A newly built ,detached,highly efficient eco bungalow.
One large double bedroom with French doors opening onto a small rear garden/patio area .
One small bedroom with 3/4 bed.
Large open plan lounge/dining area with double sofa bed, flat screen TV and WiFi hub.
Offshoot fully fitted kitchen , including oven , hob , grill , microwave , fridge freezer and washing machine.
Lovely bathroom with walk in multi-jet shower.
All fresh bedding and towels are provided.
Fully centrally heated.

Clean, peaceful property, no steps - good accessibility

I stayed here with my elderly Mum who uses a rollator to help her get around. It's a steep push up the drive (where in Sheffield is flat) but no steps to negotiate, just the threshold of the front door. The property is clean, well maintained and cared and fully equipped. Will book again if visiting Sheffield.

Ladybower fishing

We wanted somewhere close to Ladybower reservoir, and this olace was oerfect. The bungalow was absolutely spotless and equipped to a very high standard, with fabulous beds and bedding in a quiet area. Super friendly host, I would highly recommend.

Lovely little bungalow

We couldn’t fault this property, everything we needed was supplied plus some unexpected items like cereals for breakfast. Great shower, comfortable bed, and a very pleasant and helpful host.

Couldn’t ask for anything more from the hosts they did everything they could possibly of done to be make sure we had a great night. Place was spotlessly clean, beds were amazingly comfortable & quality was exceptional. Would definitely recommend

An accessible, comfortable, calm property

A clean, comfortable, well-equiped property that my elderly mother was able to access using her rollater (walking aid). Would happily book again should we need to visit Sheffield again.

This was our second stay and it won't be our last. Everything about this property is great. It's really clean and had everything we needed for a weekend visit (and for longer). We were able to cook, to relax and get a great night's sleep ready to get on with our days.

Perfect property for our stay in Sheffield

Friendly communication from hosts, easy to find, easy to park, easy to access property. Spotlessly clean and well thought out - lots of little touches like bread / milk / hairdryer / toiletries - even an umbrella to borrow. Double bed was really comfortable, shower was amazing and kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. We stayed 3 nights but could happily have stayed longer and will definitely be booking again.

Beautifully clean, everything we needed and then some! The shower is brilliant, the bed very comfortable, the kitchen modern and well stocked, with extras. Outside is a lovely private patio area and parking is easy. Thank you Richard and Julia

5 STARS -COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER

THE BUNGALOW WAS LOVELY JUST AS DESCRIBED - JULIA AND ROBERT WERE EXCELLENT HOSTS AND VERY KIND. THE PROPERTY IS LOVELY AND JULIA 'S ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS SECOND TO NONE. THE BUNGALOW IS SPOTLESS WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD WISH FOR. I DID NOT COOK BUT THERE IS EVERYTHING THERE THAT YOU WOULD NEED. BEDDING AND BED VERY COMFORTABLE. THE BUNGALOW IS NEAR ALL FACILITIES AND YOU CAN TRAVEL TO LOCAL PLACES ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT EASILY JUST CHECK THE TIME TABLE. SHOPS ARE NEARBY AND OTHER LOCAL SHOPS. Amazing little place.

The bungalow is fantastic. Modern, clean, lots of lovely touches. Quality furniture, comfy beds. I slept really well. Great interior design, lovely bedding. I didn't want to leave !! Richard and Julia, friendly, welcoming and accommodating hosts. They thought of everything you would need, even breakfast items, milk, bread etc. So thoughtful. Added joy of 2 beautiful greyhounds, Comet & Sky, who popped up to garden occasionally but did not intrude. Delightful accommodation, I would not hesitate to recommend. Lovely quiet road, 2 outside areas to use. Would definitely stay again.
