Rustic, newly refurbished detached 1 bedroom south facing villa, set within lovely patio gardens with a private swimming pool. The villa is perfectly situated within a peaceful location of Cabanas village, yet only walking distance from the nearby beach and has it's own private swimming pool and is fitted with air conditioning and heating throughout. It's also within easy walking distance of an excellent choice of restaurants and cafes and all other amenities. Comfortably spacious, this villa has a contemporary feel with lots of character with beautifully exposed beams throughout. The villa has an open-plan living and fully fitted kitchen area. The living area has a 2 single sofa beds which have bed mattresses, so are very comfortable. There is a spacious double bedroom and family bathroom. Outside, there is a large terrace area to the front and the rear of the villa overlooking the lovely patio gardens, swimming pool and BBQ dining area, There are large shaded areas to the front and the rear of the villa, ideal for alfresco dining. There are also sun loungers and private parking. WIFI is available if required, 30 Euros per week.

Charming Villa

Charming villa, very well equipped and beautifully clean, in a lovely quiet residential area. Mark and Aggie met me when I arrived – very friendly and gave lots of useful local information. Easy walk to the beach front with shops, bars and restaurants (about 10-15 minutes). No need to hire a car as it is less than 5 minutes walk to the train station with services all along the Algarve. Recommend visiting Tavira (beautiful churches) and Vila Real de Santo António (from where you can take the 15 minute ferry crossing to Spain – no passport required !). Loved Cabanas – as a woman travelling on her own I felt totally safe. Great restaurants and snack bars, friendly people and an amazing beach (2 minute ferry crossing). Having previously spent several holidays in the Western Algarve, I much prefer this Eastern Algarve area – quieter but still everything you want for a good holiday. I certainly plan to return, hopefully to this villa !

We really enjoyed our stay and went home feeling totally relaxed. The location is very quiet and the pool and outside areas are fantastic-very private with plenty of shade. The Villa is spotlessly clean and well equipped and the owners are very helpful and welcoming.

A lovely way to relax

The villa was spotless and very well equipped with everything needed to make our stay wonderful. Mark met us on arrival and was very welcoming and helpful. The pool was delightful and the area around it beautifully laid out. The Cabanas beach was splendid but it is only assessable via a very short boat ferry which takes about 2 minutes and is very cheap(euro1.5 return) also it is advisable to take a beach parasol (all the locals do) .All in all a wonderful holiday with no need to hire a car as everything is within walking distance for shops and restaurants. A transfer from Faro only cost Euro35, I would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting a lovely relaxing holiday.

Perfect Holiday Villa

Lovely villa, spotlessly clean and tidy, with a lovely private swimming pool. The villa has plenty of shaded areas, front and back, also there is plenty of space to sunbathe around the pool. The villa has private parking and is in a great location, short walk to restaurants, bars and shops. The weather was perfect when we stayed in September, sunshine every day. Cabanas is a lovely village, with very friendly people, Cabanas beach is gorgeous, the best we have been to, it's also a Great place to go if you like fishing. We caught two lovely fish, took them back and cooked them on the BBQ. The owners met us on arrival, they are very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to our next holiday at villa Concha, we have already booked for next year, as we don't want to miss out. Thanks again for an amazing holiday.

Simply the best.

This is the best villa we have ever stayed in. The villa had nt long been renovated before we arrived and the owners have done an amazing job. The villa has every thing you need for a lovely holiday in Cabanas, it was very clean and tidy. The swimming pool is perfect and really private, there are sun loungers, if you would like to sun yourself. There are also plenty of shaded areas for dinning alfresco, we loved the barbecue. The villa is only a short walk from everything, which was perfect for us as we did not hire a car. Cabanas beach is one of the best we have been to, the sand is gorgeous and the water is crystal clear. As we have said simply the best, we have already booked for next year.

Loved our stay, an amazing villa in paradise.

Mark and Aggiie met us when we arrived and we were very pleased with the Villa. Very clean and the location to the beach and restaurants was just what we wanted. We loved our stay in the Villa and loved Cabanas Des Tavira. We will be back next year for a bit longer and hope to stay in this villa again. You will not be disappointed, we absolutely loved it. The pool, the large outdoor space very private and the neighbourhood very quite and relaxing . You don't need a car as the train station is only 5 minute walk away and trains travel all over the Algarve and Portugal. You are only about 25 km to Spain. This has been our best stay yet and can't wait to come back!!

WOW! A perfect holiday home in a stunning location

This villa must rate among the best self-catering holiday accommodation I have ever experienced. From the moment you walk in the door it feels like a home rather than a holiday rental. The furnishings and decor are perfect and the villa contains everything you are ever going to need - the only thing you are asked to provide is beach towels. The villa is spotlesley clean, bright and airy, nice and cool especially at night. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with large fridge/freezer as well as all the small appliances. The villa having its own private swimming pool set in lovely gardens is a real bonus. The master bedroom is just beautiful, next to a well-appointed bathroom with lovely rustic tiles from the local area. The open plan lounge area is spacious and very comfortable. There are two large patios outside with tables, chairs and sun loungers provided. The villa also has private car parking which is very useful. All in all a great place to relax and unwind, easy walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. I Would highly recommend this beautiful homely villa to anyone and would definitely return.

Maison calme et bien située

Maison avec piscine, toutes 2 petites mais fonctionnelles. Idéale pour des enfants en bas âge. La piscine, terrasse et barbecue sont les atouts de ce logement. En revanche, la climatisation serait un plus. Nous avons aussi eu des toutes petites fourmies dans la cuisine, salle de bain et chambre... Des rangements dans la salle de bain seraient nécessaires. Emplacement idéal, non loin de la Ria Formasa. Lieu calme, agréable.

O espaço exterior é o melhor da casa...a piscina privada um bônus! Já a casa precisa de melhorias : cama casal muito pequena, casa muito escura, formigas em toda a casa, falta de arrumação (wc sem qualquer bancada para pousar os produtos de higiene, na sala idem) . A casa é muito quente e o ar condicionado é imprescindível (as ventoinhas não substituem o AC).
