Both bedrooms have been equipped with luxury Hypnos beds with a luxurious Italian Leather double sofa bed in the lounge, offering flexible sleeping options. Egyptian Cotton and similar hotel quality bed linen used as standard.
The Bedrooms include a King size bed, with a separate zip together super king ensuite bedroom offering flexibility of singles beds if required. TVs are fitted in both bedrooms in addition to the lounge.
Children's cot and high chair can be made available on request.

Very Good Apartment

The apartment has the perfect location,no car needed and the style of the apartment has that artist touch which is very nice,everthing you need is there and walking distance to everthing also bus station round the corner for a day trip to many places,Glasgow etc,i have stayed in many in ayr and this 1 is very good.

Beautiful Flat

Had a great stay in this beautiful, spotless and comfortable flat. We had a slight problem with the heating on the Saturday evening and Fiona and her husband came round right away and fixed it in a few minutes. The flat is very central to all the bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach.

Barns Street

Overall our stay was very good. Apartment was well stocked with everything that was needed for self catering. The location of the apartment was excellent as was the host Fiona who went the extra mile for us. However my brother found the en-suite shower very small and the basin in the other toilet was very slow to drain the water. Having said that I would certainly consider staying there again.

Excellent home from home

Lovely clean comfortable apartment with great quirky art/decoration, very well equipped and comfy beds. Very central in Ayr so possible to go out without taking the car in the evening or to the beach. Many good golf courses near by.

A very comfortable, very well equipped apartment in a really good location. Very helpful hosts had really thought through the contents of this property, and added some luxurious touches. In our opinion, better than the listing, would highly recommend.

Location very central to beach town etc. Flat beautiful and decor looks like an interior designer had staged flat. Place was immaculate and host amazing with plenty utensils plates dishes to cook your own meals.

Fantastic flat

We had a wonderful stay in this flat for three nights. The owner was very helpful and the amenities were great. The only downside was that the flat sleeps six but the dining table only had seating for four.

Weekend away

We stayed here for a long weekend as we were in the area for a wedding. The flat couldn't be in a better location as it's within walking distance to the shops, pubs & restaurants of Ayr. We loved the high ceilings & how light the flat is. It had everything we needed for our stay. The prosecco & shortbread left for us by Fiona were much appreciated. Will defo be back!

Key Worker Stay

We stayed in the property as a covid alternative to a hotel for 2 key workers. Lovely property, lots of character, very well decorated, very comfortable. Fiona was excellent in looking after us. We would much prefer to stay here again in the future rather than our usual hotel!

Stunning Apartment

The apartment is quite frankly stunning. It was very clean and fresh, the floor coverings were immaculate and decor excellent. Fiona the host is lovely and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help she even had fresh milk fruit and biscuits for our use a great thought from a super host. The location was very close to the town centre and a few minutes from the beach everything we could ask for. We will be back and I would highly recommend both the apartment and Fiona to anyone visiting Ayrshire.

Ayr get away

Perfect short stay in this Ayr flat. Good communication from Fiona. Accommodation was clean & well stocked with everything required. A perfect base for the coastal resorts in the area. Would definitely stay here again, if in South-West Scotland.
