Nicht Top aber auch kein Flop ;-)

Gute Ausgangslage für diverse Strandbesuche und Unternehmungen. Resvierter Parkplatz. Leider stimmt der Onlineauftritt Wohnung 3 nicht mit dem gegebenheiten vor Ort. Möbel etc. sind gepflegt aber sehrin die Jahre gekommen.Es gibt keine Couch, die zum Entspannen einläd. Alle Matratzen sind nix. Für Kleinkinder aber Ok. Und leider fehlen auch Moskitonetzte an den Fenstern. Eine Akustikpaneele im Wohn/Essberreich wäre auch nicht verkehrt. Da es dort sehr laut ist wenn man sich unterhält (3 Kinder) Der Vermieter Benny ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Gibt Tips für die Umgebung und kümmert sich um seine Gäste.

Zum Strand sind es 710 m

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett . Die Wohnung ist allerdings schon sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig . Bis zum Strand sind es 710 m zu Fuß.

Kurzurlaub in Italien

Es war sehr schön und erholsam. Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr netter und kommunikativer Mensch. Als wir Stromausfall und kein warm Wasser hatten, wozu Ihm keine Schuld trifft, hat er sich sofort und sich schnell draum gekümmert. Unterkunft sauber, alles vorhanden von Bettbezug, Handtücher bis zu Teller, Besteck usw. Saubere Straßen und Umgebung, sehr hundefreundliche Umgebung. Zum Sandstrand zu Fuß keine 8 min.entfertnt. Der Strand sauber und hundefreundlich, Hunde Beach vor Ort vorhanden. Zum Bäcker bzw. zum kleinen Laden 5 min. Fussmarsch. Café oder wie man es in Italien nennt Bar keine 5 min. alles schnell erreichbar. Auch die großen Mall´s (Einkaufzentren) keine 15 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Ich kann diesen Unterkuft nur empfehlen!!! Und danken uns nochmals für die angenehme Zeit und für die Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung hat alles gehabt, was wir für den Urlaub gebraucht haben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich, wir haben einige gute Tip´s für Ausflüge bekommen. Wenn wir wieder im Raum Rimini Urlaub machen würden wir uns freuen, wieder in der Wohnung Gast sein zu können.

Freundlicher Vermieter mit viel Infos für Aktivitäten

Service sehr gut, Check in, trotz Verspätung bei der Ankunft kein Problem. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wohnung sauber mit schönem Außenbereich zum Sitzen. Strand und gut sortiertes Lebensmittelgeschäft zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausflüge zu der Burg San Leo und schönen Städten im Hinterland haben wir genossen. Ein schöner und vielseitiger Urlaub.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles wie beschrieben. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine. Betten mit guten Matratzen. 700 mit bis zum Strand. Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke. Benny ist ein sehr guter Vermieter, war immer für uns da. Vielen Dank

Ein schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns fünf (drei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) genau richtig. Es ist alles drin was man braucht, auf Nachfrage hat der Vermieter auch Sonderwünsche (z.B. Wasserkocher und Fön) erfüllt. Überhaupt ist der Vermieter hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Einziger Minuspunkt war aus unserer Sicht die Dusche, die nur einen festen Duschkopf hat. Die Fewo liegt an einer mäßig befahrenen Straße, aber der Terrassenbereich kann abgeschlossen werden, was insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern ein Pluspunkt ist. Im Kinder- und Schlafzimmer sind die Verkehrsgeräusche nur noch sehr gedämpft hörbar. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß je nach Laufgeschwindigkeit 10 bis 15 Minuten (mit kleinen Kindern), wobei der "Gehsteig" durch viele Bäume für Kinder- oder Bollerwägen z.T. schwer befahrbar ist. Auf halbem Weg zum Strand liegt ein kleiner Supermarkt, im "Zentrum" gibt es noch einen großen. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Perfekter Entspannungsurlaub

Alles hat gepasst. Benny ist ein toller Betreuer. Das Appartement schön eingerichtet und sehr großzügig. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Alle Tipps die wir von Benny bekommen haben ( Strandzugang, Einkaufen, Bagno..) waren topp. Der Aufenthalt mit Hund am Strand war unproblematisch. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank.

"Die Wohnung war sehr sau...

"Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und großzügig allerdings war es nich die Wohnung auf dem Bild bei Homelidays ich fand sie war noch schöner. Einziger Mangel war das abends das Duschwasser nach 2 Personen duschen kalt war. Ich würde die Wohnung trotzdem wieder buchen."
