The cottage is located on the promontory of the Ariana beach and is an annex of the larger villa. Surrounded by nature and the sea, it has a double bedroom, living room with two beds, kitchenette and bathroom. The garden, very large and not completely fenced, is shared with the guests who live in the other 2 residential units of the property Sotto casa, easily reachable on foot, there is a large beach both free and equipped with deckchairs, umbrellas, restaurants, canoe rental ...
The pretty little house can accommodate up to four people. It has a double bedroom, a living room with two single beds, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. You will enjoy an outdoor terrace with a table and four chairs, in the garden you will have two deckchairs and an outdoor shower, a car post. It is quiet, surrounded by greenery and the equipped beach is located under the house. The city center is about 4km, reachable on foot with a nice walk
