Modern, spacious, ground floor luxury apartment with private driveway, parking for 2+ cars.
Open plan living with underfloor central heating, electric fire in lounge area; master king size bedroom with en suite facilities, bedroom 2 (sleeps 3, either 3 x singles or 1 x king & 1 x single) separate bathroom & utility room.
Outside area with 2 patios & BBQ area; storage for surf boards, kayaks etc.
We are a 10 minute downhill walk from The very beautiful Polstreath beach & Mevagissey Harbour.
Please note: The Kitchen is fitted with an Induction Hob (which may not be suitable for people with a pace maker fitted).

Megavissey White House revirw

The White House is a great property to stay at in Megavissey. It is situated near an isolated and private small beach and a short trek (down and uphill) into Mevagissey. It has parking and great amenities.

What a wonderful apartment, all your requirements and more. Beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Loved the apartment and the Cornish cream tea courtesy of Lorraine and Simon. Will defo be back and will recommend to all our friends and family.

Birthday treat

What a lovely apartment! Beautiful decor with incredibly comfortable beds and modern kitchen. Lorraine popped in to welcome us and point out places of interest and where to eat. We had a wonderful short stay as a birthday treat for my son. Thank you! 😊

Great time at a first rate location

Deserved break

Had a great week at the White House everything was as described,plenty of seating inside and out and everything you needed if you so wished to cook. Cream tea waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch. Lovely walks to the harbour and back.

Walking Weekend

Hidden Gem - Quiet Location

Beautiful ground floor apartment. Tastefully decorated. Owners really helpful. Lovely welcome pack. Even a picnic basket and chairs etc. Comfortable bed. 5 Minute walk to coastal path. 5-10 Minute walk down to Mevagissey. Longer back due to steep hill. Pretty view across the hillside. Plenty of outside parking and seating areas, undercover and outside.

Lovely out of season break

Great property with ample parking so we could leave the car there and walk into Mevagissey for shopping, meals, walks etc. Lovely flat to come to at the end of the day.

Lovely stay

We visited the White House during new year's break. It was windy and wet outside, but it was warm inside and very comfortable. Lorraine was very friendly and the property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect without having have to drive narrow streets but yet within a walking distance from Mevagissey town. Highly recommended!

Easy to find,

We had good communication with Simon and Louise. The apartment is on a hill, we knew this when we booked it. It is easy to walk into the town. The apartment has All you need for a short or long stay, kitchen facilities are great and very clean. Plenty of space inside and out. Very warm. Plenty of hot water for our party of 4. The photos don’t do the apartment justice, it is of a good size, the sofa and chairs are comfortable, to comfortable we spent a lot of time on them. For our party staying we found the mattresses hard and the pillows very flat, if we were staying longer we would have asked for a mattress topper, and better quality pillows, just a thought for the owners to provide this, if requested, for personal comfort. I would recommend this apartment. We had a lovely stay.

Mega perfect

Smart, modern apartment - comfortably furnished and well maintained. The perfect spot for coastal path walking or visiting the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. Snug underfloor heating makes it an ideal holiday property at any time of year.

Beyond our expectations.

The Whitehouse is a lovely ground floor apartment with beautiful countryside views and pretty garden with good outside space and seating. The decor was to a very high standard and cleanliness quite the best we have encountered. Hosts Lorraine and Simon were very hospitable and helpful. We could not ask for more. We had a wonderful stay and can recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful break. We will definitely visit again when we return to Cornwall.
