Ocean front property newly proposed for rental from July 2017 on.
Very spacious and comfortable apartment on first floor of a residence in a unique setting facing the ocean with a large landscaped and tropical garden. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place surrounded by nature on the top of the hill and just 5 minutes away from Porto de Mos unspoiled sandy beach.
The apartment of high standard of construction has all modern facilities and equipment needed with air conditioning throughout and a south facing terrace overlooking garden and sea with full privacy. Amazing sea views are also offered from the living room / en suit kitchen and from the master bedroom.
The residence has first class amenities including outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym besides a very large garden.
Just outside the Residence there is a coastal path for scenic walks (down or up the hill) with stunning cliff and sea views.
Porto de Mos beach nearby has two good fish restaurants and there is only a short distance (by car, taxi or public bus) to the charming old town of Lagos with its bars & restaurants, its markets and marina.
Porto de Mos has many golf courses in the vicinity and is also conveniently located to visit eastern and western Algarve.

Beautiful setting

The Property is set in beautiful location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea (I think) A little remote from shopping for food but a good taxi service . Weather gorgeous as always on the Algarve

Easter Stay

Thanks so much to Michel & Dominique for letting us use their amazing apartment. The apartment was spotless on arrival and furnished to a really high standard. The floors and kitchen were so clean. Everything we needed was provided and the kitchen is so well stocked with plates, glasses and cutlery. What was really impressive was the additional items such as plastic containers, plastic bags, bin bags and ice blocks.... all the things we usually have to buy in other apartments! The apartment is located in a really quiet and peaceful location with the most amazing view overlooking the cliffs and sea. The excellent Porto de Mos beach is within walking distance and Lagos is just a couple of mins by car or around 4 euros in an Uber. We can't wait to return!

Dominique and Michel are the most friendly, caring and attentive hosts you could wish to meet. Their apartment is impeccable ! Beautifully designed and furnished, and spotlessly clean. The view from the terrace is amazing - front line with beautiful gardens and the Atlantic Ocean in direct view, and excellent eateries nearby. We will definitely be returning !!! Superb apartment, amazing views!

We spent a very relaxing week in the apartment, the views from the lounge, master bedroom and the terrace are the best we’ve ever experienced. We loved the panoramic sea views and the view of the national park so spent much of our time sat out on the terrace taking in the view! Amazing sunsets and sunrises. The apartment interior is of a very high standard and well designed, ever need it met and the owners kindly provide towels for the pool, beach and even sun chairs and parasols. We were very well looked after by Yvonne who greeted us and was available if needed. The owners Dominique and Michel have been extremely helpful and made regular contact before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Holiday!

We loved staying at Michel and Dominique's apartment, it was true luxury with absolutely everything you need for a relaxing, 5 star holiday. The wonderful unspolit sea view made waking up in the morning and also spending time on the spacious balcony a real joy. The apartment is in an ideal location with 2 good beach restaurants a 5 minute walk away with plenty of others to choose from within a short driving distance. Although we did not meet Michel and Dominigue they were excellent communicators, also a big thank you to Yvonne who gave us gave us a warm welcome and initial tour of the property. We would higly recommend this apartment and we ourselves would love to stay again

Immaculate Apartment.

This apartment suited our needs perfectly and would wholeheartedly recommend it. It's in a cliff top location with views from the terrace out to sea. The terrace has sun loungers, sun chairs and dining table and chairs and is perfect for outdoor dining. If you're self catering it's a five minute drive to a good supermarket and a five minute walk downhill to the beach. If you're not good with hills you can drive to the beach where there's a big free car park. If you like walking there are wonderful cliff top walks to Luz in one direction and Lagos in the other. Check in and out was perfectly easy. We were met on site by the owners rep who explained everything we needed to know. The apartment has its own sun loungers by the pool, no more early starts to bag them with your towel. I am picky about where I stay and there really is nothing to fault here. The apartment is only a couple of years old and is maintained to a very high standard as are the grounds, pool, gym and indoor pool. Your really need a car here. On street parking is safe and readily available right outside the apartment. We found the atmosphere of the complex very peaceful, it's in a quiet area with no noise at night. Don't just read this, BOOK IT !

Beautiful apartment - lovely holiday

We had an amazing holiday staying in this apartment. It is in a great location near to the beach and easy access to two restaurants . The pool area and gardens are lovely . The owners made us feel very welcome and had lots of knowledge of the local area. Highly recommended .

Superb!

There is a real wow factor as you walk into this beautiful apartment. Everything is immaculate and of high quality. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, the master bed even has a view of the ocean! Large spacious terrace with great views of the ocean and the beautifully kept gardens and pool. We have just spent five weeks there and it was a real home from home. Being winter you needed heat at night and this was available with just the push of a button and instantly warm. Michel and Dominique are very caring owners and although they were not in residence were always at the other end of the telephone and ever ready to answer your queries.

Great holiday!

The facilities are very good and Dominic and Michel are great hosts. They are very proud in what they have achieved and want that they guests have the best experience possible. If there is only one thing that can be improved is regarding to the cleaning during the stay as the house was spotless when we arrived. In my opinion the apartment should be clean every 4 days and the bed linen and towels changed (we have stayed 11 days and nothing was changed). Will stay there again!!! Diogo, Sofia, Ines and Vasco

Great Apartment with very helpful owners

The apartment is brilliant and the sea view is great. It is just a three minute walk to the beach, which has one really good value restaurant and you have the perfect base for your holiday. Being a 5 minute drive from Lagos meant there was easy access to the marina and all the shops and restaurants that surround it. Highlight for me had to be watching the sunset from the top of the Foia mountain. Finally Michel and Dominique were really helpful even when it came to the most random of things they had some really useful advice, they put a lot of effort in to make our stay as comfortable as possible including finding a space to store the bikes that we hired.

PERFECT

The condo is beautiful, well designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The view is awesome through the huge windows or from the large deck. We were there in November, so we did not make use of the pool, which looked inviting. The location is central for easy drives to the grocery store, gas station, downtown, beaches, and the highway to explore in both directions. The hosts Michel and Dominque were great at communication. Absolutely perfect stay!

Absolutely beautiful!

A perfect place for a family vacation. Two very spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space and very comfortable beds. Incredibly clean! The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The balcony was by far our favourite place to be. The view was stunning! The owners were very easy to get in touch with and were helpful.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment in toller Lage

Das Apartment ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Für den Aufenthalt am nur wenige Meter entfernten Strand ist alles vorhanden (Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm). In der Küche sind alle Kochutensilien sowie Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden. Die Anlage, in der sich das Apartment befindet, ist sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und vom Balkon aus lässt sich der Blick auf das Meer genießen. Auf dem Balkon stehen zwei Liegen und ein Tisch mit vier Stühlen sowie ein fahrbarer Sonnenschirm bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Parkplätze stehen direkt vor der Unterkunft kostenlos zur Verfügung.

When looking for our own retirement place in 2014 we visited many apartments all around Algarve and in particular around Lagos and found in love with this brand new Residence for its unique setting, its unspoiled environment and the large & bright inside living space.
We managed later to acquire a second apartment which, after a 12 months rental ending June 30, is available for friends and guests in the same unique Residence.
