Oasis Palms is a private luxurious villa with a large private heated pool (12m x 6m) situated in the white phase five area.It has 4 bedrooms all with en suite facilities. It is large, spacious and situated in a quiet, relaxing setting making this an ideal place to unwind. The villa is fully air conditioned.Oasis Palms is of European standard and has everything you need. The large terrace has the sun from dawn to sun set. There is also a covered area which has an outside dining table. The pool has a bar and a seating area which has a built in BBQ, whilst at the other end of the pool is a whirlpool. There is also an outside shower. The terrace leads to the lagoon beach, lagoon and open plan views to the mountains.
Oasis Palms has a roof terrace with seating and another BBQ area from where you experience amazing 360 degree views.
All the amenities are within easy reach of the villa

Lovely Villa

This Villa was perfect for my family. All 4 rooms are good sizes, Kitchen had everything we needed (not that we did much eating in). The location is very quiet and only a short ride in a tuk tuk to any location in El Gouna. A huge thank you to Richard & Jane for being so helpful in answering any questions we had, as it was our first time in El Gouna. The WIFI could do with a booster to make is accessible in every bedroom as the teenagers can’t live without it these days 😂 We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Superb villa

Everything was excellent, Richard’s communication was spot on and couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. Felt very secure with the guards and using the Tuc Tuc’s was a laugh! Villa in a lovely quiet area, just a wee pity about some barking dogs nearby at night

Amazing house in Gouna!

The house was beautiful and well located in Gouna - swimming pool was heated which was really great! Also hosts were very nice during the process and helped us at all times. Really recommend the house!

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa in a quiet location with stunning views of the lagoon and mountains. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Furnished to a high standard throughout with a stunning pool area that won't disappoint. The owners and local agent could not have been more helpful and were very quick to answer any questions we had and even arranged our airport transfers. The welcome pack that included basic grocery provisions was a very nice gesture and included everything you need to get you through the first day or two. The flowers were also a lovely touch. The installed water filter meant we could make use of the tap water, ice maker etc without any concerns. El Gouna itself is beautiful and easy to get around with a variety of low cost transport options including taxis, tuk tuk's etc, all of which can be contacted via the free internal phone system. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend Richard and Jane's villa highly enough. It is perfect for families and couples alike and we look forward to returning asap.

The villa was wonderful and the view enchanting. We all loved our stay here and didn't want to leave. There was only one problem which I must mention for any other wheelchair users. The door to the toilet is too narrow to get a wheelchair in and this caused a lot of hassle for me, but in spite of this I really loved my stay. El Gouna is a maze and we found it very difficult to find the villa. I think it would be better if the agents met you at the main gate of the compound with the key and then showed you where the villa is. Also all the villas on this estate are exactly the same so if you go out come back before dark or you will never find it again. El Gouna is very near Hurghada, which is a lovely town, we went there most evenings for the coffee shops and restaurants.

Fantastic Villa

We have just arrived back from Oasis Palms,our first stay there,but will not be our last.The villa is everything you could wish for a brilliant holiday,spacious,clean,superbly equipped,in a very quiet and peaceful location,sunshine on the large terrace all day,with beautiful sunsets,and lovely heated pool.The management always on hand to sort any problems in friendly and professional manner,and the owners,Jane and Richard,are just an e-mail away to answere any questions you may wish to ask,they respond very quickly,nothing is to much trouble.Should you be looking to rent a Villa in El-Gouna,you certainly won't be disappointed here,was beyond our expectations.Thank you Jane and Richard for everything.

Wonderful villa and perfect holiday!

We are a party of 8 adults and Oasis Palms provided the perfect setting for our group holiday in April '14. The villa itself is wonderfully spacious, much larger than the pictures testify, and it was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped throughout. The star of the show for us was the pool and BBQ bar area right on the waters' edge. The heated pool was large enough for all and the views at sunset where the sun would drop behind the distant mountains were spectacular. The local tok toks were a fun way of easy travel into the marina area where there are many quality restaurants and bars for the livelier nights. Best of all was the local bar delivery service 'Drinkies' who would deliver drinks to the villa upon request! Can we have the same in London?! My contact was with Richard the owner during the booking process and he was extremely helpful, informative and friendly throughout. Our thanks to the owners for such good customer service. We absolutely loved our stay at Oasis Palms, in many ways it was the perfect holiday for us and we are planning to make a return visit sometime soon. Jon Lambe, London

A great villa, very helpful owners & management

Firstly the owners were very helpful with advise etc pre travel. They arranged transfer which was very reasonable and the chauffeur was helpful loading luggage plus 2 small kids. We arrived in the evening to a villa which was lit and greeted by the management representative who showed us around. The villa was large, well equipped and clean. There was regular house/pool cleaning also. Our boys learnt to swim in the pool which was child friendly. The barbeques were fantastic. For a few nights we had a small issue with some ants, once we informed the mangement team they quickly sorted it for us. The amenities in el gouna were easily accessible with TOKTOK, we even considered looking to purchase our own villa, but were so happy with the owners service have decided to try get back again this year. We would definetly recommend this villa and will be hopefully rebooking soon. Thank you very much

The Oasis Palms villa is simply stunning

The Oasis Palms Villa is really beautiful and well equipped, the owners could not have been more helpful to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. We had a great time and the staff in the El Gouna resort were excellent. A beautiful Marina, with the friday night activity at the Marina being especially good, with music, live acts, a great atmosphere, a really lovely resort. I would highly recommend this villa and resort.

The Perfect Family Getaway, Just unbelievable!

I could not ask for a better Villa Experience. This was really our first family vacation and I wanted something different than to your average all inclusive hotels. Since most of my family members are chefs in profession, the kitchen was more important than the pool for us. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you can imagine plus more, the vast room to have 4 chefs manoeuvring round the kitchen without bumping into one another is just stupendous. The pool by-the-way is just bliss; the luxury of it being heated, whirlpool section, the beach/sea access and the mounting views to gaze at for days is truly divine. I must not forget to mention the BBQ hut next to the pool and on the roof, fully equipped down to a sink! The rooms are spacious,well laid-out and fully equipped with aircon, hairdryer's etc. The downtown market/shopping area has everything you could possibly want, the local people are so friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The tok toks are just fun and cheap to get into town with; this really is the way forward! "Come on Britain let's do the same here". There is so much to do/see; the sun is just perfect to do activities in all day. Visits to Luxor or Cairo to see the Pyramids are only hours away by car; car rental options are cheap and all cars are brand new. The internal phone system in El Gouna is completely free! The property management agency is very helpful and friendly and would basically deal with anything. Safety is no issue as there is friendly and helpful security round the clock. Our experience as whole left us speechless for days after our arrival back at home, I have already made this resort/Villa my No.1 and have recommended to my friends/family and colleague. The owners of the property are just amazingly friendly, helpful and listen to all that you require and ensure that all is well. Thank You Richard and Jane for making this a truly memorable family vacation and all that you have done to make this happen. I wish you Love and Light. Aqbal Hussain London

A modern, clean, spacious, well stocked villa. In a quiet location yet within easy reach of all the resort attractions. View over the pool and lagoon stunning , fabulous sunsets! Staff on-site extremely helpful, the owner also very helpful when booking - happy to answer all our questions quickly. The resort is great - marina area has high quality restaurants and bars. Downtown offers good restaurants and lots of shops, market areas etc... Best way to discover El Gouna is to go on a Tok-Tok tour of the resort - very cheap and easy to organise. Tok-Toks can be booked from the phone in the villa. A great location for families.

A Perfect El Gouna Villa

We had a completely perfect stay at Oasis Palms and will definitely return! Communication with the owners and managers prior to check-in was so easy and made for a seamless arrival. The villa itself is just as pictured, with an incredible outdoor area (be sure to use the grill for a poolside lunch or dinner) - lots of space, a beautiful view over the lagoon, plenty of seating and dining spaces, covered and uncovered (and barstools IN the pool - so cool!). The kitchen had all the equipment we needed and the property managers left some basic groceries for us, which was much appreciated. We were a group of three so only used the two large bedrooms on the second floor, but all the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and cool. The villa itself is in a great location - a short tuktuk ride or a pleasant walk into downtown, and very close to Abydos Marina, where our dive boat left from each morning. The neighbourhood is beautiful to walk around and all El Gouna is extremely safe and easy to navigate. Do have some cash on hand at check-in to provide a security deposit to the management company; this is returned at the end of your visit, though you will have to pay cash for the water and electrical usage when you depart. And get the Careem app for your phone - it’s the easiest way to order a tuktuk to the Villa and to pay by card. All in all, a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

A perfect place to relax

I was delighted to return once again to this heavenly place. The hosts and the agent in El Gouna were very helpful. The villa is well equiped and the outside area is glorious. The pool has a shallow end for children which was perfect for my 5 year old who is learning to swim and there is a deeper end also for adult swimmers. Villa is clean, heated pool is wonderful and views are amazing. Will be back again soon, I hope!

Wedding week

Found AC and internet confusing but management helped figure it out- no matches for the stove. Dust pan and broom on their last legs. Appreciated the iron and ironing board. Internet best downstairs- The pool was delightful/ very clean. Enjoyed walking the loop. All and all a delightful spot for 5 adults and a five year old. Particularly appreciated the flexibility re departure/ Gwyn Smith

Marvelous Villa

We had an amazing time in the villa, it is equipped with everything that one needs, the pool is wonderful, gets cleaned twice every day. The location is magical, sitting in the terrace with a sundowner watching the sunset was the highlight of our day. The BBQ by the pool was also great, we actually used it twice within the week we were here, although the restaurants in Elgouna are quite tempting...the serene location of the villa is quite chillaxing. The rooms were perfect, everyone had it's own bath, linens and towels were available and clean. One of the reasons why I chose this villa is because it's basically the only one which is barrier free, a person in wheelchair can get in and out easily, and it has a bedroom downstairs which one wouldn't find in Elgouna easily. The real estate agents were very active and helped us swiftly with all our requests, even extending one day at short notice wasnt a problem. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, and we will for sure come back again when we visit Elgouna. Thank you so much Jane and Richard for the great time we had at your place.

Perfect Stay

The pictures doesn't reflect the real beauty of the property. It is actually a lot nicer than the pictures on the platform. Will almost definitely return back and book it in the future. It is perfect for 9 people or less, as it is very spacious.
