The studio is equipped with double bed with memory 160/200 mattress, private bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen corner (refrigerator, and all the necessary utensils for cooking), washing machine and iron, air-conditioned, with underfloor heating, WI-FI free, satellite TV, kettle and moka coffee machine, railings and mosquito nets on the windows. Possibility of adding a baby cot free of charge up to 3 years (specify in the request). We do not provide meals. Outside, in the area reserved for the studio, gazebo, bench, deck chairs, sun umbrella, barbecue and solar shower. Free and reserved parking next to the studio. The Studio rate does NOT include any meal.

Pleasant property with every amenity

All you could wish for a short break. Convenient location with room to sit out and relax in a country setting but close enough to Bologna to reach easily. Friendly and very helpful host.

Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses semaines dans ce logement chaleureux, où Laura nous a réservé un accueil des plus agréables. Grâce aux nombreux prospectus mis à notre disposition, nous avons pu facilement planifier des visites passionnantes et découvrir tous les trésors de Bologne et de ses environs. L'appartement, confortable, propre et parfaitement équipé, nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. La cuisine fonctionnelle nous a notamment permis de préparer de délicieux repas avec des produits locaux.

Uns hat es super gefallen in Lauras Haus. Es ist alles neu und perfekt ausgestattet. Laura war auch sehr bemüht, dass wir eine schöne Zeit haben. Die Lage ist auch toll, um verschiedene Ausflüge zu machen.
