This elegant barn conversion resides in the Carmarthenshire village of Efailwen, near Llandissilio and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Marchgwyn Uchaf is a charm-filled converted barn positioned at the borders of Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, in the little village of Efailwen. It comprises two bedrooms; a twin room with zip/link bed (can be king-size on request) along with a double, sleeping four people in total. There is also an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside is an enclosed, private courtyard with patio furniture and a hot tub as well as off-road parking for 2 cars. Marchgwyn Uchaf is a wonderful retreat not to be missed.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, wine rack, washing machine. Sky TV, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed rear courtyard with patio furniture, hot tub and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.
