Family short break

Lovely stay. Beds were amazingly comfy. Lovely cosy cottage with everything we needed for a short break with the family and dog while son played rugby for the weekend in Dorchester. Easy to find, good comms with the owners. All in all we couldn’t fault it!

Great location

We stayed here For a balmy week in August. Location wise the property was excellent for exploring the Dorset coast and countryside. Re the property it could do with a freshen up (e.g. the front door, back garden and general decor). It is also worth mentioning that the property is not particularly suitable for the elderly or very young guests as the upstairs floor is uneven and the bathroom is downstairs. The property is well equipped, but a dishwasher would be a welcome asset!

8/10 Good

Cute cottage, decently equipped, good wifi, secluded location.

Cute cottage, decently equipped, good wifi, secluded location. Good for the price, though the garden could use a little TLC. My only issue was that the garden was not fenced and the stable door has no latch, so our dog managed to push open the door and get out in the road before we noticed her gone.
