With magnificent ocean views over Porthminster Beach, close to the train and bus station, this lovely flat has an unmatched location with assigned parking right in front.This prized "In Town" location on The Terrace is described as the “perfect beach getaway” with the finest upscale shopping, art galleries, casual or fine dining - just steps from your front door.

Step from the living room onto the front balcony and you are immediately taken by the spectacular ocean views in this open concept modern home. The azure blue waters, unmatched and premiere "in town" location are just the beginning. The home has top of the line appliances and features throughout – no detail was overlooked. The Master Suite has a king size bed, ensuite shower, and a television. The guest room has two twin beds that can be converted into a super king. The family bathroom features a shower and separate tub, both bathrooms come with luxury hotel quality, soaps and lotions. Additional features include heat, washing machine only, with a heated drying rack available. wifi, Sky TV, linens and towels, and onsite parking at no additional cost.The apartment is totally smoke free, even on the balcony ,out of respect for our property and neighbours.
Across the road is the The Harbour Hotel, with a restaurant ,spa and gym and indoor swimming pool, that you can pay to use by the day. You will not have to try to find the ocean view in this apartment, it is all over, from every room.

Lovely spacious property, furnished superbly and with stunning views. Great bathrooms, bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, but the lounge area is the star.Great communication from host.

Comfortable, Convenient & Chic

Comfortable luxury apartment with the added bonus of a parking space right outside. Convenient for the beach and St Ives and to just drive out and explore. Chic design with a real flair for decor. Helen was excellent at responding, despite being abroad she still called us straight away which we really appreciated. We would definitely choose to stay here again. We found one of the beds much more comfortable but it is a personal choice of how soft you like a bed and we are extremely fussy so it’s a big plus that we were happy and sleeping so well.

The idyllic half term holidays in St Ives

Amazing location for the beach, lovely property with excellent facilities. The check in process was very smooth and hassle free. This was our first time to St Ives and have to say the property facilities and location were just perfect. Clean, well furnished and comfortable. The views were amazing too. Helen, our property manager was very friendly and responsive to make our stay a good one. Restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach. We will be back.

Beautiful views and great location

Overall we had a lovely time! The place was very clean, with beautiful views over Porthminster beach and only a short walk into town. The space and facilities were perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend. Suggestions for improvement: we expected some small shampoos, conditioners and body wash in the bathrooms and a hair dryer! There was also only one toilet roll in each bathroom for 6 days and no other paper products (kitchen roll/napkins). The wifi codes were also out of date in the guest book!

Great location, well maintained apartment with great facilities. The pictures on line do not do the place justice and the amount of space was very good. A great base for visiting various places in Cornwall and everything on hand on our return. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in an amazing apartment

We were absolutely blown away with this apartment during our stay. It was well equipped with everything we needed and furnished to a very high standard. The apartment was also a stones throw away from the beach which made it so much easier to go back and forth as we pleased. It was ideally located and only a short walk to the centre and to the Harbour. The parking was also fantastic and a huge benefit. Parking can be difficult in St Ives, particularly during peak season, so it was so nice, not to have to worry about this. An absolutely fantastic apartment, which we hope to return to soon.

Wonderful base to explore St Ives and Cornwall

We have just come back from a fantastic stay here. The place is every bit as good as the photos suggest it is. Spotlessly clean on arrival, lots of space and the view over Porthminster beach is fantastic (especially at sunrise). The parking space is right outside the front door which was really handy (a rarity in St Ives!). Being at the top of town meant we never got stuck in traffic in the centre nor the very narrow streets - if you have been to St Ives you will know what a benefit this is! Porthminster beach is only 5-10 minutes walk away (with a young child in tow!) as is the train station if you want to venture further afield. The town is also only 5-10 minutes away with dozens of great restaurants but booking ahead is essential. Everywhere we went was completely family friendly and our 7 year old had a wonderful time as did we. We spent a lot of time on the beach and in the apartment but I'd recommend getting the open top bus to Land's End (Land's End Coaster) as well as a 20 minute drive to St Michael's Mount. Both the host (Helen) and housekeeper (Claire) were super friendly and really quick to respond whenever we needed to speak to them. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation and St Ives for a family holiday or a couple and we hope to go back soon.

Excellent location and very comfortable apartment for a family

It’s even better then you can see on the photos of the property. Short walk to the beach - just 3-5 minutes. Excellent condition of the modern style apartment. Beautiful view on the sea and beach from the big windows. Not just view. You can sit and relax during whole day in front of this view. Very helpful host. We didn’t use because we came by train but good and convenient reasonable size parking space just in front of the house. Train is a good option because it’s just 3 minutes walk from the train station Will be definitely back

The apartment was much bigger than the photos suggested The WoW factor was when we walked into the lounge and saw the amazing views of Porthminster beach The apartment was spotlessly clean,very modern with everything we needed and more 2 beautiful bathrooms furnished to a very high standard,Comfy bedrooms and even a cream tea left for us The 2 chairs overlooking the beach were our favourite seats,so peaceful and totally relaxing Well done on a fabulous experience 👏

Beautiful apartment very well resourced. The housekeeper, Claire was wonderful and extremely helpful. Stairs have been highlighted, however, no mention has been made, i believe, that the apartment is situated between two busy roads. Traffic noise at night and early morning is a factor to be considered if you don't wear ear plugs! K.P. Aherne

Sun Shine in St Ives

We All Loved our stay in St Ives, and Helen's apartment was faultless in all ways, Location was excellent, I was able to go for my swim each morning just across the road to the beach, and harbour was just a short walk, Even though we left Apartment as we thought in good time giving us 6 hours to get to Bristol Airport we missed our flights the traffic was terrible, it took us 7 hours, but no fault only ourselves But if I was ever back to St Ives I would only stay in Helen's Apartment

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view

The pictures of the apartment and the view looked spectacular and it more than lived up to it. Despite it being winter, the chairs set up in the window allow you to sit and admire the constantly changing ocean. We loved it and can't wait to come back.
