Wedding Retreat Villa

Villa is fabulous so large, clean and beautiful Miguel host is so helpful and quick to resolve any issues Pool area is large and gets sun all day Seating areas are amazing to chill out in the evening Large ping pong table great fun Extra shower in bathroom upstairs would be better than bath Highly recommend this villa for large groups Taxis were a problem to book - but then we did not a festival and holiday occurred during our sons wedding date Monday 27th June 22 Portal Portals and surrounding areas are fantastic 8 of us had a magical holiday

Fabulous family holiday

This was an excellent property from all perspectives. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of safe outdoor space for the little ones to play. The table tennis was an added benefit. The property is near supermarkets (5 min drive) and the beach (12 minutes drive). Miguel was quick and patient in answering our queries. The villa was cleaned and all bedding changed after a week which was super. Hope to come again- it met all our expectations.

Luxury villa near Palma

The villa is spacious, stunning and immaculate. An ideal base to explore the island or just to chill with the family. Miguel is so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this villa for a lovely holiday!

Birthday celebration for Mum

Miguel hosted myself and my family as we celebrated my Mum’s 60th birthday. Everything was communicated brilliantly for the check-in procedure to Miguel purchasing some essential items as we were arriving so late on a Sunday. We were completely blown away by the style, design and cleanliness of the villa. Despite only staying for a week, it quickly felt like a home from home. Our group consisted on three children and five adults, all of whom were easily entertained by the facilities; especially the pool and bbq. A fantasy golf course was with in walking distance and easy to book a round. The bus service was regularly available into the town and very cheap (no cost for the children). Booking taxis was difficult due to the language barrier, however Miguel offered his assistance in booking them when we required. I could not complement our host enough for how welcoming he was. We left Palma totally refreshed and extremely happy. Would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Great experience

Great experience, Miguel (property owner) is fantastic, very attentive and responsive to any requests. The house was clean and as per the description and photos. I would highly recommend this property for large families or groups of friends. Although in a residential area, it has easy access to Palma (10-12 mins), Portals (10 mins), Cala Major (8 mins), Andratx (20 mins). There are 3 golf courses on your door step, Padel Tennis courts around the corner. Son Rapinya is 3 min drive away, where you can find some local shops and restaurants (10-15 min walk). We stayed here with 10 other people to celebrate my sons wedding. We all loved the house, the weather was fantastic for February so we made good use of the outside facilities including the Bbq. Everything was spotless and Well equipped would definitely go back

Felt like Celebrities

We are a group of 9 ladies and we checked in to Arabella on Thursday and stayed until Monday. We were all blown away by the standard and layout of the property. The photos on the Home Away website did not do the property justice - it is absolutely fantastic and immaculately clean. The format of the property lends itself very well to entertaining - lots of beautiful open spaces, furnished in a very contemporary manner, with air conditioning throughout. The facilities for catering are outstanding - lots of clean, white crockery and a fabulous array of cooking equipment - an air conditioned kitchen, with open access to a huge seated terrace and dining area made cooking a delight. Although we didn’t have any with us, the property was equipped well for young children - a range of toys and games were available and good quality, robust stair gates were in situ throughout. If bringing young children to the villa, I’d recommend bringing your own flotation aids, for added safety around the beautiful pool. The property is situated on a handy bus route, for access to the City and is close to shops and a couple of little bars - the Restaurant Pretoria nearby is a beautiful, small typically Spanish eating place - I recommend it highly. Miguel was a phenomenal host - we arrived very late and he was there to meet and greet us and had done some shopping for us, to ensure a restful and enjoyable first evening for out group. All in all, a wonderful accommodation choice.

Super Villa

We all had an excellent relaxing stay in Mallorca. Would definitely recommend this villa and come back again. Miguel was an excellent delightful host. Very helpful, even took us to the supermarket to purchase food on our first day. All the rooms were clean and spacious. Grounds private. My grandchildren, ages ranged from 2yrs to 18 years enjoyed the pool and game facilitates. We all loved the place.

Perfect villa for large groups of family/friends

We enjoyed the large pool, with plenty sun loungers, the shady spots in and around the villa, the well-equipped kitchen , spacious rooms and the playroom which was ideal for children to have a quiet time out of the sun. The large fridges/freezers and laundry room were ideal for our big party. Miguel was a splendid host -never intrusive but ready to help if required. The villa was immaculate and there we enjoyed the alfresco eating and lounging facilities in the garden. The No 7 bus to Parma is close by and runs quite late . The villa is in a quiet area and sheltered from surrounding properties, with golf courses close by. Highly recommended .

Fantastic Villa

A fantastic villa with excellent facilities. Group of 8 who were in Palma for 40th celebrations. Miguel couldn’t have been more helpful. Villa has a great outdoor facilities and the decor and cleanliness of the rooms is first class. Villa is in a quiet location and very accessible to Palma and the surrounding areas. A Fantastic Villa. Enjoyed our stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this house and would highly recommend to others. It was more than big enough for our group of 10. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped. The wifi speed was so fast! And there was air conditioning everywhere in the villa. We were surprised to find such a good playroom for kids, and the ping Pong table was great. There were towels for the beach and the pool, and two big tvs with international channels! Another great thing was that there was a local bus every ten minutes to the city centre. Excellent for families. Miguel was a perfect host- friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The whole place had a good feeling!

Beautiful villa

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa, the perfect setting to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Miguel was so kind and considerate and great host. Even helped drive us to store to stock up for the week. The villa was well equipped and catered for all our needs. Thank you very much, we are hoping we can come back soon!

Excellent villa and location

We are a group of friends and family who rent a villa several times a year to get together, mostly in Spain, but occasionally in Italy..... therefore we have seen our share of different qualities of rentals. This villa has been one of the best we have experienced! The location was perfect, being near enough to everything, including the beaches and Palma city (and ofcourse the Golf course!). But at the same time, far enough away from noisy traffic where we found ourselves quite tranquil. There was even a bus stop very close by with a service every 10mins to the city centre....which is only 5 or 10 mins away. There are a few other things which made this villa stand out from others we have visited, and those were the spacious rooms and also the ample terraces outdoors plus the attention and kindness of the owner, who was always helpful and attentive with any questions we had about local information, or any other needs we had. This villa had so many great things, including a gymnasium, ping-pong table, great swimming pool area, barbeque, air conditioning throughout the whole house, It is a modern villa, decorated in a modern style with good taste. Comfortable beds, and our friends and daughters and family all felt very much at home ....... so much so, that everyone is saying “when can we come back here again?” !!! So, in general, its a perfect villa all year round for everyone! If you just want to stay home and cook and enjoy your wine there are so many terraces to choose from! We can most certainly recommend it! .....

Fantastic villa close to Palma

The property has a modern finish and is very spacious. We have 2 young boys and visited with another family who had 3 kids and the villa suited us very well. Miguel is a great host, providing a useful welcome pack on arrival with basic essentials, and was always on hand to offer advice over where to go, even driving us to a local restaurant on our first day. Would recommend to others looking to stay close to Palma.

Nice villa but not as good as reviews

We chose this villa because of reviews, photos and description. Whilst ok, it did not meet expectations. We arrived around 5.30pm and owner (Miguel) could not meet us and sent someone else. That person was clearly in a rush and did not explain how certain things worked. Also, no toilet paper nor any form of welcome basket, e.g. milk. Its the first time we have used HomeAway so may be this is normal? The golf course view is also misleading as only from one bedroom looking far right. The villa was also very close to other villas - when we arrived we actually thought it was attached to another one. The other main downside is the lack of shade. The positive is that the pool area gets a lot of sun but, unless, you put your sun lounger right up against a conifer hedge, there is nowhere to get shade (unless you go in the very enclosed patio at the back with artificial grass). There was one parasol that was broken and, even though we told the owner, it was not replaced. Such a shame to have sun and not being able to lie in it! We stayed for 10 nights and were a bit surprised there was no clean after a week (eg clean bed linen) but, again, may be this normal for Home Away? Other than the broken parasol, Miguel did help when we couldn't figure out how the TV worked and also helped us book a taxi.

Amazing Villa!

Our family celebrated a special birthday and had such an enjoyable time! Miguel is very hands on and even offered to take us to the supermarket. This villa is equipped with everything you need and more! There is so much entertaining space and the two refrigerators is a bonus! The pool is bigger than the picture and is looked after very well. A fantastic villa and a wonderful holiday

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. It’s even better than it looks in the photos. It was the perfect base to relax and our party of 12 had a fantastic holiday. Miguel was a very good host and was always available to answer queries. The facilities at the villa were excellent and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and socialising! We made good use of the gym and the children loved the play room. The pool area was lovely. I cannot recommend the villa enough. A wonderful holiday was had by all. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic holiday!!

This stunning villa went way beyond our expectations! Every room is lovely and the whole family had a fantastic time. We ranged in age from 9 to 81!! Miguel was so kind and helpful at all times - taking my brother to the supermarket on the first day was very kind. The villa has everything you need and all so very stylish. This was such a relaxing holiday in a truly beautiful villa and we really hope to return next year !!!

Amazing villa

My friends and I stayed in this villa to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the time of booking to arriving there, Miguel(the owner), was fantastic. He kept in contact, met us at the villa and kindly showed us around and explained how everything worked. Because our flight was late, he even took us to the local supermarket for essentials. It is situated near to a bus stop that runs regularly, but there are bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The taxi service is also prompt if booked. The villa itself is immaculate and spacious with plenty of outdoor facilities. I would highly recommend staying here and Thankyou to Miguel who was at hand if we needed anything. A very memorable birthday trip

The villa and pool were perfect and Miguel was a super host

The villa is spacious, bright and airy and immaculately clean on arrival. The pool is a great size and was a lovely temperature. We were a family of 11 including grandparents, teenagers and small children. The layout work well for a mixed group. There are quite a few steps up to the villa from the road and from the pool but the ground floor double bedroom and shower room were perfect top avoid grandparents having to tackle the stairs up to top floor or down to basement. The aircon was very effective throughout the whole villa and there was plenty of space for everyone to eat together indoors or outdoors. The bus stop into Palma was very close so the teenagers could explore and spend the evening there. The city was beautiful and definitely worth spending time there in evening for lovely meals and beautiful character of the city. Miguel was very responsive with any questions and never turned up unannounced. We left something behind when we came home and he was so helpful in the search for it and returning it to us; above and beyond
