Fantastic and peaceful family holiday

This apartment really is too good to be true - spacious, peaceful, beautiful views and the pool is stunning. We had a lovely family holiday in the Tuscan hills and were made to feel so welcome. Local villages and larger towns with amazing food and entertainment options are just a short drive away. We would love to come back!

Lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment in the lovely house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. A nice pool from where we could enjoy the mesmerizing views of the fields and hills around the place. Cecilia and her family were very nice to us - she even brought us fresh fruit from their own trees. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful countryside home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place! Cecilia and her family were most welcoming and we enjoyed this peaceful property with the great view and beautiful pool! Very relaxing and so much to do at the same time. I will definitely come back to this place when I plan another trip to Tuscany! Thank you Cecilia!

Nice stay in a very nice wine farm

A stay in Tuscany could not have been nicer. The spacious and quiet accommodation was old but in good condition. The lack of air conditioning was negligible. The landlords were friendly and helpful. Gladly again.

Wonderful Escape

The property and the house were an amazing escape from all the hussle and bussle of our travels to numerous towns, cities and tourist spots! It felt like we were coming home to relax after our busy days! The house overlooked a valley with olive orchards and mountains in the distance. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable, with plenty of room for our group of four. The house had everything that we needed. Cecilia and Antonio were very helpful with recommendations for wine tours and restaurants and even called places to make reservations for us! We would recommend this place to all our friends and family!

Calm residence!

We were very friendly welcomed by the owner of the residence. Information about the surroundings were given to us. The pool was great. You are surrounded by pure nature. No cars that molested. The kitchen had a good equipment. But there is no dish washer and no microwave and one must be accustomed to cook with a gas stove. Our apartment was very big. With a huge fridge! We can recommend this residence!

Ein Träumchen

Die Fotos geben nicht annähernd die Schönheit des Geländes wieder. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sicherlich ein Highlight aber ebenso die freundlichen Gastgeber, die immer ansprechbar für uns waren. Wer Ruhe in einer traumhaften Landschaft sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Vielen Dank an Cecilia und ihre Familie.

Super schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben eine Woche unseres Sommerurlaubs in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hat für uns 5 genügend Platz gehabt. Das wunderschöne Anwesen, der Pool, der Blick in die Ferne und die sehr netten Gastgeber haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir denken sehr gern an die Zeit in Sant Ermo zurück!

Traumhaft!!!

Das Appartement ist ursprünglich, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Anwesen ist ein Traum. Pool und Garten sind super gepflegt. Es liegt zentral und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Gastgeber sind super nett! Auf alle Fälle weiterzuempfehlen, vor allem für Ruhe suchende Menschen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben die Wohnung für 1 Woche im September gemietet. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr wohnlich und dekorativ eingerichtet, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und super gepflegt. Cecilia und ihre Familie haben uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat beiseite (Ausflugstips, Restaurants usw.) Der Pool ist natürlich ein besonderes Highlight und wirklich so, wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen

Absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Cecilia und ihrer Familie. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt mit großem Wohn-/Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Perfecte basis om Toscane te ontdekken

Wij verbleven in het grote appartement, wat volledig gefaciliteerd is en ruimte biedt aan 4 personen. Cecilia en haar familie is erg hartelijk en gastvrij. We genoten van de rust, prachtige uitzicht en ontspannen sfeer. Het zwembad is zalig! Deze locatie was voor ons de perfecte basis voor onze tripjes door Toscane. We bezochten Lucca, het strand bij Livorno,Florence, Saturnia en Pisa en Sienna vanuit hier. Ik kan deze plek van harte aanbevelen als je tussen de reuring van deze steden wilt genieten van rust en prachtige toscaanse vergezichten.

Første ferie i Toscana

Vi ville finde et roligt og afslappende sted hvor vi kunne køre ud fra til de spændende steder i Toscana. Podere dei pini, som er stedets navn, opfyldte vores forventning til perfektion. Her er en meget imødekommende og hjælpsom værtsfamilie der kan hjælpe med forslag til alt fra hvad man skal se, hvor man kan gøre sine indkøb til hvor de gode spisesteder er. Stedet ligger fredfyldt i et smukt bakket landskab, hvor der er en flot udsigt fra huset og det lækre poolområde. Lejligheden vi boede i var pæn, ren og indrettet i toscansk landstil, der manglede ikke noget, hverken i køkkenet eller andre steder. Vi havde tilkøbt sengelinned og håndklæder og det var også perfekt.

Sehr schöner ruhiger Urlaub mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Pool mit Aussicht auf die Toskana war wirklich toll und super sauber. Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen, trotzdem erreicht man Pisa, Florenz und andere Städte innerhalb 1 h mit dem Auto App. hat keine Klimaanlage, das kann bei heißeren Nächten etwas anstrengend werden. Wenn Wind geht, kann man allerdings gut durchlüften. Erstausstattung mit Kaffee, Filtern und Gewürzen ist vorhanden- sehr aufmerksam! War ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Mille grazie, Cecilia!

Traumapartment

Ein wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Apartment in ruhiger Lage, liebevoll mit geschmackvollen Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Dennoch alles robust und kinderfreundlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Der Pool ist ein Traum, von dem man die wundervolle toskanische Landschaft betrachten kann. Von uns 5, Mama, Papa und 3 Kinder (14, 12 und 11 Jahre alt) absolute Empfehlung.

Geweldige vakantie in deze coronatijd

Mooie, ruime vakantie woning op een rustige plek. Er zit een fijn zwembad bij, waar je een mooi uitzicht over de omgeving hebt. De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en had leuke tips voor de omgeving. Ook kwam hun hondje Penni af en toe even gezellig langs. Wij hebben genoten van onze 2 weken.

We had a great stay!

Very nice apartment with a beautiful swimming pool in a nice environment. What do you want more? The rooms where very clean and we loved the hospitality of Cecelia and here family. Unfortunately we had to move on to Rome, otherwise we stayed longer. We stayed over for a week and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Cecilia and her husband where very helpful with giving us information about the area. Advises where to go and what to avoid. Cecilia thanks and my greetings to your family.

Beautiful toscanian villa!

Visit at Cecile's apartment was just perfect. The place was incerdibly located in a charming little village of Sant'Ermo. The view from the pool was breathtaking. We highly reccomend her place!
