The House is positioned on the popular Atlantic Reach holiday complex, just 6 miles from Newquay, just 2min drive off the main A30 road.
We live 40 miles away in Plymouth 340188.
Rates stated include use of the on site leisure facilities - indoor heated pool, fully fitted gym, outside pool in Summer, evening entertainment programme, bar, restaurant, café. Also on site is a luxury health spar.
Large outside childrens play park.
Three bath / shower rooms. One double bedroom & shower room on the ground floor for those with mobility issues.
Large open plan lounge, dinning area & kitchen.
Fully fitted Kitchen - dishwasher - Fridge/ freezer- microwave.
On the 1st floor -
Master bedroom large shower en-suite with Juliette balcony.
Twin bedroom + Double bedroom served by large bathroom with separate shower & large jet bath.
