Three Bedroom Villa with private pool overlooking the Island of Ithaca. Truly breathtaking sea views set in the peaceful hamlet of Tselendata a two kilometre drive to the very pretty harbour village of Fiskardo, where you can watch the boats come and go while enjoying a drink or meal.

Great villa with beautiful view

We had a lovely 10 day stay in this villa. Easy access by car to Fiskardo and nearby beaches. Pool was great as was the view every morning… great sunrise. Bob was very responsive.

Great villa and quiet and tranquil part of the island

This is a great location for many of the best beaches on the island- our favourite was Emblisi beach- tiny and perfectly unspoilt - great snorkelling. Highly recommend the villa and the location- great for families and adults too. You must try the Foki beach taverna - amazing food- brilliant staff ! We star there afew times - only a two minute drive fromm the villa - we will be back !

Villa Pelagia - wow, wow, wow

Loved this Villa, never wanted to leave. Get up for Sunrise at 7am. It’s stunning. Rooms spacious and queen size beds are comfortsble. Fresh white linen and beautiful morning views. Pool spotless, bathrooms clean. Cleaners came mid week and freshened whole villa which was lovely. Owner was great with communication. This is a drive to Fiskardo and you could not really walk it back after food & drink!! Sloped path to park car do be careful as dtop of rocks to edge. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Already passed details to many friends after posting on social media.

Peaceful, Clean Family Villa

My family of four (us parents and two 19+ 'children') stayed for a relaxing week in late June. Very good communication and check in / out, villa good value and clean, nice pool, nice housekeeping staff. A small air con problem was solved super fast. Location means it's a drive to shops, but you can walk to Foki Beach & taverna in about 15mins (relatively steep uphill walk on way back). My only issue (and one I've had with many villas costing more than this one) is that the beds / pillows could be so much more comfortable. For us, a comfortable bed with quality pillows is an important part of a holiday! But overall, I would recommend Villa Pelagia and the team managing it.

Great location

Perfect villa for our needs. Amazing views. Walking (20 mins) distance to beach and taverna. Would have loved a BBQ by the outside oven around which there would be no fire risk. Lots of other tavernas in Manganos and Antipata. Thoroughly recommend Agios Ierusalem and Aliates beach and their tavernas too.

Lovely villa with beautiful views

The villa is nicer and bigger inside than the photos show, lovely pool and area, very clean and maintained. Towels were swapped over mid week and the villa cleaned which was a nice touch. We had one water problem due to the water tank which was refilled immediately, many thanks to the property manages and owner. Would need a car for the location and to visit the area. Fiscardo is lovely, and hiring a boat for the day recomended, we loved it. Not as pricy as the internet suggests, plenty of offerings. Beautiful. Thanks so much

Beautiful villa in a very peaceful setting. Photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful views. Definitely need a car as nice long walk down to fiskardo but a long dark uphill walk back . Loved our stay.

Villa Pelagia review

Lovely villa in a great locations, views from Villa really nice. If you like Fiskardo then the villa is a great choice. When we arrived the tap fixing was broken but soon fixed by the handyman who was great. Only downside was we had unusually cold weather which meant the villa living room was quite cold, had to sit in it with a blanket on, no heater available for the living room, probably not needed most of the time but it wouldn’t hurt to have a small electrical heater available. Anyway the weather got better after a few days and a heater not needed then. Overall ma great place to stay, would recommend it.

Lovely villa, with great views and pool. Location was also good, Foki Beach, just 15 mins walk and Fiscardo 35 mins which we did regularly, plenty of taxis available for the way home.

Great location but could be loved more...

Our experience with Bob, the villa representative was amazing, He was extremely accommodating and friendly and helped us transition the booking because of Covid. When we arrived at the villa it looked lovely and the key was where it should have been. The house had obviously not be used for a while and had a strong fusty smell, which was also heavily present in the cupboards inside the property. We also found that the cutlery, crockery and glasses were dirty and we had to wash them before we could use them, same with the cooker top. We left cupboard doors open the whole time we were there to try and air them. After the hurricane in 2020 some of the outdoor furniture was missing, understandable but perhaps should be reflected in the photos. The fridge leaked one day and we messaged the on-island contact number and someone came and fixed it while we were out. We also looked through the folder for guests and found that it referred to details from 10 years ago, The villa did feel like someone loved it a while ago and has just stopped caring as much. None of this detracted from the fact we had a lovely holiday and enjoyed the pool, which was lovely and clean. Some of the outside lights, pool and surrounding area stopped working a couple of days before we left. But overall I would recommend the villa, it could just do with some love.

Villa in fantastic setting

We arrived just after the island had been hit by a cyclone, so things were not normal. It took 5 hours to do a one hour journey to get to the villa because of debris on the road, rocks and trees etc. And we arrived to find no electricity and no water, but two days later it all came back!!!! We were so pleased we had a super villa and a marvellous swimming pool!!! Our villa was very well equipped. However, I know a cyclone is completely unusual, but to arrive in pitch dark with no electricity or water, or warning is a bit difficult! A large supply of candles would have helped. The restaurants near Fiskardo were marvellous at dealing with this unexpected problem, and those with generators were packed with tourists. The Greeks were so helpful and had terrible problems to solve, but they were very optimistic. We were sorry so many beaches were closed, but rock falls stopped entry. Our pool more than made up for this. We normally like exploring, but this was somewhat limited. We had marvellous weather and really enjoyed our holiday. The Greeks could invest in solar power to their great advantage.

Great Villa - Amazing Views

We had a lovely stay at the Villa Pelagia. All in all it was 9.5 out of 10. The house, pool and outside areas are outstanding and were exactly what we were after. The proximity to Fiscardo and local beaches is excellent. A few observations - last year we avoided this property because we could see the road in some of the photos - but we decided to take a leap of faith this year - to future comers, this makes no difference at all. Traffic is occasional and well below line of sight so there is no impact on privacy. The local team were amazing - we reported one or two minor issues and all were sorted within hours - for example the fridge was broken on arrival and was replaced in less than an hour after reporting. Minor irritations were the dishwasher did not work well and there was very little shade in the morning around the pool (maybe an awning or gazebo would help?) - I only mention as (hopefully) constructive feedback. However on balance we had a perfect holiday and will come again to stay at Villa Pelagia.

Superb property

The villa itself was quite simply excellent; beautifully presented throughout with ample room for 6 adults. The outdoor space is of an equally high standard with a good sized pool and stunning views of the bay. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood about a 35 minute walk from Fiskardo. Communication with Bob the property manager could not have been more straightforward. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house, great surroundings

We rented the villa for 14 days and really enjoy our stay. The house is beautiful - even better than the pictures. It’s quiet, the view is spectacular and the surroundings are great, especially Fiskardo - the nearest town. The local beaches, both Foki (the nearest) and Emplisi (on the other side of Fiskardo) is very nice and water is crystal clear. We strongly recommend that you have a car, unless you are very fond of walking hills. On our stay there was cleaning (real cleaning, not only change of towels and linen) twice and both Bob and the local management answered immediately if there was anything we wondered about. If we should be very picky it would be nice to have a barbecue outside and if you’re by any chance is allergic to wasps this is not the place to go. Because of all the beautiful flowers everywhere there is a lot of wasps, not only outside the apartment but in the hole area. The old trick of burning coffee did keep the wasps away.

A really lovely villa with the most breath-taking scenery. We loved our stay here!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday here! We arrived on a late flight so it was dark and we were absolutely blown away by the views when we woke up! The photos don’t do it justice. I loved having a coffee on the balcony just taking in the amazing scenery and being accompanied by the beautiful sound of all the goats bells in the distance, heaven! The Villa itself was lovely, thick stone walls, lovely working shutters, very tasteful and had everything you could possibly need including a good selection of games, books, DVDs and good working WiFi. We had a car and so could travel around the area and explore, again beautiful! We had lots of delicious meals in the very pretty Fiscardo and explored many beaches, our favourites were Emplisi and Jerusalem. Antisamos is well worth the drive too and a visit to Assos is a must! We were given a great list of recommendations by Robert and we really enjoyed all of them! He also arranged a car for us which was very helpful and reasonably priced. If I had one bit of feedback for the owner it would be that the large sunshade outside the kitchen is quite tricky to manage! You absolutely need it because the lovely terrace is sun drenched all day, however there is often a welcome breeze but this blows the large sunshade around and I was having to get up and hold it or move it back into position or try and stop it banging into the wall, not the most relaxing! One corner of it was already damaged where this had been happening. If it was my property ( I wish!) I think a permanent Pagoda to create shade there would be better. We would highly recommend this Villa, we had really relaxing time here and came home fully re-charged, perfect!

The property itself is perfect, the kitchen and contents were a bit grubby on arrival and no welcome pack, but that’s easily sorted. It’s set in a beautiful location, with fantastic views, just a few minutes drive or walk to gorgeous beaches. Our only gripe was the awful racket that came from the neighbouring property, loud music, singing(rapping) and shouting. Thankfully the occupant went to work during the day so we could enjoy the tranquil sound of the goat bells in the valley. We would however book this property again, maybe be equipped with music of our own

Fantastic villa in a wonderful location with incredible views across the sea to Ithaca.

Villa Pelagia is a fantastic villa in a wonderful location nestled in a little hamlet amongst other villas so as not to feel isolated. It is above a country lane but it didn’t affect our relaxation at all. The highlight of the villa is it’s prime location overlooking the sea and out to Ithaca. A delightful pool to enjoy with the family, staying in the sun until early evening. Our favourite part of the villa is the balcony where you can eat breakfast taking in THAT view! A short drive to Fiskardo with its wonderful harbour and amazing restaurants. Ellis is well worth a visit, as is the old stone house at Antipata. We will definately return.
