as described and in a great location. The property manager is fast to respond and attentive but not intrusive and all the facilities / systems are top notch. The only complaint ? The time went too fast. We will be back for sure

Fantastic family villa

We were two families of five sharing the villa and it matched all the descriptions and more, such a fantastic place and ideal for all ages . Kept all the family entertained and adults relaxed 😎 If there was anything we wanted to check or needed fixed owner Steve would answer very quickly and sort it out no bother . We had a day at the Oasis club which was again great kids loved it and all the staff were very helpful . We rented a cabana for the day . Definitely recommend staying here and would loved to go back again ! Thank you

Luxurious Villa - Amazing Holiday

Well what can I say.......... Just stay here, you will not regret it! We stayed in this villa 4 adults and 5 children aged 4, 5, 9, 12 & 16. The location and amenities available both in the villa and on Championsgate itself helped to make our holiday that little but extra special. The villa is so luxurious and the extra touches of the Alexa system by the pool and all the technology around the villa in general impressed us all. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of glasses, plates and utensils available for use. All parks are within easy reach of the villa by car and the Clubhouse is within walking distance. The owner Steve couldn’t have been more helpful both before we went and during our stay when we had an issue with the pool pump which was rectified the very next day.

Perfect modern and fun villa!

My family stayed in luxurious championsgate villa over Christmas and New year. I was expecting good things due to the pictures and description of the villa, when I walked through the front door it did not disappoint. Very spacious and clean, more than enough kitchenware and pool toys. The tablet and Alexa feature connecting the house lights, tv's, heating was brilliant. The games room is the best I've seen in an orlando villa and the karaoke machine was great fun. The manual for all equipment was very useful. The complex is very good with different pools, a lazy river and slide. Champions gate is located just a short drive away from main Disney and shopping outlets. The security for the villa is very good with door code, alarm code and cctv cameras on the property. Finally the owners customer service was second to none. From the moment I expressed interest Steve and Zoe gave me all the information I needed and helped with any questions in quick time. While we were at the villa the internet went down however the owner/management company had an engineer out the next morning to fix the problem. This villa exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to family and friends. I would book this villa again if I go back to Orlando in the future. Michael & Family

Fantastic villa

Fantastic villa in a really good location for all disney attractions. Club house on site was particularly useful to wind down in between long days at Disney - great swimming pools with lazy river etc Great holiday in one of the best locations at Champions Gate. Beautiful and stunning the dream house

Beautiful property superbly decorated such a great find, my whole family enjoyed the Villa so much we will be back! Steve and Zoe were so helpful nothing was ever a problem . The children loved the well equipped games room and the pool . Music by the pool made the evenings so relaxing . Lots of space plenty of room to spread out. Wonderful 5 Star Villa

Wonderful stay at a 5 star villa, thoroughly recommend. The villa provides everything for a magical Orlando holiday in a great location. Centrally located for Disney and Universal parks, also close to shopping outlets and golf courses. The property was very well maintained, lovely pool area and games room that little (and big) kids thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic modern holiday home

Steve really pays attention to detail . The house exceeded all our expectations with everything so modern and clean . The games room was a big thumbs up from all our children and big kids a like ! Beds very comphy , lovely bedding etc..and plenty of towels which is always a bonus ! I can't speak highly enough of this house we would definitely go again .

Lovely holiday villa

Everything about this booking from start to finish was excellent. Even prior to arriving we had excellent communication from Steve and Zoe and when we arrived at the villa we were incredibly impressed with how clean, stylish and highly specified it was. The villa was immaculately turned out, spacious and in the lovely gated development of Champions Gate. Instructions for everything has been thought of by Steve and Zoe. Located excellently for Disney/Universal etc. The local Oasis club was also fantastic yet fairly quiet, so we could easily use all the facilities. My daughter of 6 had the most fantastic holiday which this Villa and its wonderful facilities certainly contributed towards. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone thinking of booking.

Excellent villa in a new & nice resort community

We have been in Orlando a couple times already. By far this was the BEST villa ever! All appliances are top class - I've never seen a rental villa with so much to offer and only with the best brands. You can see the owner decorated the house with only the best in mind. The beds are the most comfortable we slept in. The kids loved the rooms and the game room with different lights and tv. The swimming pool (south direction) was already under the sun early in the morning and offer good privacy. We also went to Oasis 1 day- the resort clubhouse - and enjoyed the lazy river and the pools. As it was off season and this place is recently open we were almost the only visitors using it and had the paradise for ourselves! :-) The location of the villa is great and offers easy access to supermarkets & restaurants in the area. The contact with the owner (Steve) was also flawless! He responded quickly. We had an small communication issue with the management company and I tried to solve it without bothering Steve. Once he heard about the issue he took matter in his own hand and made arrangements that were beyond our expectation. In another words: excellent customer service, excellent quality villa and great owner! I would definitely consider renting this villa again!

Beautiful home....Amazing holiday!!!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Although the photographs of this home look amazing, they do not do it justice. My family and I have been to Orlando on 12 occasions and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. Every room is decorated beautifully and to a very high standard and the games room is absolutely fantastic!! We could not keep the children out of the swimming pool which is a lot bigger than it appears in the photographs. This home on Champions gate is at a perfect location to use the beautiful club house, which is just a couple of minutes walk away. The owners Steve and Zoe were a pleasure to book with and could not do enough to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. We are already looking at booking our next holiday in this home and have recommended Steve and Zoe to our friends and family. If you are looking for a villa for your own family holiday then look no further, it doesn't get much better than this.

Feeling like home

The house is very well maintained and contains more luxury that you can imagine. The kitchen is fully equiped for people who love to cook, And if you do not like to cook, you can always hire chef. The owner provided excellent customer service. When we needed something to be arranged this was exectued the same day. The location of the house is within 30 min of all attraction parks, but staying arround the house is very comfortable with your own pool/spa or the Oasis club wihtin 5 min walk. I would definitely come back to this place and would recommend this to place to all friends and family.

Excellent Holiday Villa

This was our 4th visit to Orlando but first in this villa - which completely exceeded our expectations. Our party of 10, aged 3 - 75yrs were accommodated very comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious and finished to a high standard. The facilities were fantastic, we had everything that we needed, and more, and all in excellent condition - exactly as advertised! Our only disappointment was that we didn't spend more time in the villa! The management company and owner were friendly and helpful - we arrived out of office hours on a Sunday evening and the owner went out of his way to ensure our arrival was as smooth as possible - arranging for us to go straight to the villa and formally check in the following morning. Would definitely return to this villa - can't recommend it highly enough!

Lux at the Gate

We stay in the Davenport area almost every year. This was one of the better rentals. Why? Southern exposure, plenty of pool and bath towels, a spa/hot tub that actually got hotter than the pool, clean, secured gate and premises, close to Oasis Club, close to Publix and I4. In other words, it was terrific.

Third time is the charm

Another great week in what has to be the best equipped house any of us have stayed at. Everything from a pizza oven, BBQ to air fryer and a Nespresso and Keurig. We absolutely feel at home now here and we all loved it.

One of the Best!

We came to Orlando to go shopping and visit Universal Studios. I was a bit nervous because this is the first time we stayed in a house and not on a Theme Park resort or hotel. Steve is a great host and responds quickly. The house inside and out was clean and my kids stayed in the game room and pool. House has an alarm system which made me feel better and the neighborhood was quiet and gated and security in the area. Oasis Clubhouse was nice and is a short walk. You just have to show car pass and sign in. Will definitely stay here again or in the area whenever we come back.

Great stay

This was a great house! Steve was quick to answer any questions and help. The house was clean and everything was just as pictured. We loved the outside pool area - we've stayed in Champions Gate 4 times and this was our favorite outside space for sure! The added privacy screens and no houses behind were a plus. The game room had ac which was great too so we could enjoy that space even though it had been very hot outside. Everything inside was clean and comfortable and there were a lot of extras in the kitchen. Definitely recommend staying here!

Mother Daughter Getaway

My three daughters and I had the best time! Communication with Steve was great, the house was amazing, and the location was perfect for us! It truly felt like a home away from home…which was super nice being their first flight vacation and in a new state! We will definitely be booking with Steve again for future vacations and recommending this home to our friends/family when they travel in that area!

Fun in FL

Property clean and as shown in photos. Plenty of space for all in our party. Pool and patio very clean and were used, with heat people were in the pool every day. Kitchen very well stocked. Excellent location within development and in the area in general. Would stay again! Thank you.
