A super property in an excellent location

A super property in an excellent location. A fabulous beach directly in front of the development is a couple of minutes walk away and proximity to the Dubai tram is a real bonus if you want to explore Dubai. The property is spacious and well equipment, having all we needed for a self-catered holiday. The cleanliness could not be faulted. Mr Rosario was extremely helpful and on hand to answer any queries. As others have commented the stunning feature of this property is the terrace, with spectacular vies over the Palm. We could not see any apartment with better views in the whole of the complex. The complex itself has everything needed including pools, a gym and an excellent supermarket. There was even a Waitrose within walking distance. We would have no hesitation in renting this apartment again.

Absolutely perfect stay

Everything in this apartment was perfect. My husband, our two daughters and I rented the apartment for two weeks in may2013, I higly recommend it. The location could not be better, near beach, shops, restaurants, cafes and everything you need. Despite being in a busy street of Dubai it is very quiet and private. The apartment was immaculately clean, with two little daurghters we paid to have a maid that came every two days, she was perfect. Alessandro, the owner, help us with his suggestions and he answered all of my questions very quickly. The free internet was very useful for planning our days before we left in the morning. We love so much the home cinema system… our babyes spent all the nights in front of tv while my husband and I drank some cocktails in the terrace looking the ocean and the palm. It was fantastic. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

We have just returned fro...

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday spent in this apartment. Dubai is a wonderful city and lived in this way is even better. The apartment is on the floor 41 (from the terrace we could see the Palm of Jumeirah) and it's equipped with all the amenities! It's also right on the beach walk. Perhaps for those who love the quite of an isolated place is not the best choice, but we really enjoyed having restaurants, shops and major attractions within walking distance. Highly recommended for a holiday of relaxation and fun!

Fantastic Apartment !!!!

It appears that my previous post wasn't submitted (apologies Alessandro). A fantastic apartment with great facilities. The balcony is second to none - views are amazing !! Alessandro ensured everything went smoothly during our stay. Would highly recommend - best apartment in Dubai !! The reason I have visited the site was to make a booking for this Sep however, it looks like the apartment is unavailable :-((((

The best place to watch the sun go down!

We holidayed as a party of 3 (2 Adults and 1 Child) this was well located within JBR. Close to shops, restaurants, small supermarket, pools and beach. The apartment was great and a lovely view from master bedroom!!! The balcony with its table and outside furniture is excellent, to spend the evening watching the sun go down is a must..!! Great place to dine in,on an evening after a day poolside, or a meal out in one of the many restaurants located directly below (The Walk). The use of the internet to review/ book trips and tours is excellent.

Stunning Penthouse in super location

I think this is really the best Penthouse on the area , so big and so nice - Incredible view of Dubai Eye, Sean and Palm. The pool is great, heated 31°!!! really i suggest this Amazing property The staff is really nice and collaborative Hope back son Yv.

Incredible 5 * luxury

This penthouse was better than we expected. Had an amazing 10 nights here, the view is incredible. Lovely safe area, restaurants and hotels and supermarkets all within a few minutes. The bedrooms are done to high spec as is everything else., We will definitely return soon.

Amazing Penthouse in Dubai Marina!

Amazing Penthouse in Dubai Marina, with a breathtaking view of JBR and Palm Jumeirah. Easy and perfect way to communicate with very gentle Alex. Supermarket right next to the building, such as bank, stores and restaurants. Only 2 minutes to the beach on the other side of the road. All in all a superlative experience, as you would expect in a city like Dubai. Would love to stay here again and recommend it to everybody visiting Dubai!

One of the best apartments we have stayed in!

We arrived during the Monday evening and as soon as we entered this beautiful apartment we knew we were going to have a fantastic holiday. There were four of us (a group of friends) and two of them were celebrating 50th birthdays. They couldn't have wished for a better way to celebrate. The apartment was spotlessly clean and it felt so homely and comfortable. The layout of the apartment is excellent and the four of us didn't feel like we were on top of each other ... we each had our own bed to sleep in (and we all slept very well) and there were two bathrooms (and 3 showers!) The kitchen had everything we needed and Alex the owner really does think of everything - we didn't need to take dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, tea towels, washing up liquid ... it was all there for our use. The utility room had a washing machine (with wash powder supplied) which was very useful. The decor is lovely and we all felt so happy to have discovered this beautiful apartment. Upon arriving, we walked out onto the terrace - this was a real 'WOW' moment for us all - the lighting is beautiful and creates a very relaxing environment in which to watch the world go by down below us. The view in the daylight is equally as stunning - the Palm Atlantis was ahead of us, and the Burj al Arab was in the distance to our right. We were lucky enough to experience UAE National Day during our stay and also, Dubai were hosting the World Air Games. There were air displays every day we were there ... and the runway was right in front of our terrace. We saw so many different things during our stay including aerobatics, hot air ballons, parachutists, paragliding and so much more (including a shooting star!) There were also 3 consecutive nights of fireworks which were right in front of us too. Jo the agent who looks after the apartment contacted me and popped in on our first morning to show us a few things in the apartment and gave us the keys we needed to use to get into the building. She's a lovely lady and spoke excellent English. She also visited us on our last morning and was kind enough to organise our taxi transfer back to the airport. It is sometimes a little worrying when you book an apartment with someone you don't know ... but Alex the owner has been wonderful and answered any questions I had promptly. He popped in and said hello during our stay. The whole booking process is excellent. Thank you Alex for letting us rent your beautiful apartment - we will be back! :-)

Amazing

I would definitely give it more than 5 starts if i could!! Breathtaking views, very clean, spacious bedrooms, spacious living space. The host was amazing and very helpful during our stay in dubai always ready to answer any questions regarding the property, the city of dubai and any other concerns could easily be discussed. We loved the beautiful furniture and decoration throughout the pent house. Waking up to the beach view from the main bedroom was honestly the most amazing experience I have ever had. Definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely stunning

I spent 4 nights here with my friends for a special birthday. We were all absolutely blown away by this property. The views are just stunning. Alessandro the owner could not have been more accommodating with our stay. He kept in touch prior to,during and after our stay to ensure all was well. He went out his way to adapt things to our needs. Will definitely be back!
