About this property

Our flat, Casa Feliz, is located in Aldea Blanca, a quiet and elegant, yet very cozy urbanization within short walking distance from the shops and restaurants of Puerto Banús and 7 km from Marbella. The port, beach and sea-front promenade are approximately 15 minutes’ walk away; the nearest commercial centre, Centro Plaza, only 5 minutes. Pick-up service at Malaga airport is available upon request. All this means that a car is not really needed. However, if you want to explore the wonderful surroundings and/or make use of the many nearby golf courses, we recommend you to rent a car; there is plenty of safe parking space, reserved for the residents, within the gated community.
The urbanization consists of low, (4-5 floors) white terraced houses with lots of green space and beautiful gardens between them. It has four different swimming pools which can all be used by the residents. The nearest pool is just a few steps from our front door and has a jacuzzi beside.
The flat, which is on the middle floor, is very bright and spacious and consists of two bedrooms with connecting bathrooms, one living room, a dining room and a separate kitchen. There are three south- and west- oriented balconies offering sun from mid-day until sunset and nice views of the pool and the surroundings. The rooms and the two largest balconies are comfortably furnished in a fresh-looking Scandinavian style with a pinch of Andalusian flavor. A smart TV with almost 200 channels and free internet access are available. At the pool are two sun loungers belonging to the apartment available.

Great location

Property overall was great! We’ll equipped with everything we needed. Comfy beds with good sized rooms. Plenty of storage for clothes. Bathrooms were great with double basins, some attention needed to cleaning of showers as a lot of limescale has built up but otherwise they were clean and spacious.

I know the area well as I owned a property here for many years .The location is excellent with everything in walking distance .Despite being so central the apartment is in a very quiet , residential area . It was very clean and well maintained . I would recommend and will stay again .

But far enough. It was perfect for our daily recovery during 4 day Irish wedding. Peaceful, quiet, spaceous, clean, multiple terraced and well equipped apartment. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic apartment, facilities and location

Casa Feliz is very clean with plenty of space, great balconies for sun at all times of the day and is really well equipped. Aldea Blanca is beautifully maintained and the pools are generally quiet.

Lovely apartment

The pictures don’t do the apartment justice as we expected it to be lovely but it’s so much bigger in real life- loads of space for the 4 of us and the efficient (and silent) AC system throughout was a joy as the weather was glorious! The complex is great- really quiet, beautiful well kept tropical gardens and the pool was perfect- 7 year old spent most days in there all day (often had the whole pool to ourselves)- gently shelving pool with ample shallow area for kids and not having to fight for loungers and shade was brilliant! We were worried about going it alone and not being in a hotel or with a travel company but it was perfect- no queuing, no-one trying to drag you up to play volleyball, no hidden extras (full Uk tv and free Wi-Fi), no loud nighttime entertainment! Yet you are only 5 mins away from hustle and bustle (recommend the Saturday morning market or going to look at how the other half live in Puerto Banus!) We hired a car and had a fab day in Gibraltar and loved Marbella Old Town. Thank you Staffan and family- we’ll be back! X

The best so far

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Easy to find location, hassle free check in and check out. Specious apartment, fully air conditioned. The pool is only few steps away. The terrace is well shaded and with a very comfortable furniture. Excellent location with a walking distance to a few restaurants and a basic supermarket.

Excellent stay at Casa Feliz

We know Puerto Banús very well and this is by far the best apartment we’ve had the pleasure of staying in around this location. Our stay in Casa Feliz has been very relaxing and comfortable. The apartment is beautifully equipped. Lovely terrace to chill out with great views. Aldea Blanca is also a beautiful complex with a great choice of pools and close to amenities. All this made our stay throughly enjoyable and will hope to be back in the near future. Staffan has always been very attentive. His team who will act on his behalf (Sylvia and Valerie) were always at hand to help in the event of any questions or requests. All in all an amazing time in this lovely place. Absolutely cannot find any fault with this Apartment. Stunning location, so well equipped, furnished beautifully and so spacious and cool. Absolutely loved our time here. Info books in that apartment very informative and if I was to be very picky, just like to ask for some more pillows for the main bedroom but that really is it! Cannot wait to know we can return here.

Staffan's apartment was amazing, wonderfully clean and in a perfect location - only a 2 minute walk to a supermarket and a couple of restaurants. All communication was perfect and the entire process was zero stress.

What an amazing holiday we had at Casa Feliz. The apartment itself is huge ( the pictures don't do it justice) & it is very comfortable & well equipped. Aldea Blanca itself is peaceful, secure,very lush & pretty and incredibly well maintained. The apartment is in a fantastic location with a supermarket & a couple of bars 2 minutes away, and puerto banus harbour is a 10/12 minute walk.We spent many evenings at the harbour 'people watching' while our boys dreamed of owning one of the Lamborghini's or ferarri's that drove by! A truly relaxing break. I cannot think of one negative. We do not normally return to the same place twice but we will definitely be returning here. Thankyou Staffan & family.

Brilliant Apartment

We would highly recommend this apartment We have been using Homeaway to book apartments for 3 years and this one is by far the best one we have stayed in. The apartment is spaciousness and had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy, and a nice touch of a bottle of water and wine in the fridge on arrival. All appliances worked well. Wifi was great which pleased the two teenagers in our party. The swimming pool was superb my daughter and her friend spent most of their time (we only used the one outside the apartment) no need to use the bigger one, a lot of the time we had it to ourselves. A taxi was arranged by Staffan for our transfer to and from the airport which was brilliant we even used them for a trip to the large shopping centre in Marbella which is well worth a visit . We are considering a return visit.

Perfect location & high quality apartment

We had an excellent week at Casa Feliz, it is extremely well furnished & had everything we needed. It is perfectly located for walking to the centre of Puerto Banus (1 mile downhill) and there are several restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets close by. The terraces are beautiful and provide good outdoor spaces, the shared pool & gardens are well kept too.

Beautiful apartment which over exceeded our expectations! Great location for Puerto Banus

Staffan and his family have a lovely apartment which is within a well secured gated community. Apartment is extremely spacious and the AC works well. Area has everything you need i.e supermarket, restaurants, taps within walking distance. Pool area's are well maintained and clean. We will definitely be back. Will/Lowri, N Wales

Aldea Blanca 28-6, Puerto banus

Very disappointed when we arrived as the property hadn't been cleaned properly, and to make it worse the oven wasn't working and the owner knew about it even before we arrived and never bothered to tell us. I spent time on the first day cleaning and having to spend time texting the owner to see when the oven was being fixed, was told two weeks then they turned up and fixed it. This bacame very stressful. We were without the oven for 5 days, albeit we were compensated by the owner but that took another 6 days to receive this.

Loved it!!!

We had a lovely stay in August. The apartment was clean and everything you needed was in the apartment. The 3 balconies had lovely furniture and a fantastic BBQ . Also had lovely comfy beds and a TV that had plenty of channels, great for the kids. Easy walking distance to some lovely restaurants, if you wanted to walk into Puerto Banus this took about 20 minutes. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely go back. Very large and well maintained, with excellent balconies to the front and side of the property.

The Menzies Family Home from home

This is the most amazing apartment we have ever stayed in,it is large spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated with three good sized balconies so you can catch the sun at any time of the day it has two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen.We have been coming back off and on to the costa del sol for eighteen years and have never gone back to the same place twice until we found this place we have just enjoyed our second holiday at the apartment in twelve months and have already asked Staffan about availability for next year thats how much i rate this place and all my family agree.the grounds are kept immaculate by a very hard working team of gardeners and the nearest pool is just below the apartment,on some days we had this pool all to ourselves now thats what i call luxury .Their is a good quality restaurant and tapas bar along with the all important supermarket less the a 100 meters from the apartment so thats why we call this place our home from home ,thanks so much for sharing it with us Staffan.

We are a Swedish couple (Staffan, 72, retired It-consultant, and Carina, 62, art curator) with two grown up twins. We made our first acquaintance with Andalusia many years ago, shortly after we had met, and immediately fell in love, both with each other and with southern Spain. In 2014 we returned to create a second home here.

Why they chose this property

We appreciate Andalusia for its rich cultural heritage, its beautiful sceneries, its wonderful climate and abundance of activities. No matter what your interests are, there is always a lot to do here: excursions to fascinating towns and places, golf, hiking and all kinds of watersports. Puerto Banús is the ideal starting point for all these activities, as well as for shopping, fine dining, beach- and nightlife if you want. The urbanization we have chosen, Aldea Blanca, has charm and style; it is elegant, yet very cosy. It´s like an oasis, far from mass tourism. The flat itself is comfortable and has all you need for a relaxing holiday. We don´t talk about luxury, but let the images speak for themselves. As long as you appreciate the combination of peaceful surroundings and nearby services and you share our taste for interior design, we are sure you will love it here. For our own part, we have already got extremely attached to Casa Feliz: this is not just any rental flat, it is part of our Life dream, which we enjoy sharing with others.
