Very nice village house, built in local stone and completely renovated.
Fully air conditioned, this house ideally oriented overlooking the Gulf of Porto and Capu d'Ortu from each room, has 4 large bedrooms (sleeps 8) with 2 closets and 2 wardrobes spread over 2 levels:
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with sea view, one with balcony (double beds) - 1 large bathroom with toilet
Ground floor: large living room - fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge) - 1 bathroom with toilet - 1 bedroom sea view (2 single beds).
The large terrace of 90 m², fully furnished and stone, offers a breathtaking view of this magnificent panorama for moments of relaxation and conviviality (barbecue / gas plancha, sunbathing, table tennis, petanque ...)
Below the house, you benefit from private parking of 150 m² fenced to park your vehicles easily.

Au coeur du Golfe de Porto

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Zum Strand und zu Einkaufsgelegenheiten muss man ein paar Kilometer fahren, ansonsten in jeder Hinsicht perfekt! Mit Auto ideal als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen.

Super semaine de vacances dans le golfe de Porto

Très belle maison de village très bien équipée avec une grande terrasse où l’on est à l’aise à 8. La literie est de qualité, la climatisation et le frigo américain sont de gros atouts ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et ont à cœur de satisfaire leurs hôtes. Ils sont disponibles et de bons conseils. Très bon séjour

La maison est impeccablement tenue et il ne manque rien (Mr et Mme Colonna ont pensé à tout pour le bien être de leurs hôtes !) La literie est parfaite ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas . Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse ombragée le matin et le soir avec une jolie vue sur le golfe et les montagnes .

Loin du tumulte et suffisamment proche des plages

Hébergement propre, fonctionnel, climatisé, ce qui a ajouté du confort au regard des fortes chaleurs . Au départ des chemins de randonnées. Terrasse ombragée qui a permit de manger dehors à tous les repas. Plage à 10' en voiture et à 1h00 à pied pour les randonneurs. Reposant et vue sur le golfe de porto . Tout le monde a apprécié, même les plus jeunes qui avaient du réseau et la WIFI :-)) On y retournera.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans cette maison d’une propreté irréprochable (en ces temps incertains, c’est tellement appréciable!) où tout est pensé et organisé dans les moindres détails! Cuisine super équipée, excellente literie, très bien entretenue et très bien située. Et que dire du charmant accueil des propriétaires ? Si ce n’est qu’ils mettent tellement de soin dans leur maison que leurs locataires ne peuvent qu’en prendre grand soin! Bref, une seule envie: y retourner!… et … vite…!!!

Maison idéale

Merci encore ! Notre séjour dans la maison de Roberta a juste été parfait, l'environnement d abord qui a un charme fou avec la petite église qui jouxte la maison, le calme du petit village de Curzu et la maison parfaitement fonctionnelle et équipée de climatisation bien utile avec les grosses chaleurs, et la terrasse avec vue sur le Golfe de Porto. Nous espérons y revenir...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location avec une vue sur le golfe de Porto.Très bien accueillis par nos hôtes, dans une maison où tout est fait pour passer un très bon séjour. La qualité des couchages, les espaces de vie et la terrasse l’extérieure. L’authenticité et le calme de ce village. La proximité de Porto, des calanques de Piana et Girolata est un atout pour visiter la Corse. À recommander

Belle maison pittoresque avec jolie terrasse au calme

Nous avons ete tres bien reçus par nos hôtes. Maison tres bien équipée, fraiche et très propre. Excellente litterie. Bien située à 25 minutes de Porto. Plages à 15 à 20 minutes et belles balades. Voiture nécessaire pour activités. Soirées barbecue inoubliables sur la terrasse.

Un seul mot: Parfait !

Cette location est parfaite. Il n'y a pas d'autre mot pour la qualifier. Très propre, très fonctionnelle, cette maison est parfaite pour des vacances idéales en famille ou entre amis. Roberta et Xavier sont exceptionnels: très accueillants, très sympathiques et soucieux du bien-être de leurs hôtes, ils font partie des personnes dont on est heureux de pouvoir croiser le chemin. Je recommande vivement cette location.
