Authentic home on the beautiful east coast of Ireland, very welcoming residence. Sean was very friendly and generously gave us suggestion’s for local activities and restaurants, Raglin Road was a excellent suggestion and Choice. A highly recommended stay.
This cottage in Annestown was a lovely place to stay. Quiet, peaceful and a short drive from Tramore and Waterford. A short walk to the beach and to Dunhill Castle. Would highly recommend and stay again!
We had a delightful sojourn in Sean's Annestown cottage! This is a small village with easy beach access, close to conveniences in Tramore (grocery, restaurants, shopping) and within easy driving distance to Waterford, Cork, and the Blarney Castle (and famous Blarney stone). Sean was an invaluable resource for things-to-do, and we enjoyed running into him in the local pub. He encouraged us to visit Cobh, which really was a highlight of our time on the Copper Coast. Property was exactly as described - maybe even better! We'd definitely return!

This was by far our favorite place we stayed in Ireland. Sean was amazing and so friendly.
It is an easy commute to the prettiest beach and a quick drive into the bigger town. The only complaint is we wish we would have stayed longer.
Lovely home in a beautiful town with an owner who is our new best friend... The beach in Annestown is awesome with lovely cliffs and very scenic. The church near the property and the two darling donkeys across the street just add to all of the wonderful Irish Ambience! The owner, Sean, is just a darling and we had everything we needed for a great say
My partner and I loved this place. It has so much distinct personality. Clean, charming and very homey feeling. A really nice little kitchen set up, lovely living area and cute bedrooms. The host (Sean) was welcoming and very responsive when the wifi wasn't working initially. He was kind and knowledgeable about the area and gave a great tip for a very nice walk nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it.
We were a group of four and needed a place to stay along the coast after driving down from Dublin. This was a perfect location and positioned us to do the Copper Coast next day.
Sean was a cordial and helpful host, filling in local history and offering travel advice for the day ahead.
Just as you would wish.

Quaint village in a good location to sight see SE Ireland
Accommodations were comfortable, dated, but useable. No amenities in Annestown but Tremore is a short drive. Very quiet here. Shawn was great. He gave us an excellent rundown of the local history as well as some useful tips for seeing Southern Ireland. Overall a comfortable 3 day stay.
I have used VRBO extensively and Sean is by far the best host we have ever had. It's like staying with an old friend. The property was perfect, wish we had a longer stay in the area. Beach is very close, lots of local pubs, small town with everything 10 minutes away. Thank you Sean for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!
Sean's rental provided a clean, comfortable and safe stay in a lovely part of Ireland. Sean met us at check in, is super friendly and a helpful resource for the area.
This was a perfect overnight stay. I wish we would have had more time at this property. It was comfortable and the host was helpful with suggestions for dinner as we had gotten in very late that day. Definitely recommend!
We enjoyed our overnight stay and wished it could have been longer! Great location, comfortable accommodations and excellent host. Would definitely return! Sean was helpful with suggestions for food and sights, and very thoughtful for our comfort.
Great stay, brief as it was just one nite. Sean greeted us there when we arrived. Very nice man comfortable stay and more room than we needed. Handy to have a kitchen for our stay. The beach and the view nearby was beautiful.
