This beautiful 4 bed-room villa is located on a small select development called Loma Vista, which is situated a few minutes drive from Champions Gate exit 58 on the main Interstate (I 4), 5 min from US 27 and 15 min from the main 192 highway that runs through Kissimmee, central for most attractions and a 30-35 minutes easy drive form Orlando International airport.
For the duration of your stay our fully air conditioned villa is your home from home. It has a variety of entertainment facilities to keep everyone occupied after a day out at the parks, a 42' Screen TV & Digital Cable, DVD player, Hi Fi System, Intercom system throughout the house and WiFi acess, Games Room and your own private heated pool with safety fence a d gate to keep the little ones safe. For the adults a chance for a long soak in the whirlpool bath after a long day at the parks with the kids.
Guests are provided with all the towels and linen they require for the duration of their stay.

The rental licence is a Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

The Villa has 1 Master Bedroom with a King Size Sleigh Bed, Cable TV, Walk in Wardrobe and en suite bathroom with the following: a Sunken Shower and Whirlpool Bath. There are three other Bedrooms, two rooms consisting of two single beds & TV and the other, a double bed & TV. The Kitchen, Dinning and Lounge areas are open planned and has a variety of entertainment amenities. washing machine and Tumble Dryer are located in garage area along with a washing line & ironing facilities.

A car is essential for your holiday as most of the attrations are between 15- 50 minutes journey away. Orlando has become one of the world's top holiday destinations thanks to its collection of theme park attractions. Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, MGM Studios, volcano Bay, Busch Gardens and Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Disney Springs, Disney Broad walk, Islands of Adventure, water parks and recently Lego land.

1st Trip to Florida

Lovely location, fairly close to all the parks, shops and amenities. The property itself is spacious, practical and benefits from a good pool area and games room in the garage to keep everyone occupied.

An excellent place to stay

Although i have rated the cleanliness one star i am sure the problem we had has now been resolved so hopefully the cleanliness rating can go up. Aside from this the villa is very spacious with a beautiful pool area. Its location is the best, you are only 15 minutes from the parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean house

Easy to find with the lights out front as we arrived at night. The house was clean and comfortable, plenty big enough that our party wasn’t on top of one another. Nice location, easy access to parks and all amenities. Pool area was a good size and everyone enjoyed relaxing around the pool and the games room. Owner was helpful and quick to respond to emails.

Nice villa, nice location

We have stayed in a number of villas around the Orlando area and would rate this villa highly. It is in a nice quiet residential area and while there are neighbouring villas the pool/lanai area is not overlooked. The mint green colour makes the property easy to find on arrival! It is fairly close to the Publix supermarket and restaurants in Championsgate and also to access onto the I4. Use of the 429 and World Drive (both off the I4) gives you speedy access to the west end of the 192 (and restaurants) and the Disney theme parks. The villa itself is clearly well maintained, clean and tidy, and all rooms are a good size. The kitchen is well equipped, as is the dining area, with an excellent fridge. Bedrooms are comfortable with a good number of closets and drawers, both bathrooms are a good size and clean and tidy. In the garage, there is some games equipment (which we didn’t make use of) and new front-loading washer and tumble dryer, both of which were easy to use. There is also a handy clothes line in the garage. The lanai, which is covered, is a great size with two ceiling fans, with nice and comfortable pool furniture. The pool itself is a good size, clean and well maintained (the pool guy came each week we were there), and ideal to laze about in! Two minor niggles, the pillows on the beds could be a bit plumper and we felt that the tone of the notices from the Management Company could be a bit less aggressive. We are well aware that some villa guests probably don’t treat the property well and actions and consequences need to be explained, but perhaps not in such a strong way. Having said that the Management Company was responsive and effective. We arrived back at the villa one evening to find all the electricity off and no air con due to a massive rain, thunder and lightning storm. It turned out the whole community was affected and the power returned, but the a/c was still not working correctly. Ten minutes after a phone call to the Management Company we were called back and ten minutes after that a maintenance man arrived and the a/c was soon up and running. Also prior to arriving Annette advised that the safe in the villa was broken which was an inconvenience. All in all a great stay, with good communication throughout from Annette and we would be happy to stay here again.

Nice villa with pool

Had a great holiday staying at this villa and was well equipped with what we needed for 7 of us. Great pool and games etc in garage and kitchen well equipped. Good location for Disney and not too far from the airport. Would go back.

Very nice house, great location

The property was exactly as advertised, very comfortable. The location was great for access to Disney. The owner was very responsive during the booking process which all went smoothly and provided great directions and instructions for getting into the property when we arrived.

Wonderful home away from home

The villa was wonderfully decorated for Christmas, and we had a blast with our boys in the heated pool. Everything is close by, and the house comes completely packed! We enjoyed it very much.

Well equipped for young children

House was as described - not very updated, but it doesn’t really matter because we came to be outside in the pool! What was a nice surprise was how well equipped the house was for small children. Lots of toys, kitchen utensils, cups, plates, etc for our kids (2 yrs & 3 yrs). The pool barrier also was extremely helpful for keeping them safe, but also included a convenient gate to get in and out of pool area (which many of the others do not have). Pool was also a perfect temperature and gets lots of sunlight all throughout the day! The yard is very private as well. One downside was that there weren’t really any walking paths/playgrounds/green spaces near by. We found one playground in the next subdivision over, but because everything is so separated, we had to drive over. Overall, well equipped house, beautiful backyard, and enjoyable stay!

Very nice pool. Well-equipped kitchen. We like the location. Decor could use improvement but that’s not very important in a vacation home. Smaller than many homes (two bathrooms, dining table a little tight for a large group) but was fine for us.

House was perfect size for me and my kids.

There were 6 of us, and everyone had enough space and we were not on top of each other. We were mainly there to sleep, shower and eat. We spent most of our time at Universal. The house worked out great. We were able to barbecue and enjoy a nice meal outside by the pool. Although it was too cold to go swimming. The only downfall to the house is that with the six of us there the hot water for the showers did not last, one person could take a shower and then we have to wait another 20-25 minutes for the next person to get in and no they were not long showers. Everyone was going as quick as they could. I had three boys with me and they were jumping in and in 10 - 15 minutes be out. with us just getting home so late from the park, because we basically closed it down, by the time we got all of our showers done. It was about 2am in the morning. Sone nights, some of us just took a luke warm shower, we were to tired to wait for hot water. One night my daughter, who has really long hair, bent over the tub and washed it in the cold water so she’d have hot water to take a shower. That is how bad it was. I did not call management because we weren’t even there long enough during the day to be there when management got there, but I would definitely have a hot water heater checked out or switch to tankless hot water heater. That was the only problem we had. Everything else is fine. My kids enjoyed the game room. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. The kitchen was perfectly set up and there was even ice in ice machine when we got there. Most places turn there ice machines off in between visitors. It would’ve been nice to have use the pool, but it was to cold. . The house was even decorated with the Christmas lights, which I love. Outside of the hot water heater issue, it was a great house. If we come back to Universal again next year, I would definitely consider staying in that house if it’s available. Hopefully they’ll have the hot water heater fixed. Thank you for a great vacation, my kids and I had a great time.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

My family and I have visited/stayed in MANY homes for our vacation but this home I can say is one of my favorites. Starting from the beautiful palm tree and front porch in front of house to the GREAT pool with a NICE conservation view. LOVED the layout of the pool deck and the sturdy fence(great for small children)where I sat down most of my mornings to drink my coffee. My little takeaway would be my family and I enjoys a barbecue but unfortunately the grill was not working. (Homeowners) if in your amenities you advertise a grill make sure it works if not do not add it. Overall, this is a VERY NICE HOME to book your vacation. Thank you Annette for responding to my email quickly. You were great and again appreciate your kindness during our departure. And Gary Thank you very much for your hospitality and also great responding to my emails.

Very lovely

We stayed at this property to have a nice family vacation that was close to everything for a reasonable rate. This exceeded our expectations. This property is nice and clean, very quiet, and is overall lovely. My husband is in a wheelchair and my grandmother uses a walker so it was a great choice! The only thing I will say is that if you take a shower in the walk-in, it becomes very slippery so maybe having a nonslip place mat would be beneficial. Other than that, my husband could move around freely and the owner even thought of having a portable ramp readily available. Thank you for the nice stay! The house is beautiful.

the rental of this property was very easy. Everything I expected was there. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the pool table very much. Home away from home

We had a great time, it was nice to feel like we had a home vs a hotel. and if we wanted to stay in and have a pool day and cook we could. Super clean, close to everything. Very cozy, it met our needs. the neighborhood was quiet and we were mindful of the fact that there are perm. Fl res. living in the neighborhood. Annette was very quick to respond to any email I sent with questions concerning check in. Highly recommend this home.

Always loved Florida after visiting the US in 1983, the year before I married Geoff. We spents a month in Virginia with relatives and travelled down to Florida. Back then only 3 Parks existed Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Wet & Wild. Today there are at least 13+ parks to visit and keep everyone happy.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property not only as an investment but to spend time with our American friends, we have made throughout the years. We call this our 2nd home and always dream to retire here some day.

What makes this property unique

Viewed the villa only to be nosey, but fell in love with it as I walked through the front door. Now work all year long to have extended holidays in it. It's Home from Home for us.
