This lovely 4 bedroom villa for 8 people, has a private terrace around the pool, an outdoor dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful open lounge/living area including an open fireplace.

The villa has a luxury gas barbeque, but also a barbeque area including a charcoal grill, free wi-fi and a TV with streaming services. The large roof terrace offers fantastic views day and night.

The villa is located at Apollo Beach, a peaceful area just north of Paphos, not far from Coral Bay.

The nearest beach is approximately 150m away.

Great location

The property was spacious and well equippedA christmas break so was cosy and central heating was a bonus. Lovely boardwalk along beach 2 minutes away. Probably need a car however a great bus service 10inutes walk on main road

Recent Holiday

The location of the villa and the communication with the host was great. We would recommend hiring a car so that you can get to and from the airport and local places easily. Pool area was smaller than expected. Not much room to walk round the pool and some of the cushions were grubby. Areas looked a little tired and in need of some TLC. Quite a strong drainage smell in the bathroom at times.

We loved the villa and the facilities. We did not hire a car and found the only disappointing aspect was that there were no bars or restaurants within walking distance to the property

Fantastic villa

Lovely villa in a great location. Recommend car though as about 5 minute drive to nearest supermarket (Lidl) Villa is 10 minute drive to Paphos harbour. The property manager Yvonne is very helpful burg prior & during the holiday .

Great family villa

Well located, tidy villa close to paphos and a short walk to some great snorkeling spots Host was very helpful with information and directions. The stairs are steep for very young kids or older family members but they provide stair gates. The roof top terrace has gorgeous views and your not really over looked I would happily return to this villa

We've had amazing time in the villa. It is equipped with everything we needed. Pool was amazing and roof terrace is great for watching sunset. I cannot think of any negatives. There are couple of small beaches not far from the villa if you like a dip in the sea. I would recommend the beach to the left of the coast path ( in from of king evelthon hotel). It's better if you have water shoes as access to water is mostly through pebbles. There is not much nearby, for big food shopping we went to Lidl which is about 10 mins by car. However there is a little shop by Akti beach hotel - about 5 min walk. You can get all your essentials from there. Taxi to Paphos town cost around €28 return. There are regular buses too (€1.50), however bus stop is around 10/15 mins walk away.

Great accommodation (especially for larger groups)

The villa is located less than 10 mins drive from the centre of Paphos and very easy to get too. It's spacious and well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday and has a great pool and private outdoor area. The only negative might be that there are no bedrooms on the ground level and climbing stairs may not suit those with mobility issues.

The villa was in a good location and very close to the coast with fantastic rooftop views. Although we had a couple of minor issues they were very quickly rectified by the maintenance man Gabriel.

Peaceful sunny spot

Close to the seafront path yet in a much quieter spot than most of Paphos so a great location. The only reason I gave it four not five stars is that the fittings and furniture both inside and out are mostly a bit tired, but it was spotlessly clean, very friendly and with lovely views from the roof terrace.

Great villa in quiet location

4 of us stayed for 5 nights. Properly owner was very helpful throughout, and the Villa was very well equipped. Views from the roof terrace are amazing and the children loved the private pool (was a bit cold for less hardy adults in early April!). One bar within easy walking distance, but plenty a short drive away. Overall a great place to relax. Thanks very much.

Great value

Lovely villa, had everything you need, bottle wine and milk, bread and eggs in fridge for us to get started on before shopping, nice touch. A little way off any busy places which i liked, 10 min walk to main road for a bus, busses every 15 mins and easy to use, very well priced. We had a car aswell. Would definitely go to this villa again.

Excellent hosts,lovely villa,didn't want to leave !

I can honestly say that Sven the owner and Yvonne the property manager are absolutely fantastic. They are professional and efficient but also very friendly and caring ,any queries are dealt with promptly. The villa is in a lovely location ,we were 3 generations and it was plenty big enough to find a quiet space for the oldies on the roof terrace or balcony while the younger ones splashed in the pool. It was very well equipped with all we needed and more ,plenty of towels so you don't need to bring any. There's a hotel resort nearby,just a pleasant short stroll along the coastal path. They cater for non residents and it's very convenient for meals,bar snacks and drinks,otherwise you really do need a hire car to access other restaurants unless you enjoy long walks ! Akis and Maria car hire looked after us very well during our stay, Akis even guided us to the villa when we arrived. I would love to return here ,it was a great holiday and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you Sven and Yvonne [and Gary the pool guy !]

A lovely property that was the perfect place to spend some time with friends and their young children who we had to fight on a daily basis to get out of the pool! Perfect in everyway

Yvonne was a pleasure to deal with and assisted with anything we required. We did have quite an unusual request but nothing was trouble for Yvonne in ensuring we had a lovely stay. We were two young families and the villa was perfect sized. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the roof top terrace with its amazing views. The many outdoor seating areas were great to chill and relax. Hope we make it back to visit again one day,.

Superb well equiped Villa

My family of 8 stayed for 12 nights in February 2020 and had a great break, the Villa has everything you could want from a home from home stay. Being in February the Full central heating system really made it comfortable during the chilly evenings with plenty of hot water. Yvonne and her merry men make sure everything is in order and to hand. The Villa is yards from the sea so enjoy golden sunsets to the sound of the waves, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it and hope to return.

Perfect!

Our first family holiday in over 10 years was made even better with our stay at this wonderful villa! Our party of 8 adults had no problem relaxing and enjoying all that Cyprus had to offer. The villa is spacious and comfortable and the pool a welcoming respite from the heat. Our contact,Yvonne,was always at the end of the phone if we’d had any issues-which we didn’t! I would say that car hire is a must here,especially if you want to visit the rest of the island. We were quite happy to spend a lot of our time at the villa just relaxing and soaking up the sun which will be in short supply at home for the next few months 😩. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely place-Perfect!!

We had a fabulous time at our villa. It was immaculate with excellent amenities

It was a lovely relaxing holiday, the views from the roof terrace were amazing. The closeness to the sea meant we could have morning runs and evening walks watching the ocean. The air conditioning was fabulous and a much needed relief from the heat, meaning we had the best of both worlds. Would definitely recommend this villa Thank you for a lovely holiday

Perfect for families

We've just returned from a wonderful week in this wonderful villa. We were 3 generations and the villa was great for us all - well set up for kids (stair gates, high chair, cot etc for our 1 year old, a toy box) and big enough for some privacy/quiet time for the grandparents and my brother. Plenty of places to relax- pool side, sun deck, balcony, lounge. The villa is really well equipped, and when we arrived there was bread, milk, sausages, eggs etc so we didn't have to dash to a supermarket straight away. Yvonne, who manages the villa, instantly replied to any questions or queries I had and recommended local restaurants etc. All the beds were huge and comfortable, it is very peaceful in the area at night. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated which you can't fully see in the pictures. To be honest we didn't do a great deal of exploring as the villa was so good. We did hire cars and I would recommend that, although there are buses that pass the main road (about a 10 minute walk) that go down to Paphos town centre/harbour or up to some beaches. You can walk to some lovely local beaches and beach cafes, my parents hired bikes from the hotel near by and went further afield. We were in Cyprus for a wedding and had all never visited before, we have all said we would like to come back to explore the island more. And we would definitely book here again as it really was perfect.
