Beautiful bungalow

It was an amazing experience, we loved everything about our holiday.The bungalow had everything we needed, near to all local amenities and a great swimmimg pool area

Pool needed more attention

Apartments were great just a 2 min walk to the shops bars and restaurants , the only 1 thing I complained about was the pool there was a couple of days where it either had not been cleaned or was cleaned and with people stil using it at 8 at night was not getting a chance to set , this was adults in it and long hair when not tied up was been left in pool

Puerto Rico holiday

Lovely clean appartment with everything supplied and a welcome bottle of wine and water. Had one problem ,emailed owner and she called round next day also bought some books for me. Would recommend this appartment.

Hot and happy

Everything was fine. There were no problems with the property. Necessary but appreciated precautions were taken when swimming due to the coronavirus. All in all a good holiday.

Ideal apartment

Communication was excellent from the moment we booked. The apartment was beautifully presented everything that the ad said and more. Ideally located for beach, shopping and eating would definitely more again without hesitation.

Highly recommended

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday staying at the Arizona apartment. We had an amazing time, Alla was excellent, great communication prior to the holiday and she kindly met us on arrival to show us around. The apartment was spotless. It was in a perfect location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, the beach. The pool was a big hit with our 2 children, it was clean and perfect depth for both of them to stand up in (aged 9 and 7) We will definitely be returning.

Lovely accommodation

We had a great week staying here. The property was lovely. Location wise it’s very convenient for the central commercial area where there are restaurants and shops. But that makes it rather noisy especially at night. The town is alive until 4am. Puerto Rico was busier than we thought it would be ..ok if you like that sort of thing. Beaches ok but expect to pay a lot for loungers and parasols (nearly £20 for a family of 3). Go up into the mountains (if you can stomach the hairpin bends) ..that’s the best bit of the island.

the actual house was very clean and tidy and possessed all the things you would have at your own home(except internet connection/wifi which made the kids talk to us and it was good to be not competing against the dreaded interenet) the owner Alla was very helpful and told us of the best places to go and visit and shopping etc. the complex the house is in was called "Arizona" it is a secure complex as there are 8 entrance gates around the site and you must have a key to enter the site there is also a decent size swimming pool but no life guard its not to deep as our youngest had no problem with the depth of it(1.25mtr at deepest part)there is also a safety fence with one access gate to the pool so safe enough if your toddler goes exploring they cant get near the water,there are plenty of sun loungers around the pool and table and chairs. this house actually looks over the swimming pool so you can sit on the back patio and watch your kids in the pool if you don't fancy going to the pool yourself. the house was in easy walking distant to shops pubs restraunts and the marina and beach.the local taxis were very cheap and very friendly,there were some great day excursions to be done which we did.also did a day visit to las palmas we went in a taxi there which was 73euro which is not too bad as nearly an hour drive but the taxi driver was brilliant and told where the best places to eat and visit and showed us the main bus station so we came back on the bus/coach from las palmas to Puerto rico which had 4 stops on the way but was only 32euro for 4 of us so quite happy with that,the bus trip was about an hour an half. I would highly recommend this actual house and i think you wouldn't be disappointed.

we absolutely loved Natalia's property, she was there to meet us and show us around, even though it was 10pm when we arrived after a 2 hour delay, she called to see us half way through the holiday to see if all was ok even though I had her phone number if anything was wrong, the property was very clean throughout, and is in a great location as the beach is only 10 mins walk away the shops and bars 5 mins and theres a new shopping mall being built at the far end of the commercial centre, the pool is literally out of your door and down a few stairs and was never busy, it's a shame the property is booked for the first 3 days of our holiday next year as we were going to book it again, thanks Natalia 5 stars from us

Great little holiday for the family

Excellent from start to finish the property owner was brilliant at getting in touch an providing us with all the relevant information the property was super clean throughout and in a great location. Me the wife and 3 children loved our holiday at the arizona bungalows from start to finish 5 starts all round. Thanks for having us.

Lovely bungalow and excellent value for money.

The bungalow is very clean and Alla was there to meet us and showed us around. The pool is lovely and warm and there are plenty of sunloungers so it was never a struggle to 4 of them even though we went in August. The main shopping/eating centre is a few minutes walk, there is some noise from the music at night but closing the window stops it all, no issues with the ceiling fan on. We would stay again if we got to Gran Canaria again.

Had a lovely relaxing holiday, the apartment was comfortable and spotless.

Spent two weeks here as a family of four and enjoyed every moment. Pool area was lovely and on many occasions was very quiet and peaceful to have a relaxing swim. It is very secure complex, access in and out of property using a key. The property had everything we neended and was lovely to have the patio to relax in evening. Short walk to the lovely beach which had many shops along the way. There is also the lovely beach around the corner approx 30 mins walk which boasts clear blue sea and lovely restaurants to eat. The centre is very busy in the evenings with lots of restaurants and bars but have a look around as prices vary for drinks and food. Local buses from the bus station 5 mins walk away take you to Morgan and aqualand and many other places at reasonable rates so we didn't miss having a car. The owner Alla is very pleasant and was always available if needed. Overall I wouldn't hesitate recommending property for a lovely holiday.

Fantastic!

Stayed for 10 Nights with my fiancè and parents. Bungalow is spotless , modern and perfect for 4 adults. Perfect location fot the commercial centre. The complex is very safe and secure with a lovely pool. The owner Alla is a pleasure to deal with , we will be back .

Nice place

Close to the 'Entertainment Centre' with all the restaurants bars & nightlife you could possibly want for a week away. The beach / harbour is a pleasant stroll. The property is very clean & we would certainly return.

Would recommend this property very highly. Located just a few minutes from the main area for shops restaurants and bars. Also only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Taxi rank is a 3 minute walk. Bus services are a 4 minute walk. Property is within a private complex and is very well maintained.

Very nice and comfortable house that suited perfec

Excellent. Very nice and comfortable house that suited perfectly our holiday. Bungalow is near the pool; we could even see the children playing from the terrace at a very short distance. Excellent location on walking distance from the beach and shops/restaurants (even with 5 years old children). Very friendly owners.

very nice place!!!

This bungalow is very confortable for family. so close to beach, less than 5 minutes by food. we found all that we need near this complex. owners were very friendly. we will repeat next year in the same place.

Walking distance to shopping, bus/taxi and beach, and there are dom steps to go which is common in Puerto Rico. You can hear the music from the nearby commercial center at night. Very clean apartment and as described.
