Our static caravan was well equipped and very clean! The owner was very friendly and helpful and responded to all messages very quickly. Nice area not too far from Hastings seaside and friendly people around.
Would stay again
Lovely place for our short weekend trip. Property was well kept, clean, well stocked and roomy. Overall park was nice but not many facilities for young children (the play park could be much better) however the pool was great baby pool well heated! Great location close to amenities and Hastings town. Owner responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay

Not a holiday
I needed somewhere to stay while my bathroom was being ripped out and wouldn't have had any facilities at all, initially I was going to have my cat with me but changed my mind. I was disappointed with the standard of the caravan, outside it was very scruffy, the outside furniture and barbecue old, dirty and stained so I was pleased I wasn't actually on holiday and maybe wanting to eat al fresco! Inside it was dingy , horrible stained brown carpet in the living area, furniture shabby. It didn't help as most of the windows were 'frosted'. The facilities were reasonably okay, although the shower hose badly in need of a good scrub. Not very nice thin grey towels. It was reasonably clean other than the aforementioned shower. It wasn't very nice having to walk on the muddy garden to obtain the key. The entrance in to the caravan quite dangerous, and on vacating the caravan this morning I fell and bruised my lower leg badly. I was glad I hadn't come from outside of the area for a holiday in the caravan, I think I would have been disappointed.
The park was mediocre at best. The pool was nice for my children but the clubhouse was loud at night and it was difficult to sleep. The caravan itself was good and well equipped. Unfortunately the host was pleasant up until we left, where we were accused of stealing 2 towels. We double checked all our belongings and we didn’t have the towels which I did tell the owner. Lots of messages back and fourth; including being told an an angry person when I don’t get my way. I was told he would report this to the booking where he added £50 to my bill to replace to cheap grey towels. I would be interested to see where he is buying towels that cost so much. I barely stayed in the caravan and we only really slept there as I had just run London to brighton 100k for a cancer charity and now to be threatened to be charged £50 for two towels. I’m disgusted by this treatment and would urge you to be very careful and if you stay here take photos or wait for it to be cleaned whilst you wait incase you are accused of stealing items.
Caravan has a well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy, but has a musty smell throughout, obviously been well used , but a good base for visiting Sussex. Limited catering in the club house, no catering on Mondays and some of the bar staff very ubrupt. In the end didn’t eat there. Pool
Passes need to be purchased to use the pool and the play area is very small.
Great accommodation with everything we needed and very clean.
Obtaining details of how to access rather stressful. It would have preferable to have a contact telephone number from the time of booking, rather than having to message on line for queries.
Once we arrived at the park Martin guided us to the caravan all was very easy.
The caravan provided everything you could possibly need and was close to the Swimming pool and Clubhouse. We had a lovely stay and would like to return one day

Unfortunately it did smell and could have been cleaner
Such a shame as the caravan park is nice unfortunately the caravan did smell very musty when we walked in. And my kids just complained about it. Did look clean when we arrived. Until you look closer. Pots and pans were dirty dish dryer in sink full of hairs and needed a good clean. I had to go to the Sainburys down the road and buy cleaning products and clean the caravan. Beds are small. Although the bedding was spotless. Overall the caravan could do with an update. Martin was a lovely host. And I feel terrible for writing this. Was noisey at night lots of cars passing by the caravan as it on the main bend on one of the roads from the top. Lots of kids hanging around late at night woke my kids up a few times. And I totally understand this is out of Martins hands. I’m so sorry Martin. Would love to stay again if you have a newer more up to date caravan.
My Daughter and Son in law stayed with their 2 small children and had great time. The caravan was very clean and had everything they needed . The pool was a big hit with the grandchildren and everyone was really friendly . The food at the club house was very reasonable and they would definitely like to go back again.
All went smoothly, very reasonably priced and well equipped. We thought we’d lost the key at one point, the owners responded quickly and we’re very understanding and didn’t want it to effect our stay (we found the keys in the car!) I would highly recommend this place
Fantastic communication with our host Martin and Kerry ,we returned to there holiday home to be greeted by Martin Banishing a bottle of wine for us all , lovely gesture thanks a million , as usual the caravan was in immaculate condition very spacious and club house we could not fault we will be returning again and will be our regular holiday caravan park to go to thanks once again Martin . Regards

Great location. Limited entertainment for children so do not expect the same as other holiday parks. Outdoor pool was great. Property was extremely clean and well equipped. Outside space was disappointing as would have liked to sit outside for part of the morning and evening. Great sized accommodation and fab for a family and dogs.
Caravan was lovely inside but around the outside could do with some tlc. Very comfortable with large main bedroom with ensuite toilet, good kitchen, dining area and lounge. Excellent shower in main bathroom. Good heating in all rooms. Ideal for staying with our 2 dogs as there are lovely woods at the back of the campsite to walk them.
Kerry and Martin were very helpful and sorted any problems we had. Definitely recommend it.
The stay was a delight. Very warm in the caravan, lovely and clean, felt at home for both me and my dog. The owners were very nice and polite. It was very easy to book and find. Definitely will be coming back in the future.
Tidy and well maintained. Open and pleasant layout inside the caravan, with plenty of room to store belongings and make ourselves comfortable. The main bedroom was a good size and the addition of a second toilet was so useful.
