This lovely barn conversion is in the village of Washford near to Minehead and can sleep sixteen people in eight bedrooms.

The Old Byres is a lovely barn conversion situated in the village of Washford around six-miles from Minehead in West Somerset. The property has eight bedrooms set over the ground and first floor; two super-king-size with en-suite bathrooms, two ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bathrooms, a ground-floor twin with en-suite, a ground-floor family room with a super-king-size and a single, a ground-floor double and finally a single bedroom, altogether sleeping 16 guests. There is a ground-floor sauna and shower room, and a ground-floor bathroom, along with a kitchen/diner with sofa area and woodburning stove, a utility room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug with traditional board games. Completing the property is the games room with a pool table and electric stove, as well as a hot tub and an outdoor swimming pool, enclosed courtyard and lawns, with off-road parking for five cars. The Old Byres is an extremely spacious and beautiful home, making an ideal base for exploring this wondrous part of the country with your family.

Private patio and lawned garden with furniture and BBQ leading to shared lawned garden opening on to accessible field. Sole use of hot tub and outdoor swimming pool. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are outdoor steps and a stream in the grounds and care should be taken. Note: The drive at the property is only large enough to accommodate family-sized cars, up to people carriers. Note: There may be some road noise. The swimming pool will be heated only from June to August. Note: The first floor bedrooms have some limited headroom, care to be taken.
