12 Church Lane is a recently constructed 2 bedroom semi detached cottage in a position in Ely which is difficult to beat; the cathedral, Bishops Palace, Cromwells House and St Marys parish church are all yards away as are excellent restaurants and pubs.The cottage is fully equipped with quality appliances and is comfortably furnished.An air source heat pump provides underfloor heating which can be adjusted by thermostats in each room. There is allocated off road parking for a large car and a private patio garden. There is a spacious entrance hall with w.c. leading onto an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with patio doors to the rear. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms; the rear room has a double bed and overlooks the parish church; the front room has a double sofabed and overlooks Ely Cathedral. This can be used as a sitting room or bedroom depending the numbers of those staying. Also upstairs is a family bathroom with shower and w.c. The property has been newly equipped with quality items and provides a very comfortable base from which to explore Ely and surrounding area. We have provided a selection of books, DVDs and board games. The owners live locally and can help with any queries their guests may have.

Great location and lovely property

Beautifully presented cottage in a fabulous, central location. Walking distance from the station and only 3 mins walk from the cathedral and the city centre.The property had everything we needed for us to have a relaxing break and the host was very welcoming.We will certainly be returning.

Such a perfect cottage

The cottage was absolutely perfect! The hosts made it even more perfect by leaving a very thoughtful card and gift for our daughter. The property was in the most wonderful location, with everything we needed just a short stroll away! We will be back!

Situation could ne be bettered

A very comfortable, eco house a stone's throw from Ely centre. Everything you could possible need provided and even things you don't NEED like chocolates! Have a guided tour of the cathedral and go to Oliver Cromwell's house - an excellent exhibition. Thank you for a great holiday.

Lovely little cottage - fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, milk and biscuits provided on arrival - very welcoming. Great to be able to park just behind. Both beds very comfy. Really close to everything. Thanks - we really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable attractive modern house in the ancient centre of Ely

We loved our stay here, it’s so well situated in a quiet street just a three minute walk to Ely Cathedral and 10 minutes to the river. And there’s car parking and a sunny courtyard. The house is very well equipped and presented. The church bells of the nearby cathedral and parish church means you’ll probably not get a long lie-in, but we were charmed.

No.12 is immaculate. Very clean and modern designs throughout. Fabulous location which includes parking. Appreciated that my dog was welcomed with a bowl, towel and treats. Would certainly return.

Wonderful cottage and location for Ely visit

The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. Off street parking is always a bonus with great pubs, tea shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The property was easy to locate,very well appointed and the communication and help from the manager,Andy was first rate. Ely itself was lovely and easy to explore from the property. We went to Wickem Fen,which is a short journey away and very worthwhile to visit.

Excellent cottage, great location in Ely

It would be hard to beat the location of this cottage. Less than a hundred yards up Church Lane and you're at the cathedral and Cromwell's house. A bit more and you're on the high street. Easy walk down to the river. The cottage is modern and comfortable; everything works. Andy was very responsive to questions. Highly recommended. We would love to return.

Fabulous little cottage

What a wonderful cottage. It had everything you needed and particularly enjoyed the little extras (which I usually forget to take), tea, coffee, milk, soaps, shampoo etc. Very clean and comfy with superb location next to cathedral and access to center of Ely. Great that there was off road parking for our car too. Thankyou for a super stay

Wonderful little house, great location.

We really enjoyed this warm little house which was excellently presented and had everything we needed. The central location is quiet and ideal for shops, the cathedral and getting to see Ely on foot. Couldn't be better!

We are returners to this lovely little house, which is perfectly situated in the centre of Ely with cathedral views from the front. As previously our stay was excellent - the house is clean and comfortable, and has everything needed for a hassle-free stay. Nice Christmas decorations and little gifts too!

Perfect cottage

Brilliant location with allocated parking. Quiet, comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a sort stay visiting family for Christmas. There were lovely touches such as Christmas tree, fairy lights, mince pies and fabulous chocolates. Will definitely stay again!
