Situated on the Costa Calida in Santiago de la Ribera this comfortable three bedroom town house is equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. There are two twin and one double bedrooms, three bath/shower rooms. Private roof terrace and use of communal pool. Supermarkets are a short walk away, with the beach front and bars/restaurants approximately a ten minute walk away. The area has many activities available golf courses, scuba diving is also available locally (about a ten minute drive), cycle hire.
Murcia airport is a ten minute drive to the property and taxis are widely available.

Très bon séjour.

Très bonnes vacances. Maison accueillante avec tout le nécessaire et assez grande. Située un peu a l écart environ 15 mn de marche du bord de mer. Bon voisinnage et tranquille.

Great property with everything you need and very close to the pool.

Clean and well maintained the property had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 5 of us and our teens enjoyed the top floor room and balcony. The pool is a few doors down and is very clean with a separate area for younger children. The area is a great base for exploring and the beach and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away. The area is safe and very family friendly. A great return to the area for us and we will definitely recommend.

La casa muy tranquila

Zona tranquila, bien equipada, excepto cafetera y otro ventilador. Buen punto la piscina. Pero un poco lejos de la playa.. En general nos ha gustado.

Lindos Recuerdos

Es un adosado muy bonito, esta un poquito alejado de la playa, como a unos 15 minutos, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar con un lindo paseo. Al entrar, puedes ver una pequeña terraza con 4 sillas , una mesita y su sombrilla. El salón es amplio, muy bonito, tiene dos sillones muy cómodos, donde puedes descansar después de un largo paseo. Su cocina esta bien equipada, con horno, vitro, frigorífico, es pequeñita pero muy practica, a mi personalmente me hubiera gustado que tuviese una cafetera. Tiene 3 dormitorios muy amplios y agradables, con mucho espacio, donde poder descansar. En la azotea tiene una pequeña terraza, donde podrás tomar el sol y relajarte por la noche contemplando las estrellas. Os recomiendo esta casita si buscáis tranquilidad y comodidad, nosotros nos hemos encontrado muy bien en ella.

Todo perfecto ,para repetir

Sinceramente , todo nos a gustado , ya conocíamos la zona y eso a ayudado,,la playa está a 8 min en coche y el mercadillo de los miércoles a 3 min en coche y 10 andando. La piscina al lado de la casa , está bien pero mejoraría más con césped. Si queréis relajaros y tranquilidad este es el sitio.

Buen precio al alcance de muchos la verdad k gracias a este precio yo he podido disfrutar de unas vacaciones ya k los precios de otros alojamientos son muy elevados además estas como en tu casa y súper cómodo y la playa la tienes a 15min andando comprobado con mis niños pkños k iban tmb andando

Tranquilidad

Un sitio muy tranquilo para viajar con niños. La playa esta situada muy retirada para ir en coche y no tiene aire acondicionado. Por lo demas todo bien.

Buena experiencia

Una buena cada para descansar unos días en la playa, la verdad que la casa está en muy buenas condiciones, el aspecto un poco menos positivo , son las camas que son muy blandas y de poco grosor los colchones, por lo demás es una muy buena opción para pasar varios días de vacaciones .

Ok

Lights not working in 2 bedrooms, when shower was on in top bathroom water would leak through the fan in the downstairs bathroom, not enough towels.
