Villa del Mar

This independent villa is situated close to the beach (150 meters) in an area called Marbesa, also known as the beach side of Las Chapas, not far from the well-known Hotel Don Carlos, between Marbella (10 km.) And Fuengirola ( 20 km.) The villa has 900m2 private mature tropical garden with pool.
You will find easy walking distance to minimum 3 beach restaurants and approx. 1 km to supermarkets and busstop.
The villa is all on one level and has a spacious livingroom overlooking the pool and garden, spacious and fully equiped kitchen, 2 ensuite bedrooms another two bedrooms and a third bathroom, air condition, BBQ area, garage ... Ideal for the perfect family holiday. Very private.
Pets ARE normaly allowed, but please advice and ask.
The famous Nikki Beach and the well-known Hotel Don Carlos approx 1 km.
Sleeps 8 people. Cot, high chair and 1 extra bed available on request.
WIFI free internet (Wireless internet free of charge for our tenants)

A lovely quiet villa. Very comfortably furnished and spacious. Great BBQ area outside. Pool a good size and regularly cleaned by gardener. No complaints

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Marbesa. Die Lage ist toll, nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Villa war leicht auffindbar. Die Übergabe perfekt inkl. einigen Tipps zu Lokalen, die wirklich gut waren. Wir haben selten eine so toll eingerichtete Villa gesehen. Es gab nichts, was es nicht gab. Tolle und neue Küchengeräte. Der Grillplatz war toll. Der Pool groß und sauber. Der Garten sehr gepflegt, 2x die Woche kommt der Gärtner. Es gibt genug Schatten. Die Zimmer sind alle mit Klimageräten ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Pidet und WC. Die Rückgabe der Villa verlief ebenfalls schnell und einfach. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Marbesa nur empfehlen. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Danke für die schönen Tage in Andalusien.

Amazing House and Location

Beautiful house with a great pool and yard. Inside the house was comfortable and clean. Good location, not far from Marbella town and beaches. My family, including kids 9 and under, really enjoyed playing in the pool and the yard.
