The apartment was clean and very well situated, 15-20 mins walk from PB Marina via the underpass at the Casino. Bus sevice is fantastic.

Lovely trip!

Had such a wonderful time at this property despite the rules regarding the pool area in Marbella, Justine and Angela were great. Had fantastic communication, property was spacious and clean. Check in process was nice and easy even though our flight arrived late in the evening! Check out was even easier. The location was perfect for my trip and I would happily stay again. Thank you!

Nice little pad, good location

Justine’s apartment is situated close to the restaurants, clubs and glitz of Puerto Banus but within easy walking / taxi / drive of beaches, San Pedro, Marbella and Guadalmina. A good sized living space and master bedroom, plus a neat kitchen and cosy second bedroom make this fine for our family of four. Pool area is lovely and balcony catches the evening sunshine. Angela, the property manager, was helpful, accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommended.

A months stay

A brilliant location close to everything that you need . Property manager Angela and owners Simon and Justine where such a pleasure to communicate with . Very clean place and clean bathroom and gorgeous swimming pool . Only one thing I would change where the beds just quite uncomfortable and noisy/rocky . Over all a lovely stay and would definitely return to this lovely apartment

perfect location

Had very good stay, property include secured parking spot which came really handy. Location is perfect as the property is a walkable distance to the beaches/harbour/shops etc. Property manager very organised and property was very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. With two children, 2 and 3. The block was quiet, and swimming pool and garden area immaculate. Short walk to the beaches and surrounding cafes, restaurants. Slightly longer walk into Banus, but still easily done with pram and child walking. Just a cheap taxi ride to Marbella centre. Then nice to come home to more peaceful area, just slightly out of the way of it all. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We felt like a home away from home. We all really loved our stay and would definitely return. Angela the host was so helpful, thoughtful and really friendly which was lovely to be re-assured with.

Super Apartment in Brilliant location

Stayed here for 1 week, location fantastic for Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pretty gardens with 2 pools, very relaxing, I was the only person by the pools so had them all to myself. Lovely big balcony, perfect to relax with a glass of wine. Owner really helpful, would definitely recommend

A lovely little apartment

From my initial contact with the owner Justine Abbott and frequent emails with Angela Gaiger who looked after the property during our stay, all questions were answered quickly which we appreciated. Angela even put us in touch with someone who transported us to and from the airport. The property was small but well presented. When we arrived the cleaners were there but we were able to leave our things inside until they had finished. When we went back in, the apartment was spotless but we noticed a few things that needed fixing. I got in touch with Angela straight away and a handy man arrived the next day, which was great. I was impressed that there was plenty of crockery and cutlery and even some tea, coffee sauces etc left to use. There is plenty of room for clothes and extra bedding is provided. The pool area is lovely and was very quiet even in August. Sunbeds are provided by the owners and locked so there is no rush to get up and put your towels out. On our last day we were able to stay a little longer due to the arrival time of the next guests, Angela helped us arrange this. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Clean & modern apartment in perfect location

Second time staying at this apartment and was just as impressed as i was when i stayed the first time. The apartment is clean and modern and in a perfect location being only a 15 minute walk to the port and only 2 minutes down the road from Sisu Boutique hotel. Taxis are easy to get hold of and are at the apartment within 5 mins which is handy when you are in 5 inch heels!! Would definitely stay again.

Nice modern apartment

Upon arrival we was meted by john who was very helpful at showing us round and discussing things about the apartment, first impressions are that the apartment was nice and modern with a lovely balcony which received sun most of the day, only negative things are that the sun loungers could do with updating as they looked a bit old and run down and if renting a car and parking underneath the building just be careful were you park as we accidentally parked in someone else's spot

Fantastic location and spacious apartment

My husband, myself and our 2 teenage children have just returned from this apartment and I would be happy to recommend this. The location is a short walk to Mistral beach and 10 minutes walk to the port and all the bars and restaurants. We had the ( spacious ) pool to ourselves and the neighbours were all very friendly whether residents or fellow holiday makers. Very safe as the block is in a gated garden only accessed by a key, the communal door required a second key and a 3rd opened the apartment which although on the second floor did have a lift.

Amazing apartment, amazing owner!

Myself and 4 friends stayed here for 4 nights and had the best holiday ever!!! Apartment is beautifully decorated, modern and clean- we were all extremely impressed with what we received for such a modest price! Location is perfect for pool parties at Sisu Botique Hotel- a 30 second walk away. A little further away from the port than we hoped, but for 5 euro a taxi you can't really complain. Will definitely be coming back :) Thanks Justine and Ange!!!

The Perfect Location.

We had such a relaxing holiday staying here as it gave us everything we needed. The location as mentioned was perfect. A 5/10 minute walk from the beach, the casino and the port itself. This allowed us to go wherever we wanted to go to out in the evening and Puerto Banus has an endless amount of bars and restaurants. The space in the apartment was perfect for four adults. We had storage for all our clothes and were able to keep the apartment tidy. The facilities at the apartment are great, we often sat on the balcony for breakfast and lunch and the pool area was beautiful. It was so quiet early in the day it literally felt like we had the place to ourselves. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect holiday!

Exceeded our expectations in everyway! This apartment is in a perfect location and fully equipped for a relaxing stay, from reserved sunbeds, wifi and a free late check out to suit our flight times. We personally had a fantastic time and couldn't of wished for a nicer place to stay. Thanks to Angela, Chris and Justine for bein so welcoming and accommodating. Great apartment in a great location!

Just got back from a fantastic 2 weeks in this apartment! It was clean, fully equipped (including wi-fi and its own personal sunbeds by the pool) and only a 15/20 minute walk from puerto banus. There is a spar across the road at a petrol station which was handy for getting fresh bread etc. if you didnt want to walk to the supermarket. Overall a fantastic apartment and holiday, thanks Justine!

Great place!

Fantastic

The apartment was beautifully furnished and presented. It was spotlessly clean and had everything in it to make your stay feel luxurious. It is in a great location and you can walk to Puerto Banus very easily. We were met by the handling agent Angela on arrival to let us in and give us the keys. She was so friendly and helpful and on hand throughout the week is we needed anything. A great apartment with great service - can't recommend highly enough! x
